New Movie Out - In Theatres Now:
Amazing Grace Film Overview:
http://www.amazinggracemovie.com/index.php
Amazing Grace, based on the life of antislavery pioneer William Wilberforce, is directed by Michael Apted (The World is Not Enough, Coal Miner's Daughter) from an original screenplay written by Academy Award® nominee Steven Knight (Dirty Pretty Things).
The film stars Ioan Gruffudd (Black Hawk Down), Albert Finney (Erin Brockovich), Romola Garai (Vanity Fair), Michael Gambon (Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban), Benedict Cumberbatch (Hawking), Rufus Sewell (Legend of Zorro), Ciaran Hinds (Rome) and introduces Youssou N'Dour.
_Gruffudd plays Wilberforce, who, as a Member of Parliament, navigated the world of 18th Century backroom politics to end the slave trade in the British Empire. Albert Finney plays John Newton, a confidante of Wilberforce who inspires him to pursue a life of service to humanity. Benedict Cumberbatch is William Pitt the Younger, England's youngest ever Prime Minister at the age of 24, who encourages his friend Wilberforce to take up the fight to outlaw slavery and supports him in his struggles in Parliament.
_Elected to the House of Commons at the age of 21, and on his way to a successful political career, Wilberforce, over the course of two decades, took on the English establishment and persuaded those in power to end the inhumane trade of slavery.__
_Romola Garai plays Barbara Spooner, a beautiful and headstrong young woman who shares Wilberforce's passion for reform, and who becomes his wife after a whirlwind courtship. Youssou N'Dour is Olaudah Equiano. Born in Africa and sent as a slave to the Colonies, Equiano bought his freedom and made his home in London, where he wrote a best-selling account of his life and became a leading figure in the fight to end the slavery of his fellow countrymen.
John Newton (played by Albert Finney in Amazing Grace) wrote the words to one of the most beloved hymns of all time between 1760 and 1770, while working as an evangelical pastor. Son of the commander of a merchant ship, Newton was captain of a slave ship for many years, until he underwent a dramatic religious conversion while steering his vessel through a storm.
Repenting and regretting the misery he had inflicted on the thousands of human cargo he had transported across the Middle Passage for many years, he devoted his life to the Church, and wrote the lyrics to many hymns which are still popular today.
In 1780 Newton left Olney to become rector of St. Mary Woolnoth, St. Mary Woolchurch, in London. There he drew large congregations and influenced many, among them William Wilberforce. Newton continued to preach until the last year of life, although he was blind by that time. He died in London December 21, 1807.
The Amazing Change Campaign:
William Wilberforce's work is far from finished. There are still an estimated 27 million slaves in the world today. Modern day slavery can come in many different forms. Entire families may work long days in rice-mills, brick kilns or on plantations. Children may be abducted and forced to fight in a rebel's army. All of the people in these examples are slaves—they cannot come and go as they please and are often beaten or threatened with violence. They have no autonomy in their day-to-day lives and deserve the right to be free.

Now We're Talk'en:
Thank's for the clarification.
This is the kind of selling volume I'm talking about.
Now, I understand and appreciate your views on the subject.
This gives us something to look forward to!
It's good knowing someone else's watching this stock besides me.
Please keep us posted on any future news releases!!!
If you have any other information, please do not hesitate to post it. I'm ready to see some fireworks.
Really Good:
Would you like me to send some information about it?
I've located over a dozen websites on the internet.
It's becoming a legend in its own time.
There are Smart Car Clubs cropping up!
Please Clarify:
1. "This stock is headed up imo."
Yes, I agree, just by looking at the technical indicators.
2. "Lots of cheap paper coming"
What does this mean?
(Dilution of stock, more shares issued?)
Please expand on this statement.
3. "but there is a strong promoter behind it".
(Is there a megalog coming out soon?) or (Is the CEO getting ready for a press release?)
What do you know that you can share?
Any information would be helpful.
You know the old statement,
"Curiosity's what killed the cat".
4. What articles or information do you have that can shed light on the subject?
5. Just out of curiosity, what's your target for shorting the stock?
My gut feeling tells me this stock has a lot further to go.
Check the selling volumes in previous years.
We haven't come close to those selling volumes yet.
IMO, that says the strong hands are still in.
It's always nice to have someone else's opinion.
Since we've entered a sideways channel, it's been pretty boring.
So, I've been creating educational & informational postings.
It appears there's not many of us watching this stock.
Sometimes, I get the feeling I'm the Lone Ranger in this stock.
Any further information you can share would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Hilander
PBS TV & THE WRITTEN WORD:
The Written Word:
From time to time I post sideline articles that will have no relationship to Strategic Resources. They will be about a movie I'd just seen or something I've come across I think others will enjoy. If they weren't interesting or educational in nature I wouldn't post them. I like to reflect and learn from other people's experiences in life. When you think about it, that's really what makes up our live's. Lot's of little experiences all strung together. Some of them good and other's not so good. Ocassionally, I pick one of the better articles I come across and share them with you. Hopefully, we can relate to some of these stories to make our own lives better and more meaningful.
I like reading short stories because we all seem to be short on time. I figure, by expanding our base of knowledge outside of what shapes our immediate world we can expand our minds beyond our own day to day events. Even though this is important I believe its even more important to keep expanding, stretching and growing. Otherwise, we run the risk of getting in a rut, being bored or eventually become self absorbed not being aware of what's outside our immediate world. To keep me and you on our toes, sometimes, I may post stories that have a hidden meaning, a pearl of wisdom so to speak and let the story stand on it's own good merit.
This is another reason I post these types of articles, to keep growing and expanding. Since my mind is always active anyway, I figure I might as well give it something good to think about. I challenge you, if you think your mind's not active, try sitting down on the couch for 10 minutes and think about nothing. It can't be done. The mind is always active. If you figure out a way to empty the mind of thoughts, please let me know.
TV:
Every week I watch old English Movies on Public Broadcast Service. PBS was founded in 1969. The movies are based on people's life experience's and made for our entertainment and enjoyment. They are usually very good and educational in nature. I've been watching them for years. This is PBS's version of the written word translated into the spoken word. It's designed for those who don't have time to read. And I'm sure glad they did!!!

