I hope not on FRE, i own it now. lol
we've all been there. It's the season of pain, lol. I am starting to consider it a privledge that i get to endure the hardships. Sort of my own personal test of my own mettle type of deal, it's not like 200 years ago when if you were feeling blue you just went out and wrestled a bear to feel manly hahaha.
Congrats on your baby although belatedly. I hope you and your family find peace and some sort of prosperity in these days.
found another renter......... back to the grind. I gotta get the cash flow going positive again.
I"m looking for some part time work... not mickyD pt either. lol
alloy steel, plenty to be found. Selling it is about as easy as selling crack outside a police station.
Well, first time, plus a little more. Someoone broke a window, kicked in back door. Another 1000 bucks or more gone.
PDC, how you been hanging. I've been in the house of pain over the real estate stuff.... dam.
For those of us attempting to sell real estate........ WE KNOW! lol 'cry'
Watson got tore up, i took a chunk out.... freakin people.
lol, hey, right now it probably really is brave to put a single penny in the market. Don't sell your comment short. LOL
hell little bro, i just wish i had some $$... dam renters.....
not really, look at the chart and the volume. 50 is the floor IMO, i'll be out at 60-70 next week. :)
What the heck, after some FRE .50
Why not? Suppose her pay was because she has great steady hands? Some things you pay for becuase of reasons beyond measured education.
If you buy a fine china cabinet, you are likely paying a very high hourly wage to an uneducated person in the fields of literary arts but what he does know is woodworking and the knowledge that he's crafted over a lifetime. In those fields we'd likely be considered "uneducated".
I agree Zeph, i dropped out of high school 2 weeks before grad (don't know why know, i was an idiot attempting to prove something due to high doses of testosterone and drunk with youthfulness) but i did later go back and get some college.
It's not necessarily the education as it is the lack of timidity that can often get you ahead, IMO. I know lots of folks with degrees doing nothing with them. Not everyone can excel, sometimes simple fate intervenes. We aren't guarenteed material wealth.
My grandfather always told me that an education is something nobody can take from you. I disagree, time dulls the memory erasing those imprints of knowledge if you don't use it. Not to mention our minds are like computers, health and abuse can interefere with years of gathering you have achieved. Knowledge is a good thing, but don't think you'll always have it in your head..... that's why i write it down, lol.
Or better yet BBC America
is this a potential popper? I need one badly. lol
Sweet mother, and insiders appear to be buying??? This one hass me all confused
in some spots yes. Right now we need a dose of socialism, and i say that coming from the extreme right. I'm one of the MOST get the government out persons you'll ever meet.
But i do see excess greed and bad loans are going to spiral us into a greater depression than ever seen before if we don't put aside material pursuits for a bit and restore a neutral balance.
In some respects, real free market probably can't exist without the restraints of socialism from time to time. Just like republicans and democrats, you can't leave just one side in power forever because they tend to forget just who they are supposed to represent.
These toxic assets.... they were outlawed after the Great Depression, Clinton, Bush, they all helped to bring them back because of Greenspans idiocy. I knew that SOB was no good, he's destroyed us all unless we can catch a gasp before we drown.
Take off the tin foil hat...... sheesh
wow, buying any bank stock right now..... good luck
No more QID for you! You're breaking the rest of us, LOL.
ohman, this is hillariious. Stewie vs Wall Street
Fish, China has dwindled their supply true, but they have not told you the whole truth. China is lucky in that they are a communist country at heart although they are experimenting with capitalism. When they tell everyone that everything is fine, nobody questions them becuase those that question still get shot.
They will burn through stuff to an extent till they find a use for it, but they are also turning down consumption of raw materials. They may be new to the global economics foray but they aren't idiots.
Look for US steel companies to revive production numbers coming toward the end of the year. End users are crushed with inventory and massive write downs in values are underway. Many costs are being slashed by 33% or more in some companies. Suppply lines are very slack right now and spot market prices are where companies are getting their needs unless it's a major quantity. Smaller companies who actively handle their inventory are who you need to look for. Anyone with small inventory values will flourish or at least survive in this turmoil. Our personal company is beating out larger players because they are choking on high cost inventory that they refuse to write down. They are suffering from the same dilusion the banks are, they actually belive they will recoup their money from high price buys and in the case of the banks overpriced mortgages in default. Both sides need to slash 50% or more from their values, pound down a few beers and shots of liquer, cry, and wake up the next day to a brighter future.
roflmao...... nice. But i'd rather see a pitch off between billy and the new hump that is selling the "slap chop" and those damnable "shamwow".
