it goes beyond high revenue its also about the tech know how & new manufacturing techniques of suppliers this is where the vertically integrated maze wins
It is reported that the eagle-wing hinge contains 100 pairs of parts, which is a comprehensive problem integrating mathematics, physics, materials science, industrial design and other disciplines, which almost determines the success or failure of the folding machine.
The hinge material is liquid metal. At present, only Yian Technology can supply it in China. The cost of the hinge shaft is extremely high. It contains dozens of metal parts and the assembly process is complicated. These parts require metal manufacturing processes such as MIM, CNC, and stamping. The requirements for suppliers are also very high, and suppliers need to have the ability to handle several metal materials such as aluminum and liquid metal. In addition, compared to the laptop hinge, the precision, durability, strength and thinness of the mobile phone hinge hinge are much higher than the laptop hinge!
ah i missed that last bit yeah you cant fix it haha
you da man BB thats a great posting of facts.
for sure there are many examples but i found it funny that just this morning business wire had an article about a chinese firm paying royalties it was too funny and so i posted it otherwise its mostly pointless replying to WATever is the new gaslighting/strawman argument of the day.
any proof or links to back up you claims wich by the way directly contradict what lugee has already publicly through quarterly lqmt statements declared his intention to be for lqmt ?
this was just announced today on business wire lolz
Sesen is also entitled to receive royalties on net sales in Greater China
im guessing li would say depends on the income lqmt has in 5-10 years time.
bigger income gives li the opportunity to take lqmt into manufacturing the same way he did with his last company eon.
lqmt does not manufacture or sell instead look for more 6+6% deals as per eutectix
not unless you expect lqmt become an oem and buy/maintain/operate 1000s of bmg machines and associated factories/staff lolz.
6+6% royalty/referral fees for ford/tesla would be amazing and thats just the tip of the iceberg
The company has become Volvo's global supplier and has entered the Porsche, BMW and Mercedes-Benz parts supplier system. The new energy vehicle market company is BYD , BAIC New Energy, Geely, Tesla, Ford, etc. to provide products. At the same time, the company strengthens cooperation with domestic new energy battery manufacturers Ningde Times and BYD.
byd is huge and lugee/eon/lqmt are right there with them.

eon 60% ownership of yunhai is moving closer towards this

of all the possible ‘inner portion’ materials suggested for ‘enhanced thermal conductivity’ bmg would be best suited for that.
He mentioned that amorphous has been successfully applied to the hinges of Huawei folding screen mobile phones, multi-brand and multi-model camera modules and other 3C consumer electronics.
In computing:
Three Cs (Compulsory, Capacity, and Conflict), three categories of CPU cache misses
3C, or Computer Control Company, Inc., a pioneering minicomputer company (1953–1966)
Agile model: 3C (Card, Conversation, Confirmation)
3C, an abbreviation often used in Taiwan for "computer, communication, and consumer electronics"
Li Yangde displayed a number of commercially available amorphous devices
the converse is also true
thanks for the reply
li doesn't own the company.
apart from the fact i never said he owns lqmt consider the following majority share holder/chairman/ceo/control of board
he will never leave china for a new home.
has already homes outside of china/hk
CCP will not allow it.
ridiculous/nonsense/absurd
josh is this relevant to lqmt tech?
thanks

