Migme could have been nice in the long run, but man. at least that headache is over. next, announcement that deal is of, then finz!
pew pew pew
I'm just gonna roll with what trader53 said. Let's go with the buy out theory
A buyout would be dope.
Real dope
good thing i already warned the board of this
we all knew this was coming...i told everyone last week
i think they will....and i think mig may regret their decision.
neil will slap back here.
it's not like us investors had anything to do with this deal not going through? take your salt elsewhere
No man, i got your point:
I know how investing works and I its is very very plausible to get a run to Revs/OS on the OTC because business metrics don't really matter as much as on a higher efficiency exchange:
If vert wants their money, then they are gonna want to increase the PPS, not dilute this into infinity while Levin/Vert/Oreva spends another 40 million on High Times
https://www.seedinvest.com/blog/startup-investing/how-convertible-notes-work
Pixel has been funding to keep migme afloat the entire time they were under the SPCL umbrella, including server cost, maintenance, personnel, etc.
it does not guarantee, but these are tangible numbers. and they are better speculation than nonsense opinions based on no numbers.
all we know about rev is it once hit 48 million (via dun and brad, a very very reputable source), and is significantly less that 70 million (as of dec 1st).
so you can run t-tests all day until you find what is significantly lower than 70.
but we have a market cap of 3 million right now....
also the market cap right now is about 3 million, but im not gonna waste time on you. ARPN was carefully selected to make your argument. not even in the same sector.
the OS has not changed since it increased to where it is now, it has been steady for about a month. The shares on reserve were for migme as they were to occupy 45% of the shell and 55 for spcl. 54.7 is OS right now.
also blue APRN has ridiculous overhead cost.
the tractor hasnt been sold yet for dollars to buy shares
thats fine, lots of people respect my opinions.
30 million in revenue = 1 penny
30 million/2.8 billion......math.
lol yeah, we have all been patient here and continue to be...patient to say the least
it is not a wash in any way. Pixel will maintain their current share structure and likely look for a new sizable (like 45% of AS) acquisition upon becoming current.
30 million in revenue, converts to about a cent pps WITHOUT any sort of price/earnings ratio.
So you don't really know what you are talking about.
nah, we know marshall only posts about one thing and one thing ever. it will be the convertible loan that doesnt mature until 2019.
they can do 2015 and 2016 now
spcl has been traded 15 times today, 6 of which are MMs doing their job. dont think anyone is pumping anything.
dude this is such a stretch. technically your argument holds wait but you are yelling at a wall.
the deal closed, its in the december first 8k. the super 8 has yet to occur along with audited financials
the sequence is three fold: buy, sell, hold....it does apply.
i already told you i need to wait for the company to publish more garbage. just like jzbjymyzzjbmy. every picture they posted dug a deeper grave and flo has learned his lesson this time. but anything this company posts; i will rip to shreds.
ill bold this for you: I currently have no conclusive evidence that this is a scam, however i have patterns based on previous ihub members, this is not DD this is being a smart and suspicious investor. I would not invest in this stock ever. it is likely a scam and as soon as the company give me anything then ill pick it apart
happy
we have already discussed what DD is so far the score is 0 to 0...
look at flo getting worried here: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132032902
dude right....I cant believe it. DD has become a meaningless word. like when people say "literally" when they "literally" mean "figuratively"
it's ridiculous. Welcome to this scam hole lucky....happy to see you here.
not many trading this garbage to begin with. maybe they learned their lesson listening to flo last time. unfortunately the amount of DD that I can do right now is limited as the company is delinquent AF. but ill search for ya
hoping richard oravek makes it into the mix here, get a few photoshopped pictures of some trucks, you know...the jzbmy (or whatever the heck that name is) style. it would be nice to be able to connect the two
wait, so where is this DD on this merger
I personally do not care about his points as they are basically the gambler's fallacy. If you flip a coin 4 times and they all land on heads, some people are dumb enough to think that the chance of it landing on heads the next time is now less likely based on the previous 4 flips. That is how some board members are thinking...
What I know is that Pixel is a real company, making real revenue, working with big time publishers, and eventually (who knows when), they will become current.
Sometimes an agenda matters more than a job?
Most investors here are about 50 years old looking to retire so they can go sky diving in boulder colorado
MMs are algorithms, if there is low volume they decrease the spread to increase volume. 10k slaps are nothing other than a computer program executing based on PPS, moving average, volume, bid size and depth, ask size and depth.
how do you not know this?
they are debt heavy. look at their financial filings, they are on the ASX.
the deal had a positive outlook due to mig claiming they could become cash flow positive quickly. perhaps spcl came to see otherwise?
i think share structure is odd right now, since it was adjusted for the merger, and now the merger is strongly rumored to not be happening.
its due like august 14th, but spcl doesnt have a reputation for meeting SEC dead lines
too much debt is not the only reason and perhaps not even the primary reason. I believe two parties were struggling to negotiate and couldnt overcome cultural barriers needed to do so.
there is an allotted time period from which the definitive agreement is terminated and an 8k can be filed. for some material events, the company is allowed to delay until the next quarterly is due, for others, its a 4 day time frame.
no investor knows when the deal was called and if it with 100% certainty is called due to the lack of the material event. so we could be within that 4 day period....or not.
you know that's not why the deal was cancelled and continue to push this false agenda of inside information, which is not being distributed. and since it's not being distributed it's also not being acted upon.
give up.
thats not true at all....nothing has come from spcl management regarding the failure of the deal.
WHERE IS THE TICKER CHANGEEEEE!?!!?!?!?
oh yeah, it probably isnt happening.
also whats up with that lame court case for the share cancellation that also hasnt been mentioned in a while
I will be looking into this ticker hardcore style later...lots to be suspicious of
seriously guys....we moved from one "chinese reverse merger" to another...
