I think I proved my point!
Cincinnati Losers bracket
They usually tape a few shows a day so you get to see multiple cases. They also tape Springer in the same building.
While I enjoyed Judge Mathis, I was able to be in the audience for Jenny Jones before she went off the air. I have to say that was the wildest 3 hours of my life, it was a paternity test show.
Basically they told us don't hold back, and they encourage you to tear the people on stage apart.
I've been in the audience for Judge Mathis before, it's even more funny in person.
Very good point. Not to mention regardless of what the PPS is, Tom still gets his salary.
Have you been reading anything that has been posted on this board in the last few months? I have nothing to do with this company, and those previous messages were from the CEO. Good Luck with the next RS, it will only be a short time before another one after this one.

Here's another idea
Read the disclosures my uninformed friend. I have not take a pay check in nearly two years and have invested 15 years worth of savings into this company. I am deeper into this company than anyone. I resent your bashing. You do not know what you are talking about.
As to tout sites, you tell me how a penny stock is able to market itself given the current regulations. I am a securities attorney and I can tell you that there are very few ways to dissimenate information to investors with a company like Nexia. If you have better ideas, why dont you try sharing some of those ideas rather being so incredibly scenical.
If my recollection serves me correctly, I have taken about $40,000 total in about 30 months out of Nexia in compensation. I have given my life to making this venture work. How dare you say that I am screwing over investors and wasting money. You have alot of nerve.
If you have legitimate questions fine, but do not email with false assumptions when the answers are printed in black and white under the Executive Compensaion Section of our filings.

Maybe this will give you a better idea about the azzhole in charge @ Nexia.
Dear NaySayer:
Once again, I would encourage you to read our disclosures. This company has been a sub penny stock for years now. I have been working on raising significant sums of money through an SB-2 that the SEC has held up in comments for nearly 2 years. In the interim, I have raised significant sums of money, but not enough to really make a go of the company on the scale that will really make an impact.
Nexia is not currently the picture of great financial health. I never said that it was. I do think that it is an exceptional opportunity with significant risk. However, compared to other OTCBB companies, I think we are one of the best opportunities out there.
As to your question about financing, we have over $350,000 in revolving lines of credit, factors and are working on more. I am not going to indebt the company beyond its means to pay it back.
You try and go out and find bank financing for anything in the current state of the credit markets. Your attitude assumes that one can snap their fingers and money will fall out of the sky that is a naive attitude.
As to why we have to keep issuing more stock, Nexia is obligated contractually to do so. In case, you have been asleep, I am trying to grow a company which requires employees and capital. We only acquired Landis and Gold Fusion within in the last 12 months, it takes time to stabalize early stage operations which is what my team and I are doing.
I am perfectly happy to answer reasonable questions. However, I will not stand back and let anyone belittle all of my efforts, and the efforts of nearly 100 employees.
It appears to me that you have no business messing with risk penny stocks. You cannot afford to lose, which means that you cannot afford to win or be messing with penny stocks.
The bottomline is that you should not be in this stock. You do not understand the company, you have not taken the time to read the disclosures and you are not capable of taking calculated risks based upon your terrible attitude and comments.
In my view, you are demoralizing this board and if I have to post to this board to counter your bashing I will. I am not above defending my company anytime...anyplace.
I beleive in what I am doing. I beleive that with hard work I will make Nexia a success story. It may not happen in the next two weeks, but it will happen. I am making the best decisions that I can given the market and the cards I have been dealt. I am intelligent, tenacious, persistent and care very much about Nexia shareholders. This is why I answer investors calls pesonally and will post to boards when I deem necessary.
If you are indeed a sahreholder, you should be looking for solutions and assisting yourself by pointing what Nexia has done right and letting as many people know about us as possible.
What you are doing is shooting yourself in the foot which is nonesense in my mind.
Sincerely,
Richard Surber
CEO -Nexia Holdings, Inc.
Well then they should try to find a new company because at this point, this is nothing more than a shell.
But wait that might be a problem because of the secrecy of the fudacion....this is getting very complicated.
Upper Management can be declared BOGUS at any moment too, don't forget that.
Well maybe you should tell Pedro he's about 30 years late to the party. It seems the 4 regions are already majorly integrated. And there is plenty of evidence to prove that correct.

Using a 3rd party to transfer funds...what a joke, this is looking more and more like an HYIP everyday.
Next thing we'll hear is that you have to convert into egold and then do your transaction.
Wackers!!

You should have went to Vegas and dropped 70k, at least you would have had fun doing it and had a few stories to tell.
Can you explain the records in the losers bracket. Thanks
I hope RCCH wakes up this week, there should be some news this week considering last week was pretty quiet and they've been releasing news on a weekly basis for the last few months.

I'm tempted to pull my certs, take a trip to Utah and pay for salon services with the certs. If he's using these shares as forms of payment, then he should be able to accept them as well. And if he doesn't accept them....I'll leave them in the bathroom of the salon so they can be used as TP.
Dude my advice to you is this....run for the hills. If IR is asking you to prove that you are an investor, that is BS. You don't have to be an investor of any company to get information from them. For example if I was thinking about investing in a company and I wanted to get information before I bought even 1 share, that shouldn't be a problem. The whole point of an IR department is to keep current shareholders informed and to ATTRACT NEW INVESTORS.
Maybe you should find a new Investment Philosophy because you just got played by NEXA via Dick's Printing Press.
With anykind of volume IGAI could see .002 or higher
Don't be surprised if you get a PM from him. I've gotten 2 already. He likes to talk shyt.
Schwab has no love for .000x stocks lol
or 12 haha
A Kamikaze or Purple Hooter should do the trick!
Sorry Toad that was my fault. AZ Maverick didn't like what I had to say on another board so he decided to follow me and attack me on this board.
Wisebuys/Hacketts are nothing more then 2nd/3rd tier retail stores that are lucky they've lasted as long as they have. They don't have the volume buying power that national retail store have and that will be their downfall when it comes down to it.
Lampert used the Real Estate holdings as collateral.
Wisebuys can't do that because they don't own the Real Estate.
They can't even afford to buy the domain www.wisebuys.com
And remember this is 2007, any Retail store where you can't make a purchase online through the website is living in past.
Do you know why the KMart/Sears deal was valued at $11 Billion....because of Real Estate.
If Wisebuys liquidated their inventory/fixtures etc. What would they have left? NOTHING
Figures...I guess that's why they had to RM to go public
Does Wisebuys OWN any of the locations their stores occupy?
No update on the Nevada SOS site...
Who knows....its pretty much an empty shell.
.004 +100% News coming? Have they found a buyer?
Looks like their matching trades...this should break .001 with some more volume.
