Les Goldman didn't bring up anything political. He's allowed to have political advertising for the Kerry campaign. If he had a Barry Goldwater sign I would say the same thing. It's his office and didn't inject politics into the discussion. If instead he had a bookshelf in the background with a few texts you find controversial like Das Kapital would that be bad as well? The reality here happens to be that some are looking for any reason to attack management because they're about to deliver.
That's not what happend. Michael Dell was making bold investments outside the PC area but shareholders didn't want him to do that. They wanted traditional PC sales to increase but by that time the market had changed. To get rid of their idiot ideas he got rid of them as a concern. He was right to do so.
Unlike that example shareholders in Northwest Biotherapeutics are 100% behind management. So it really has no relevance.
Lisa Su's turnaround of AMD has the greatest applicability to Northwest Biotherapeutics.
Landmark Trial Results which no other firm achieved hardly qualifies as "doing the minimum."
As Dave Innes told me on 5/10 "short sellers love to turn your best day into your worst."
That same narrative applies now.
Market makers deprived the firm of billions. You are absurd.
So management are killing cancer patients? You are saying that, Happy?
NWBO has complied with all SEC and OTC Markets Group requirements. Your definition of how a public company should act isn't what's required by law.
Go ahead and start your own preclinical biotechnology company and have quarterly earnings calls.
I am sure they will be very short given no preclinical biotechnology company has earnings to discuss.
Right now management are focused on approval which isn't a public process they can nor should talk about given they must not front run regulators or disclose more than necessary about their revolutionary product given competitors which wish to bankrupt the firm.
If you are unhappy as this management team does not meet your personal goals then you are free to sell your shares before DCVax achieves worldwide approval.
If Linda Powers wore a Harvard Law shirt I am sure you would say she's faltering as some Yale graduates might be offended.
That's how absurd you are critiquing Les Goldman for having a John Kerry bumper sticker in his office. It's his office.
If you don't like it too bad! Get your own company, sell shares, then run it how you want.
Les Goldman raised hundreds of millions to fund DCVax R&D.
If you don't like Les then sell your shares as we was instrumental in delivering the Landmark Trial Results.
Wrong, you don't know case law. The application itself isn't material as simply submitting says nothing about what action the regulator will take. Therefore the average investor would not find this information alone sufficient enough to make an investment decision.
Les Goldman should not have to censor himself because the GOP has been taken over by Q Anon crypto nazis.
It's well known that Les is a Democrat.
Are you going to tell Elon Musk to stop being political because he might offend someone?
Elon shoves his opinions into the faces of millions every day.
Les had a bumper sticker in his office. Very different.
The shorts on this forum are really grasping at straws.
Management were correct in suing every major market maker as our stock has been manipulated for over a decade. I suspect we will see more legal actions taken after the first approval. It's entirely probable we will see criminal charges filed given the obvious conspiracy to destroy Northwest Biotherapeutics.
There's no universally accepted baseline of time for preparing a biologic licensing application.
The drug approval process varies based upon complexity.
If you cannot wait any longer then you should sell.
I find it astounding that so many "longs" continue to hold shares in a company they spend a lot of time disparaging.
If you lost faith in management then make the rational decision.
I know ATL and others will happily buy up your shares!
I also think we will get an approval PR but I would be fine if we have not submitted yet.
There's only one outcome for longs:
Generational wealth!
I don't care how long ago data lock occurred. During that time we also bought Flaskworks, got MIA, presented at NYAS, received PIP, and published in JAMA. Much occurred over those three years yet you frame reality like management have been idle since data lock. Obviously untrue.
I am focused on timeline until approval. There's still plenty of time this year. As George and hyperopia illustrate, from their precise reading of the latest 10Q, we could have an MAA update anytime.
Plenty of time for DCVax will be approval this year. The price then will only be going up.
I agree ATL. You describe why I own Northwest Biotherapeutics stock.
As long as the plaintiff has standing there's nothing unethical about filing a lawsuit. We live in a free society while the courts are one of the institutions that make it so. Companies have a duty to protect their shareholders while courts are a mechanism for such an outcome.
Your arguments make no sense from the perspective of a shareholder in Northwest Biotherapeutics. You claim management are "beating down shareholders" yet when they act forcefully to defend our stock price from criminal manipulation you assert they're acting in an unethical manner.
A lot of nonsense!
World-class management
Managment spent millions defending themselves in court against multiple erroneous lawsuits.
We lost billions in market value due to illegal spoofing.
Adam Feuerstein was cited as justification for that spoofing in federal court filings.
I hear nothing about how these activities harmed patients only a false narrative that the victims are responsible for the current state of affairs.
Laughable, ahistorical, unethical, and sheer lunacy are ways I respond to this grossly incorrect framing of events.
You think it's unethical for us to sue market makers which have been spoofing our stock for years?
Spoofing is a crime but it's unethical for us to seek relief in the courts?
That's what you're saying?
Sheer insanity.
Nice victim blaming.
Are you providing legal advice to Citadel and the other defendants in the spoofing case?
That's right Doc. We will overcome.
I agree Doc!
MIA yeah that's nothing for an NWBO shareholder.
MOA presentation yeah that's nothing for an NWBO shareholder.
DCVax combination trial at Phase II yeah that's nothing for an NWBO shareholder.
I agree Senti.
In reality the firm have been very frugal selling C shares.
Because longs will win, bud.
Citadel cited Adam Feuerstein as justification for their spoofing.
We are dealing with a criminal conspiracy to bankrupt all longs who post on this forum.
NICE will fully reimburse DCVax. This will be a quick decision that shorts are unable to spin.
I dont care about what happened 5-10 years ago which was before I made my first purchases in 2020. Drug development takes a decade or more. Those that made investments so long ago should have known such context before buying Northwest Biotherapeutics stock.
Management developed DCVax and manufacturing for cheaper than the median of $2B. That's what matters to me as well as Landmark Trial Results in addition to a combination therapy pipeline that will bring cure-rate results to millions of cancer patients!
Trillion-dollar technology!
Vehemently Disagree.
Disagree.
Management wins through approval.
I agree hoffman.
Adam Feuerstein began criminal manipulation of the stock the evening before NYAS on 5/9 when he argued Linda Liau was running away from the presentation because the trial failed. As a result the stock price was crashing before NYAS even began. These are the facts of what happend on 5/9 and 5/10.
Keep at it hoffman. Great time to buy!
Thank you dstock.
I agree Gary