DYSLEXIA & People Who Don't Read:
DO YOU KNOW PEOPLE WHO ARE DYSLEXIC AND DON'T LIKE TO READ?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyslexia
I have met people both young and old who don't like to read. In reality most adults are so busy they can't remember the last time they read a book. It's no wonder adults don't read anymore except what they have to. Most people simply don't have time for extracarricular reading. Even though the internet has made it much easier and faster to gather information. There is still another entire group of people who don't use the internet. Those are the people who don't like to read, period.
If a simply fun and enjoyable way of reading can be designed into our lives, we can all read a little more by starting with only 5 minutes a day. Do you remember reading J.J. Racoon in elementary school? Well, that was an attempt by our public education system to get us started with recreational reading. How many of us are still doing that now?
People like to read what peaks their interest. Once our interests are captured, we find ourselves reading more. Ask anyone who surf's the internet. We can read more plus find the information faster. We don't have to lug a dozen books home from the library anymore. That's what the internet has done for us.
Have you heard of Read Aloud America? It started out in Hawaii. Now, it's reaching out to the mainland and around the globe.
What is Read Aloud America?
In 1995, Jed Gaines founded a reading program called Read Aloud America. It's a nonprofit 501(C)3 organization that promotes literacy, encourages a love of reading in adults and children, and increases children's prospects for success in school and life.
His purpose was to get families together, to share with one another. They read outloud and in the process have fun reading and learning together. Many families had difficulty splitting their time between reading and watching television. So, they removed the television from their home.

2nd - 3rd Grades | 4th - 5th Grades | 6th - 8th Grades | 9th - 12th Grades
Adult | Ageless
http://www.readaloudamerica.org/booklist.htm
Jed Gaines did a courageous thing. He's showed thousands of people how to feel better about themselves. It wasn't his intent but they now have a better chance for success in the world. He figured out a better way for people to learn and have fun in the process. Plus, he figured out how to do it as a family unit. I commend Jed's efforts for reaching out to help his fellow man. Now that's a wonderful example of "paying it forward" on a daily basis! Congratulations Jed for making a difference.

I also noticed your from Texas, here's one for you.
There's 3 Joker's from Texas:
GOOD
In Richardson, Texas State Trooper was running radar. He had a perfect spot to watch for speeders, but wasn't getting any. Then he discovered the problem. A 12 year old boy was standing up the road with a hand painted sign which read "RADAR TRAP AHEAD!"
The officer later found a young accomplice down the road with a sign reading, "TIPS" and a bucket full of money. (And we used to just sell lemonade!)
BETTER
A motorist was mailed a picture of his car speeding through an automated radar post in Plano, Texas. A $40 speeding ticket was included. Being cute, he sent the police department a picture of $40. The police responded with another mailed photo of handcuffs.
BEST
A young woman was pulled over in Austin, Texas for speeding. As the TX State Trooper walked to her car wind ow, flipping open his ticket book, she said, "I bet you are going to sell me a ticket to the Texas State Police Ball." He replied, "Texas State Troopers don't have balls." There was a moment of silence while she smiled and he realized what he'd just said. He then closed his book, got back in his patrol car and left. She was laughing too hard to start her car.

Another Energy Savings Plan By 2016:
Light Bulb Corporations plan to retire Thomas Edison's 125-Year-Old Invention by 2016, says its obsolete! Will this effect energy cost? Experts say it will save consumers $18 billion a year in electric costs.
SNIPPET:
Aiming to slow global warming through energy efficiency, a coalition led by the world's largest lighting manufacturer is planning to phase out energy-wasting incandescent light bulbs in the United States by 2016.
The push to retire Thomas Edison's 125-year-old invention was set to be unveiled Wednesday in Washington. The coalition includes Royal Philips Electronics, the Netherlands-based light-bulb manufacturer, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, and other environmental and energy-efficiency groups.
If it takes hold, the phaseout could save enough energy to eliminate the need to build 80 of the 150 or so coal-fired power plants now planned nationwide, the coalition estimates. That, in turn, would prevent about 158 million tons of carbon dioxide annually and save consumers $18 billion a year in electric costs.

Grand Canyon Skywalk Photos:
Extending 70 feet (21 meters) from the canyon wall, the 30-million-dollar Skywalk will put a few scant inches of glass between visitors and a 4,000-foot (1,220-meter) plunge to the Colorado River. As it was inched out by an industrial-strength pulley system yesterday, the glass bridge was balanced by half-million-pound (227,000-kilogram) steel weights on its back end. Once in place, the Skywalk was welded to four-story steel poles inserted into the canyon wall.
