I love to grab that 10M block at .004 too but I'm in NSAV deeper than I should be already. For a cool 40 grand, it would be nice if some whale would snag that block and light a fire under this thing.
Some promising NSAV tweets today. Looking to acquire 100% of an existing CEX!
Thanks for that detailed post, Sterling. It DOES seem like NSAV has a lot happening and could potentially start logging revenues, and possibly profits, by year-end. I think a lot of newbies, and even some longs, might get confused as a result of so many moving parts. It sure would be helpful if NSAV would come out with a summary,
roadmap, or another corporate update that pulls all the pieces together. Still holding long!
Sounds good to me!
Seems to me there would be 15,000 shares after the RS and 1.5M shares after the FS. I don't understand why they would do a RS followed by a FS except that the final share count would be a fairly nice round number due to the vast reduction in oddball share numbers after the RS. It's still a mystery why this was approved by the Board of Directors and the majority shareholder back in November, but no action has been taken after 10 months.
The RS is followed by a 100:1 forward split so the net result is you end up 1 share for every 10,000 you have now. I have 10M shares now so I would end up with 1,000 shares. The final VALUE of your shares after the RS and FS, other than rounding effects, is unchanged.
My oldest shares are from 12/31/20 at .0004 and I agree it will recover eventually. It HAS to recover before we can sell if only because it’s impossible to unload a large number of shares without tanking the stock when the volume is so low as in recent weeks.
Well done, sir! Since you already scored big with NSAV, it's just a waiting game for you and all the rest of us who believe it will recover. Too many pokers in the fire for this not to fly again once revenues, and then profits, start flowing.
Totally agree, Serpico! Go NSAV!
Wow! I was feeling sorry for myself holding ~22M NSAV shares with 5M trip 4's and ~3M dubs. Like you, I'm down huge from the pre-rug-pull high and still down significantly compared to my overall cost. If you're not selling, I'm not selling either. GLTA!
Had over half before Aug 2021. Flipped a few here and there on mini-dips and rebounds but also averaged down when it 'appeared' I was getting shares on the cheap. I suspect there are many in the same boat and we know there are plenty with way more shares than me. Good luck to us all!
I have more than double that many NSAV shares and I'm NOT loving it! Still holding strong though. When you're this far in the red, there's not much point in selling for peanuts.
NSAV 8/31/22 Morning Tweet Recap:
Good Morning NSAV shareholders. The amazing team at SRAX https://srax.com has just completed a DEMO of their one of a kind, Sequire Platform, to our new investment banking firm, Manhattan-based MD Global Partners and the folks at MD were very impressed to say the least.
As previously stated, SRAX has an audience of over 9 million investors on their Sequire Platform and very soon, all of those investors will hear about NSAV and the great work that we are doing in Crypto and Blockchain.
$NSAV tweeting...
Somebody heard you. MJWL is up 28.8% on a 60Kshare buy!
Let's see if it lasts...
Somewhat impressed at how quickly NSAV recovered from that market dump of ~3M shares at 12:08
Looks like somebody dumped ~700K on a market sell. Should recover...
Looking good so far. Go NSAV!
OK. Half penny now after only 7 minutes of trading.
Almost a half penny. That's more like it! Long way to go still...
What a disconnect the NSAV stock price seems to be in relation to the information in this post. So much in the works but credibility issues persist. Still seems like we should be sitting around 10X from where we are now.
This is at least the second response I've seen from NSAV IR whereas, previously, many were complaining that emails are never answered. I'll take it as a positive sign!
Totally agree. I thought the Q2 results were better than expected. It's only because of the tweeting that people are disappointed. You just have to subtract out the overly optimistic JT tweets and give them some time to grow this thing.
That would be sweet. Kind of heading that way since the low of .0041 at 11:27.
NSAV Q2 was disappointing to shareholders who had unrealistic expectations. IMHO, the results are more along the lines of what should have been expected given the track record over the last year. The disappointment must not have been that severe since, at this moment, only 1% of the float has been 'dumped'. NSAV is definitely a long-term hold, a fact that has been evident for quite some time now. GLTA!
Thar she blows! Q2.
NSAV seems to be recovering from that 5M share dump ~40 minutes ago. I guess somebody wanted to unload some of their stockpile in case the Q2 report is crappy.
Up 15%. Sweet!
Hey, at least something is happening. Other than those recent tweets, with no follow-up so far, NSAV has been eerily quiet. Q2 financials should show up at any moment so the silence WILL be broken. GLTA!
MJWL - Nice paint job before the close. Can't wait for CE removal!
NSAV - That was a pretty sweet recovery from the LOD (.0048) around 1pm to the HOD (.0053) at the close. Nice steady increase, almost stepwise, those last 3 hours. Recovery reason = unknown.
EMGE - A 911 trade just went through, for those who believe in the MM signals...
RGBP: Highest volume since April 6 and second highest since Dec 27! That is promising!
Wait, wait, and wait some more. GLTA!
Wow, I 'only' lost $8K today with NSAV (on paper). I guess you must have about 6X the shares that I have. Sucks to be us! I still believe this is going to turn around and head north before year-end.
Yes, volume wasn't half bad. Today's volume was 2X Tuesday's volume and Tuesday's volume was nearly 3X Monday's volume. That's a trend I'd like to see continue NSAV!
And, suddenly, most of those bids are gone 4 minutes later! NSAV does not lend itself to traditional analyses.
I agree it's possible something's afoot. There's almost 11M on bid 0.05-0.051. Somebody wants those low 5's!
Seems to me that share price is a bit artificial given the low volume on most days over the last many months (average volume = 15M for the last 3 months). We haven't had 100M+ volume since last October when the share price was 10X what it is now. With almost a 5B share float, that 5M shares that somebody dumped after the open is only about 1/1000th of the float. I think we need credible volume before the share price accurately reflects reality. With these recent paltry volumes, a few million shares can quickly push the PPS in either direction. Given the large float here, the case can be made that very few shareholders are selling, and most are holding their shares tightly.
Kind of looks like a 4-5M market sell. Hopefully, it recovers. $NSAV.
