Mr. Starrs - Please tell the truth why the audit was never completed. It is about time you come clean.
The Secret Will Be Discovered Shortly on Why MyECheck Has Not Filed Their Audit
Can anyone tell me when the last time was that the company had an Annual Meeting or a vote for the Board of Directors? Looking for a serious answer.
Thank you
Any information would be helpful. It would really help all shareholders
Gitreal, this is a funny post. Are you saying that Porter's father was in jail. Can you provide any information on this. Any links to cases? This is too funny?
Does anybody know how much stock management owns? Please be as accurate as possible regarding your answer.
Thank you
I Know the Joke, Marvin Maslow Since the 90's
Marvin Maslow is a joke. He has never built a successful company. I met him when he was the CEO of a piece of garbage company called Projectavision. The company failed miserably.
Here is what a real successful small company does. Achieves at least $30 million in revenues and ultimately profits. He has never achieved that.
If someone can do a study on how much he has made off his deals and what shareholders have made, you'll realize that there is a disconnect.
I actually met with Marvin the last time in New York and Marvin was pitching a company that had a virtual reality mouse. The company was a joke. It was a large contraption and he thought it was going to be successful. A friggin joke.
Marvin's favorite phrase is disruptive technology. The only thing that his technologies have ever disrupted are shareholder's net worths.
By the way, I know nothing about Manhattan Scientifics. However, I saw this press release today and I decided to voice my opinion. Mr. Maslow is really a stock promoter disguised as an executive and technologist.
Viscount's Management Team is a Bunch of Idiots
Traderfan George Lambro Fan? Are you? Have you known Georgie Boy a long time? He's a dirtbag. Keep buying buddy!!
Oh yes. He's a dirtbag. Figured he was running the company since the PO Box listed at OTC Markets is the same as his PO Box for Genesis Ventures. It's amazing that this dirtbag is still running free.
How do you know him?
Is this a George Lambro company?
NY Newbie is Spot on and Right On
All of these guys are what we call interlopers.
I would bet a large amount of money that few of these guys are financially successful including Scott Greiper.
Scott Greiper is a failed analyst who runs a consulting company that essentially gets nothing done. He takes consulting fees from companies like Viscount and in the end, also runs commissions through Pickwick. Pickwick is a broker dealer. It's called double dipping. Look it up.
Raefield hides behind his time at Honeywell but in the end, of course you can build a division if you have Honeywell behind you. There is nothing there. It is smoke and mirrors.
Shareholders like myself should get smart and run these guys out of there. Bring back Pineau.
Public Notice
If any one on this board has ever signed a consulting agreement with Pressure Bio in which the stock had a stated price which was above the market price of the stock at the time, can you please respond to this post and I would like to talk. In addition, if you are an investor in Pressure Bio and your stock is subject to a price that resets, please respond to this post and I would like to talk.
In September 2013, a company I represent signed a consulting agreement with Pressure Bio in which the stated value of the stock was 40 cents. At the time, the stock was no where near that price.
I contacted Mr. Schumacher on several occasions for an explanation and have not received one. When we asked to review the corporate books which Massachusetts corporate law allows subject to several conditions, we were told by their corporate counsel that the board does not believe it was a good faith inquiry. We believe it is and we believe we have complied with all conditions required under the law of the Commonwealth Massachusetts.

Weiss is a smart dude
CAMK You're a genius, you figured that out.
You officially are a DA because only a moron would think Blue Calypso was able to afford Fish and Richardson.
If they were paying Fish and Richardson, the actual value of this stock would be a half cent because they would go broke six times before the end of the suit.
You obviously can't follow logic. The whole point of one of Weiss' last posts is that because F and R is on contingency and they will spend a lot of time on this suit, they have to feel that the damages are significant. Otherwise, they wouldn't be here. The current lawsuits are the biggest fish and that's why they went after them
So congratulations, you are officially in the DA camp. How many shares do you own, $1200 worth?
Stock Down Big. Disappointing
Why in the World Would the Stock Move?
This is not a real business announcement. A real business announcement is the fact that someone is actually using their technology and has paid for it. Have you seen any hint of that in the 10Q. Don't see it in revenues.
BTW, I am long the stock and am not a flipper but I am not a blind cheer leader that runs around like a chicken without a head telling every one how the stock is going to fly.
Has any one here ever talked to Bill Ogle face to face. I have.
Has any one here talked to other members of the management team. I Have.
Has any one here ever talked to any of the litigation firms. I Have.
There is no evidence of any business traction in the marketplace to date.
One other thing I'll add which you can not question. There is zero evidence of any settlement with either My Likes or Living Social being of any material cash amount. Zero. Yes I said it, ZERO. And IMO, that will be confirmed in the next 10Q
Go ahead short. IMO, it will be financial suicide.
Most people would probably beat you up for saying such a thing but Im actually asking you to short the stock if you would like. I believe it's going to be financial suicide. Once every 2 years a stock has the capacity to go make a 50 fold move. This may be the one IMO.
As I said on my first post, I don't ever post on the boards. What everyone is forgetting here is the fact that this product was in 7-11 stores in the past and I'm almost certain that they still are in some seven eleven stores. 7-11 is a much bigger deal than Best Buy
I wouldn't even spread such a crazy rumor. It is completely insane but if it's true, this is the reason for the move.
Just heard a crazy, crazy rumor which I believe is the reason for the stock move.
I disagree. Based on the pact with Liberty Distribution, they are primarily in one large retailer now. Unlike small companies that get on the shelves in drug stores, the positioning at the point of purchase is probably worth $3-5 million. Therefore and based on the fact that the company has one big deal, the stock is fairly valued here.
With that said, I believe they can get 2 or 3 more deals from Liberty at the very least. 4 x $5 million gives you a 20 cent stock if you're willing to be patient. However at this very moment, the stock is fairly valued. So if you're a value investor, this is it at 3 cents.
Although you'll all probably think I have a dichotomous personality, I firmly believe that the stock has a big run from here over the short term. Todays first 5 minutes of trading will be important. If the stock breaks 3 in the first 5 minutes, it will gap.
I don't ever post on boards such as this because I'm an investor and I don't really like to toot my horn. With that said, I believe that people are going to be shocked what happens to this stock over the next 30 days. If you understand the distribution business, then you'll realize that the product's presence in the Best Buy stores is a validation of Liberty's belief and support in the product. The distribution business is attributable to slotting fees in supermarkets. Therefore, distribution companies spend years developing relationships with retailers such as Best Buy. TYhey don't just place any product in a store at the point of purchase (right near the cash register) unless they're pretty sure it will sell)I think everyone should look at who Liberty's clients are. I also think you should realize that the product has been in Seven Eleven stores in the past. So, what do you think will happen if the product is in Best Buy, Seven Eleven and let's just take a wild guess, Home Depot and one other major retailer such as a CVS. Remember, this a little known pink sheet stock. There is no active stock promotions right now. In addition, management isn't saying anything. If this was a stock promotion, don't you think you would see press release after press release? You don't see that here.
In my opinion, this stock may be a moonshot over the next few weeks. Also, I have been buying stock in the open market over the past few days. For full disclosure, I own about 450,000 shares, all bought in the open market.
This is not a solication to buy and I don't really care if anyone buys the stock.