Oh those 2 going at it would be worth millions. Maybe he could demonstrate his slap chop across billys forehead and show how the shamwow gets the blood up fast!
i don't believe you..... put it on youtube and let us judge it. LOL
Can we call Chris a pumper now??? haha
LOL, you're always on the HOP...... no need to mark you. I know where ya are. I just didn't want to be left out. hahaha
HAHAHAHA, please give me the link to this article. It must come from a truely comedic site.
A dime will make me wealthy too LOL. I'd take it. But i just believe anything can occur.
added a mark for you LOL
I gotta catch up on what you are talking about. But, why would anyone want to take Siri/XM?
Sounds suicidal to me. A report came out yesterday saying 9 out of 10 subscribers will drop if the economy gets much worse. Terrestrial radio is free. Why would anyone keep paying for this???? Internet, Terra, lots of free media.
Do you think they would seek radio stations to put it through and go for standard advertising dollars???
10-4 good buddy.
LOL, Obama is winning over everyone. Even me.
He did say, he was going to be everyones president. At heart, i think we are all scared of change. But honestly, i think we need to change back to what and how we were 50 years ago.
We didn't fear our neighbors then, our CEO's looked after our interest, the world didn't mistrust us.....
Then look at today...... we lock our doors and can't even accept bread from our neighbors because we don't want to trust that they can be good folks (instead of meeting them with a breadbasket we meet them with a smith and wesson 44).
Our CEO's today want to take bail out money from US THE TAXPAYER and go on expense paid trip to Las Vegas because "it's tradition for wells fargo to make it's employees feel welcome" when they have lied last year and said they were in great shape and now took BILLIONS in bail out money. Then they had the audacity to say that it wasn't bail out money being used to pay for the trip??? YOU IDIOTS LOST BILLIONS......... there are no FREAKING profits for you to fund this little trip with, so exactly where is the money coming from then if not bail out cash???? Asses, every one of them.
The rest of the world now shudders with fear when they see us coming. Used to they rejoiced and wept with comfort because they knew people with moral righeousness were among them and they would be treated as we treated ourselves. Our legacy the last 40 years, we take what we need and left alot of people with empty promises. Gave them guns when they needed bread, and bread when they needed guns. Our leaders haven't faired us well and as a 2 time Bush voter, i look back now and see he was a good man but he was also used by a corrupt system.
I hope Obama gets some caring folks in and changes the tax laws to run off the crooks that are raping our futures for their own self gain. It'll hurt in the short run, but the future on the nation will be much stronger.
I'm in agreement too. Currency isn't like a stock in that how much you have on the market isn't neccessarily a sole indicator in its worth. Just because they are buying it back today doesn't mean they think it's going to run like crazy.
Who knows the what and why, maybe they had an early agreement with the IMF that they could sell as much as they wanted for a standard of XXXX amount till certain milestones and etc were met. Then once that criteria was met they needed to establish cash on hand to buy back whatever necessary to have like 10 Billion Dinar in float. Then prep for the next step in moving their economy further...
I could see something like that, and buying the dinar back is a good thing IMO. But like you, i don't think this means any impending sudden wealth, but i do look upon it as a stable platform that the value shouldn't retreat from this level.
I believe 1.00 is attainable, but it's not going to be done in a day or a year. 5 to 10 years, alot can happen.
I hold on and wait patiently.
LOL, posted today. Lots of insider selling..... i can't blame them. They are likely getting their money before new tax laws come into being against them.
yep, i don't understand it. She just keeps sinking away.
Geaux, i love all that techno babble stuff that works ok when a bull is loose. But money is flowing out of the markets at neckbreak speed right now.
Pull "bullish" and insert "bearish" etc. Rinse and Repeat for the next 3 months.
could care less.. maybe 2 quit. What are 2 employees???