PCB manufacturer Tripod Technology has reportedly cut into the supply chain for Apple's upcoming mini LED-backlit iPads and MacBooks and will offer super-thin rigid boards for the devices, according to industry sources.
Tripod may have a chance of elbowing out its Korean peer Young Poong Electronics to share Apple orders for mini LED backlight modules with Taiwan's leading
PCB supplier Zhen Ding Technology, the sources said.
Triod declined to make comments on any specific clients and product lines, but acknowledged that it is proceeding with deployments in the mini LED segment.
Apple's mini LED backlight modules will adopt three-layer rigid boards, which require higher flatness and hole density than general rigid PCBs to support mass transfer technology, with materials also having to achieve extremely low shrinkage/expansion rates, the sources said. Tripod will have to purchase high-precision drilling machines and other automation equipment to meet the requirement, the sources added.
Tripod can join the supply chain for Apple's mini LED devices probably thanks largely to its good cost control capability, well recognized by Apple, the sources said, adding that the company and Zhen Ding have been noted for performing better than other makers of rigid PCBs in production management, cost control and profitability.
The sources continued Tripod is undertaking trial production of sample super-thin rigid boards, and may start volume production in early 2021 at the earliest.
and thats why lugee will make billions with his lqmt shares would not surprise me if one day he cuts ties with china/hk he has already had to giveup/sell majority ownership of his company eon to get a majority in lqmt and ensure eon has the backing of roc to be successful and raise the tide for himself/us.
the source of lqmt future rare earth supply
https://www.forbes.com/sites/jimvinoski/2020/04/07/the-us-needs-china-for-rare-earth-minerals-not-for-long-thanks-to-this-mountain/#650e3d3228b9
Round Top, however, offers a 130-year supply of the critical minerals. And USA Rare Earth is looking at benefits beyond the ore itself. “It’s not just about supply,” said Althaus. “We want to reinvigorate the processing industry that’s been offshored.” Toward that end, the company is constructing the first U.S. plant to produce high-purity rare earth oxides, first in a pilot plant opening in Denver, Colorado, scheduled to be fully-functional in May, and later in a full-scale continuous process operation on the Round Top site. The focus there is on sustainable processing, using renewable energy for power and an environmentally-friendly continuous ion exchange separation method, which has the added benefits of low capital and operating costs and streamlined permitting.
The beauty of BMG is that the same machine can be used to make virtually any part for any industry. As long as a mold can be developed for it, it can be made. So it is a much more safe capital investment.
if companies are willing to abandon factories and all the 'inertia' associated with them for the chance to supply apple then changing machines is a no brainer
companies are moving manufacturing to different countries all because apple told them so
they have to adapt or perish its that simple when it comes to whale orders.
'inertia' as you put it will lead to 'obsolescence' as the article put it.
Supply chain faces reality of obsolescence
“They’ve (Apple) gotten very cutthroat; that’s their attitude now, that you should put up the money. And if you don’t want to, someone else will,” one electronics OEM executive said candidly.
i never knew that the cnc machines where specifically for apple only always thought any old cheap cnc machines where being used but not so and these apple only/specific cnc machines cost $1 mil.
it makes lqmt/maze/106 alloy more attractive to the case manufacturers even more so now that apple will no longer help them buy machines.
For example, a CNC cutting machine used in the manufacturing of metal iPhone and iPad cases costs upwards of US$1 million.
“That’s a specialized machine only for use in making Apple products,” attests the Apple case vendor executive.
once the market takes off there will be lots of M&A and lugee/lqmt have more funds than those start ups even more so when the pps goes up after take off.
this part of the pla is even better its how lugee makes his/our lqmt shares worth big money.

over 6 million if i remember correctly 'insider' can be anyone with knowledge of the deal so it may not have been company directors etc
who must report it.
didgitimes reported the rumor on the 10th the price spike was 2 days earlier on the 8th so someone knew prior to the rumors leaked so its 'technically' illegal/improper but good luck trying to prove/prosecute it especially if 'insiders' bought on rumors instead of actually first hand knowledge.
all imho.

very nice proof thanks for the research putting all the peices of this maze together
more apple suppliers/manufactures expanding/relocating in india which is in the non exclusive geographic areas noted in the pla

great research jay and yes very possible that was the reason for the price spike some quick insider buys.
ok enjoy those pennies and dont forget to pay your tax
there is so much more than just the alloy patents proprietary know how and vertically integrated supply chain are far more important for commercialization on a whale scale
yes and in 20 years they managed only 3 machines before catching the big fish that is lugee once he bought/invested into lqmt thats when the road to commercialization started
first need to build the supply chain/factories/perfect the formula-process/machinery-tooling/maze needed for the whale orders to come thats what lugee has been doing
no thats photo of orions belt in a lqmt frame
frame/housing for a laptop display
