Why not? Suppose her pay was because she has great steady hands? Some things you pay for becuase of reasons beyond measured education.

If you buy a fine china cabinet, you are likely paying a very high hourly wage to an uneducated person in the fields of literary arts but what he does know is woodworking and the knowledge that he's crafted over a lifetime. In those fields we'd likely be considered "uneducated".
