I wouldn't get to carried away yet.
Yes this is a fact about lawful proceedings but it can go either way. Only troubling thing is why?
Why would you spend resources going down a path of sure failure?
What is there to be gained if this ticker is dead already?
Now I get maybe management could just be stupid but this took some capital to achieve. Capital from a company that supposedly has none.
You don't have to be a investment savant to see nothing here adds up.
Does that mean they win the appeal, obviously not. But what it certainly can mean is the shares you hold here this company wanted to keep trading for a reason. Reason enough for going to all this trouble and expenditure. After decades around business you learn this effort is seldom put out unless there is value somewhere.
A final point, regardless of what happens here regarding the listing, if your a shareholder you still have legal rights those shares provide. It is definitely a huge "what if" play but I bought in for a right to see how this plays out.
FYI. My family has owned a law firm for 6 decades and my brothers wife is a district court judge. They take things under advisement all the time. Deals are struck often long before court with both parties in agreement. Basic law 101...
Thank you and yes it is, was my first trip.
I don't know that DBMM has projects in Dubai but they were certainly at the blockchain summit, well someone who is working for them at least. Who knows but could certainly be a much less regulated fresh start for them. Was very interesting surprise for sure. Tells you how small this world can really be. Take care!
Maybe you can get them to leak the real reason they have gone to all this trouble getting everything straight. It honestly had nothing to do with OTC markets. There is a new game in town for DBMM. Obviously the byproduct here will be great for investors that stayed regardless of what decision is made. See just because this isn't traded on these garbage markets doesn't mean you have no value. This righting of the ship was in preparation for DBMM's next move from my recent surprise encounter. I just returned from a conference in Dubai and guess who was there...
Don't get on here much anymore but thought this was interesting information. I don't have time to read all the comments so sorry if this is old news.
I am still in this one as well.
Another funny thing. Why all the argument now about a company that is revoked or most certainly will be?
I would think the argument of a companies financials that are "meaningless" in the scope of things is a very poor use of time.
But yet here they are...
Too funny. Almost completely forgot about this one. I bought a bunch of bags for nothing here honestly just to see where it would go and to remind me to check.
Imagine my surprise when my 4 figures when to 5.
Obviously there is not enough volume for me to liquidate everything but really, why?
Like some I was in this before it shot up because DBMM had promise. Fortunately exited before the shit storm. Reason I got back in was seemed really strange to keep the lie going if there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Especially for such a seemingly educated crew.
Why not just take the money and run?
Guess we will see what happens now... Best of luck to all!
Haven't been on this site in months. And look what I found.
Just about time to start loading up again!
Nope still here. Holding free shares for this next push y'all are buying for right now.
My DD included an address to get in contact with the company, how about yours? Oh thats right you have the apartment.
I only hold after I made the money so why sell now? Even if your correct in all this babble here I will make far more holding with absolutely nothing to loose.
I hope you are giving investment advice for a living. Yikes!
FYI most of these OTC companies have out of date or surrogate addresses. Helps keep the public away. Meaning you guys that have 100$ in stock but believe they have rights of a CEO.
Still in with millions. Just prefer to use that little-known concept of buy low sell high...
Plus if I make a mistake don't hang around blaming everyone but myself.
This board is hilarious. A bunch of um "investors" talking smack back and forth.
All the legitimate shareholders have vacated this board obviously.
Looks like this is occurring on multiple boards here. Coupled with the extensive legal actions against ihub looks like it's days are numbered.
Vaya con Dios niñas
Yes that would be the "common" part of common sense...
To funny. Maybe I am playing this "game" different than you.
I am still green, took profits plus paid for my remaining shares.
So I guess perspective is the difference here.
If I felt the way you did about OTTV not only would I have long ago left cutting any losses to a minimum. I certainly wouldn't be stalking a board where I no longer had a dog in the hunt.
Pure waste of time and energy for me.
Dilution is part of the game here in OTC.
Without going into depth on a subject that has been discussed and debated exhaustively, if you don't like it selling on the bid is a click away....
Comical. What Drama.
Thanks to TV we have all kinds of professionals here.
If he is smart enough to develop an elaborate scam to take everyones money I am sure he can hide it from our inept government...
