No waiting 45 days to see ”if” the over allotment gets filled. It’s all sold in record breaking time (3 days)!!!

Next week will be fun. They killed it with this offering! No warrants and over-subscribed!
Premarket trading perhaps?
You could be right. Who really knows.
Guessing with the election happening in 4 months it might already be underway?
It has not.
Enjoy your weekend!
$VERB - once discovered en mass - watch out!
Business and Investors are clamoring for new and innovative tech tools for the post COVID-19 pandemic world.

When you consider the combination of the below top 11 CRM’s Market Cap’s (not all of them either about 60%) it amounts to $2.34 TRILLION.
Is it possible that VERB’s Interactive Video Technology CRM could earn away just 1/2 of 1% of their value? That would amount to $11.6 Billion Dollars of value.

Regardless of whether or not you believe VERB’s value is much much greater than current market value, it's going up in a big way.
Imagine a few political campaigns leveraging the tech!
Of course VERB is far below peer market value. If you don’t realize that, I am not sure how to convince you.
I mention TESLA because it is another great example of how the market gets it wrong all the time, just like it has gotten VERB wrong.
TESLA closed at $1,643 on 7/212020. $142 increase in 1 day! I remember about 18 months ago when TESLA was trading at about $190 and Elon Musk said it was worth more than $400, and analysts and others laughed at him.
Of course it is.
Tesla was also being hold back from $190 to $1600 in 18 months.
Volume always precedes price.

$VERB History -
In 2018 VERB went from $.08 to $3.04 in 4 months ($46 by today’s math), then rose to $18 in 2019. What will happen after this finance closing? Could it happen mid-day?
*VERB Rory’s small telecommunication startup Telx totally disrupted the industry and was a huge success.
Telx was a $215 Million dollar winner that grew to $1.9 Billion dollar behemoth after its sale in 2006. Rory developed the strategic vision for that growth and disruption.
$VERB - most recent analyst report has a $5.35 share price. Litchfield Hills Research.
Absolutely they did.
Confirmed in recently released prospectus:
Our Market
Our client base consists primarily of multi-national direct sales enterprises to whom we provide white-labeled, client-branded versions of our products. Our clients also include large professional associations, educational institutions, including school districts, auto sales, auto leasing, insurance, real estate, home security, not-for-profits, as well as clients in the health care industry, and the burgeoning CBD industry, among other business sectors. Currently, we provide subscription-based application services to approximately 100 enterprise clients for use in over 60 countries, in over 48 languages, which collectively account for a user base generated through more than 1.3 million downloads of our verbCRM application. Among the new business sectors targeted for this year are pharmaceutical sales, government institutions, and political parties and candidates.
It’s rumoured, so I’m not sure there can be any due diligence.
If that comes to fruition my guess is visibility for the product will be insane.
Since the election is in 4 months it would have to begin being used soon. PR that one please.
Reality soon.
“Making dreams come true”
VERB Technology Company
Will be up over 2,500%, 5,000% , 7,500% and 10,000% in that exact order.
4,500% in 4 months in 2018 was exciting too, but nothing compared to the 2020 COVID-19 stopper VERBLive. People will go nuts for it and it will be a must have for all sales.
Stick around to participate. Will be fun!
Nobody’s lost anything unless they sold their shares.
That’s the price you have to pay for success. If it were easy, you would be building success companies like Rory did with Telx - $1.9 Billion value (wink wink).
What goes down also goes up. COVID-19 created the biggest spring board of our technology. Both retail and institutional investors are aware now, that’s why the immense trading volume over the last week.
3 days to close $12,000,000 financing deal! Amazing! No warrants too!
His track record had 15,000,000 shares traded the day before the offering was announced, as well as a record finance closing of just 3 days.
The financing itself offered no warrants this time.
Seems Rory’s record keeps improving and growing the same way VERB is.
Many, many investor eyes are upon VERB.
The market timing of our needed disruptor VERBLive couldn’t be any better. It’s desperately needed by U.S. companies.
$VERB Financing should close today.
I wonder if a PR will come after hours tonight or in the am?
Fisticuffs will be off and I believe share price is in for a well-deserved meteoric rise of epic proportions.
TESLA rose $142 in one trading session.
If COVID-19 and the subsequent world shutdown has taught us anything, it’s that anything is possible and expect the unexpected.
My guess is today
From LinkedIn:
Remote work is creating new job opportunities. Would you start a side hustle? #BusinessUnusual
I think that is wholly why the financing opened and closed in two days. Lots of understanding and interest in what VERB represents.
I agree.
As an FYI - TESLA closed at $1,643 on 7/212020. $142 increase in 1 day!
I’m not saying VERB will go up $142 in a day like TESLA or even $100 or even $50, but anything is possible as COVID-19 has taught us.
Moreover, with Nancy Heinen’s network of Silicon Valley executives add the immense respect for her because of her leadership at Apple, my guess is that the word is out about how VERB interactive video technology will change the landscape of both CRM and Living Streaming services for the better, post COVID-19.
Do your own due diligence.
Influence and respect within Silicon Valley from her 25 years of leadership.
My thought it is her argument for interactive video technology within VERB CRM and VERBLive streaming video conferencing will be both compelling and thought provoking.
COVID-19 only exasperates the solid business case for VERB CRM/Live.
Remember Rory Cutaia took a unknown telecommunications start-up from $0 to a $215,000,000 sale in just 6 years.
He created a whole new vertical and stayed on as a business consultant for a multimillion dollar yearly contract. Telx sold again for $1.9 Billion dollars. No one thought it could be done.
Now Rory is disrupting another untouched vertical in $200+ Billion Network Marketing Industry that has been overlooked by CRM giants like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, & Microsoft.
