It is clearly stated as RTR. If you google it you'll find it as RTR Energy Tech. They are into Waste Energy and are a private company..... Furthermore, they are located in Northem California.

I believe it is time that we get organized and get advice from a Lawyer. I think the first meeting is for free. Maybe he/she
could gives us a guide as to how to procede in this matter.

If we cant contact directly DTC and Brokers just gives us generic answers...I'm afraid we must start at least looking into posible solutions..

According to him, MXMI's TA has told them that the DTC will have the shares for distribution on Tuesday morning. He was told that they should be dispersed anywhere from 24 to 72 hours after that.

He was very apologetic for the company, but because this is a dividend involving another company and not a stock split that GDSM did not have the control here. They believed at first that they would be the ones that would do the transferring they found out after the announcement that MXMI's TA would be handling the distribution. Matthew also stated that they had to provide documents to the TA two and three times because supposedly it got lost in the process.

Anyway, they are supposed to be in the DTC's hands on Tuesday. We will see.

"Wouldn't the dividend shares be restricted for 6 months or so and be unable to trade? If so the shares that traded today were not dividend shares. Although I'm not sure how they would be able to track the restricted shares considering how slow they have been at distributing them."

1. Shares traded these days could be reminings of Hesperia.

2. Nobody is sure if Dividends are restricted or Not. I havent seen a PR were it stays it clearly.

3. If Dividends are restricted . Your shares will show in your account with a cusip # instead of the symbol MXMI.

4. Most important for us is what is going to be the future PPS of our dividends in the next 4 months. Also, there will be 14 mil. shares floating the same day. Every one compiting against each other the same day!!. I forsee panic selling!.

5. To preclude a sell off . MXMI must show a rapid gain in Revenues ( 4 months ) even when Fundamentals tell us we will still be in Recession Mode.

I hope I'm wrong!

Huntington in Negotiations With Green Energy Company to Build Plant:

Fort Wayne-based Nature Fuel and City of Huntington are negotiating a long-term lease to locate a gasification plant at the city's landfill. The proposed plant would process waste coming into the landfill and turn it into ultra-low-sulfur diesel fuel and green electricity. The cost of the project is around $40 million and could create about 50 jobs . The company has a similar facility in Atwood. The Kosciusko County plant makes fuel from manufacturing scrap wood.