Who gives a damn? Almost every company in the OTC is delinquent.
And not by a few weeks. More like a few quarters...
If you know what your doing you accumulate in small amount over many trades and many days as to not increase share price. Why pay more than you have too?
LG has lawyers on payroll so filing lawsuits is easy for them.
Getting anything out of it is a whole other story.
But honestly this lawsuit discussion is pointless. Little if anything will come of it and will be a while before anything is known for certain.
Has a use in furthering weak attempts to discredit OTTV which is fine with me.
Cheaper the shares more I make.
Just because this is publicly traded does not mean all information is public or is required to be made public.
Not trying to be rude here but people creating this fear where there is none fuels a pps drop. Don't get me wrong, this is how I profit, from fearful investors. So I am perfectly happy with scared money.
But pushing for news when there is none just to improve your position only betters mine.
Business decisions take time to realize success or failure and when I say time I mean more than 30 days. If you were here to scalp OTTV I am sorry but your doing it wrong. That train has left for the time being.
Best of luck to you.
This company trades in volume of hundreds of millions when your "pumps" happen because it is one of the few OTC stocks that has a tangible product.
This is on a lot of watchlists so I will eat up more shares when it gets closer to my average.
Hell OTTV ate up 20 mil of my shares like nothing when I sold some to pay for the position last time.
Thank you for so quickly proving my point.
There are many necessary evils in business. In these small startups unless you are willing to put your personal assets up and they are substantial, financing has limited options. So dilution, which is merely a financial vehicle, will be the only option available in the beginning of even the best idea.
It is like someone who has bad credit, they are seen as a poor risk regardless of why. So expensive financing avenues are the only option. But navigate those and you will have better options next time. This will continue if your successful until a major bank will see you as an acceptable risk.
Realistically if you are looking for low risk there is nothing for you in the OTC, nothing.
As for charts, not saying they have no place here but are largely wasted on a startup with minimal time in existence. Especially the timeframe you posted.
Good information to keep handy over the next several years though.
Thanks for the information.
Here in OTTV? Good work. I did about the same, little less.
So how many free shares you have left? I'm still holding little more than 40 million free now.
I feel the pop coming. Crypto and pot tanking for now so these sectors should recieve more attention especially from investors looking to quickly recoup losses.
Best of luck.
Agreed. If you have been even mildly exposed to corporate lean principles this needs no explanation.
"When in Rome " is applicable here as well.
When I would consider entry into a target market, first thing that was done is hire a consultant that was familiar with the region. Johnny has lived this region and survived it successfully.
In addition, he is not afraid to pay for specialists which is a sign of good business acumen. To the novice this looks like needless expenditure but it is not at all. More time and money will be wasted working outside your skill set than by acquiring a specialist. This also allows him up to focus on his core objectives.
You can successfully navigate the OTC marketplace using knowledge and patience. Or you can swing on the coattails of manipulation and deception, always being a day late and a dollar short. No pun intended.
The later is easy to spot here as they are not in sheep clothing. Using repetitive statements, often mean spirited, as if repetition of a falsehood gives it validity.
Always happy to see a voice of reason on this board.
Best of luck my freind..
No was not my initial goal.
I have however taken enough profit to make my remaining investment free. So now up a little but can let it ride to fruition or failure. Or buy more if it sinks to my average.
Even the scams here see moves up and volume to sell into here on the OTC within the year.
Great attitude. I am actually still up a little but not near as much as when I took profits.
No worries here Viva will see it again.
Now going to stop wasting time and start playing.
It's cigar, whiskey time and 80 degree rain at my favorite Caribbean hangout.
Have a great weekend!
I believe you meant sit by them on the OTC trading couch of success.
Take care and best of luck in whatever it is your doing.
So your take is they do nothing, have done nothing, continue to receive millions for nothing, have persuaded many others outside of Viva to help them do nothing and somehow this was all a gift from God via shareholders.
Okay sounds reasonable....
And you are referring to what?
You are aware what "assume" means in business correct?
I think people are confusing problems with doing business. I am sure they have made regrettable decisions, as who in business has not.
Viva is in among giant's on a relative shoe string budget for this industry and still clawing at it.
As for blame? Who cares? OTTV has gone from literally air to a tangible product. Not an easy accomplishment in any venture but with the speed at which this sector moves people seem to misunderstand fluidity for lack of follow through.
If anyone has time for finger pointing, I think you just found who to blame. Apparently it is not the current management as they are still getting back in the saddle after every dismount. That is not because they love the shareholders so much.
This is a sign of someone who has a lot to lose.
Exactly who I want managing any investment I make.
I agree delays are frustrating in anything really.
But selling positions due to delays, misinformation or misunderstanding information is a long-term solution to a short-term problem.
If someone misjudged their entry that is unfortunate but hardly the stocks fault. If your reason for buying is still the same then buy more down here to offset the poor entry. If not get out and call it lesson learned.
Best of luck to all.
Simply wrong. Nothing will ever happen fast enough for anyone on the outside looking in.
OTC marketplace is just like this. Everyone has an opinion of how to run a company they know nothing about because they own a minuscule amount of it.
I won't comment on missteps in any company because I have no access to all the information for determining it was in fact a misstep. It only makes anyone look foolish to do so.
Publicly held does not mean all information is public, it means the public holds a piece of the company.
It is not so much what Johnny knows but more who he knows.
Such as Joshua Dawson/EVP at MSG Telco. Spent like 15 years at AT&T dealing with primarily Latin interests.
Or Carlos Barba who was President of Telemundo, Univison and BuenaVision.
These are just a couple of contacts that have enough knowledge of Johnny to endorse his abilities but most importantly when the time is right can get him a seat at the table.
Make no mistake our CEO is an accomplished networking professional. Viva Entertainment will have it's day soon.
Carlos Barba's resume speaks for itself.
CHT Holdings is the company that owns MSG Telco, the company Joshua Dawson works for.

Not saying Slim is interested in Viva but he is definitely interested in the US marketplace where Viva is establishing a foothold. Slim built his empire through acquisitions so not likely he will stop soon.

Your very correct. I am sure I have eluded to this before as well.
If you have never been around these kind of people then there is little chance of explanation let alone understanding.
I spent years in event promotion and dealt with my share of handlers. Still don't get the mindset but I do know if you don't play the game your out.
This is why I like this play and got in when they had nothing. These guys have the ability to sell ice to Eskimos. Now whether they succeed or not, who knows and there lays the risk.
All the technicals and fundamentals are largely wasted here. I backed the players and that is it. The gamble is always present but if your going to play in the riskiest market then I would rather have talent than money for my leadership. You can lose money, talent will be there when the money is gone.
OTTV already paid off enough to make my shares here free so just letting Johnny do his thing now.
Best of luck longs.
Yes meaningless in the scope of things.
I don't care about day to day stuff here. Took months to finally trigger an old alert I set to give me time to buy more. Only reason I am even reading this board today.
To funny, experienced trader, exaggerater maybe.
I was here long before the Internet. Your kind has always been around ironically bottom fishing since the beginning.
You want a fact? Regardless of how you receive benefit from your function here a good long investor will always surpass others as the market has a long bias.
Ok Mr. Tarantino, this is the death spiral?
Your take is OTTV got 250k and Ignition sold at the absolute bottom today?
Fiction appears to be your calling...
Laughable.
I remember all these same comments when OTTV was in the trips without even a product. In fact, shortly after was when I took profit to render my remaining shares free.
Seasoned investors have their finger on the buy button. I only can hope for further decline. This is a strategy that has served me well. Buy low, sell high but only enough to cover entry plus 30%, rinse and repeat. Most stocks offer this several times before the real move.
If you were going to make an attempt to improve share structure would you do it at the top or bottom?
If you were going to use this Ignition "line of credit" or whatever other semantic catch phrase you want to use, would you do it at highs or lows?
There are many other "what if's" here both pro and con. But make no mistake this OTTV group is far from ignorant or arrogant. They strived in a cutthroat industry known for being about as difficult to maintain success as in trading.
I cannot predict anything here as many attempt to do. I can however say the odds for success here with Viva Entertainment are far greater than a large percentage of OTC companies.
Best of luck OTTV investors!
