Just now seeing the volume. What's going on???. Did some news break???.
I don't have a problem with Adrian or any offer of a company taking a salary, but when you are a small company or a start up company, the salary should be based on the bottom line of the company (sales minus overhead cost/expenses). You can always increase salaries as the company grow. Also if you invested some of your own money into the company to get it started, you should be able to pay yourself back, but don't take out 200k plus a year when the company cleared about 100k or even less, LOL.
It was 200k a year, and that is a justified salary, if DNA Brands were doing millions and millions of dollars in sales. The truth of the matter is the entire previous management destroyed this company, and I think it's more to the story of why Mel and Darren "resigned". I truly do hope Adrian is legit because this could be a great company with the right management. I could even see this being bought out or merge with a smaller beverage or food company, because I don't see the major players touching this right now.
The pictures here are very old, probably from around 2014 when the company lost there distribution deals after the former CEO made false statements about the company. All of the existing product was sold to Big Lots at a lost, to at least get something, and until Adrian took over as CEO last year, the company had been dormant. The company do not currently have any product for sale in any stores, but according to Adrian's last PR, production will resume in early 2017, and I'm sure when and if they do get back in stores, the pictures will be updated. There is a more detailed post labeled the rise and fall of DNA in 2014 at the top of this forum, highlighted in yellow, that explains what happened with the company. Also you may want to read the most current PR's.
You are so right, over 34 million 2s sold today. Hope you loaded up. I'm so glad to see you supporting DNAX. Keep up the good work.
It would be nice if one day this turned into a huge business with multiple products, but I think too many products also played a part in the DNA Brand downfall. The former management tried to grow the business to fast and got themselves in a lot of debt, then when the former CEO did what he did it just all came tumbling down. They need to just focus on the three to four energy drinks, and don't be greedy once they start making a profit. That's why I will be very happy if this only go to .01 or .02, and not worry about this being on the same level as other drink company's.
Everyone is a little hesitant to buy in at 2 just in case the dilution starts back up, and it drops back down. 2s are slowly being bought, and this thing will fly on production news. Good Luck Everyone.
Sorry, you didn't get your 1's filled, but maybe this is a good sign we will now reach the 2's and 3's. Hopefully you previously loaded up, and this was just extra, in case 1's are are gone. Let us know if it fills tomorrow. Good Luck Everyone.
You are absolutely right, this company, Redchip, would not risk their reputation on a dead penny stock that they didn't think could come back. I was considering doing the flip thing once this reach .0002 or .0003, but after hearing that, I think I'll hang on to all my shares. If I were to get out, then try and get back in at .0001 this thing may take off and never go back to .0001, or if does I probably want be able to get the same amount of shares back once the insiders start buying. I would hate to get out and then this thing takes off. So many people will be selling between .0002 and .001, but I'm pretty sure once they start production and get sale this will be at least .01 or .02, where it was previously trading at, if not higher. I don't know how true this is, but I came across this on another board. Didn't two trades go through on Friday for 911???
MARKET MAKER SIGNALS
Penny traders believe that Market Makers (MM) will "signal" moves in advance buy using small amounts of buys or sells as "signals". The "signals" are such a small amount of shares (worth no more than 5 or 10 dollars) that no trader would have paid a commission that costs more than the amount of shares bought. The "signals" are from one MM to another.
100 - I need shares.
200 - I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.
300 - Take the price down so I can load shares
400 - Keep trading it sideways.
500 - Gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal.
911 - Pending News
Why is DNA Energy/Adrian NOT updating the official Facebook page if he/they did indeed merge the two Facebook pages? There was a lot of stuff on the other Facebook page, but they didn't put that same information on the official page. I tell you why, because Adrian, nor anyone affiliated with him created that Facebook page that has since been deleted. Who knows, someone may have contacted Adrian with questions, and he found out about the fake page, and reported it to Facebook as a fake, same as I did. We all know about the sabotage of the company by the former CEO, but someone is still trying to sabotage this company before it even get of the ground again.
My agenda is to let everyone know the "new" Facebook account was a fake. As far as the word merge, I was referring to a post on the NOW DELETED, "New Facebook" page that read "We have now merged, please click below", or something like that. I have been watching the company/stock since 2013, and even though I haven't always agreed with management, there is know reason for someone to create a fake Facebook account and post fact misleading information, which BTW is FRAUD.
I reported that Facebook account because it is misleading, making it appear news is coming out, and using the word merge, and if you not reading it carefully you could think merging with another company then merging two Facebook accounts. I don't believe Adrian did this, this new Facebook was a fake all along, and I said it from the beginning. I believe I know who on this board is responsible for it, just go back and read everyone's posts and if it's who I think it is they posted not to long ago. It now appears to be deleted.
One person was promoting the "new" Facebook page a lot more than others. I won't say the name just in case it was just a coincidence. You can figure out who if you go back and look at the other posts.
I found 3 Facebook pages for this company, 2 under the name DNA Energy Drinks and 1 under the name DNA Brands Inc. The new DNA Energy Drinks Facebook and DNA Brands Inc Facebook has never been confirmed in a press release as an official Facebook page for the company. The original DNA Energy Drink Facebook page, that was last updated in 2014, I believe is/was an official page for the company, because there is a link to it on the OTC website. Bottom line, know one knows for sure if the company or just a random person created these other two Facebook pages, until we get confirmation from the company directly.
All of the posts on the "new" Facebook page has been deleted???. I'm not sure if this is an official DNA Energy Facebook page, because why not have a Facebook link on their website, advising of their official/new Facebook page.
Why is everyone making a big deal over the fact that Adrian don't have an actual "warehouse"? From everything I am reading the space he got is perfect for a start up company or a mom and pop business. I know when people hear the term "warehouse", they think of a huge building where forklifts can go in and out of, but DNA Brands is no where close to being that big. All Adrian needed was a space big enough, and cool enough to hold probably 100 or so cases of product in the back until it is ready to be shipped or sold; basically something about the size of a large bedroom, because the front half would be the office. Also the good thing about the canned energy drinks is that he didn't have to look for a space that had to have a freezer or refrigeration for storage of product.
I agree, I think the previous management started to get ahead of themselves once they won the best tasting award and thought a buyout by the bigboys would be a shoe in. If Adrian is smart, he would just work on getting the product back in some of the same stores it was previously in, sale online, make a decent profit, and not focus so much on trying to get the big boys to notice them and do a buyout. Trust me, in due time, if the sales are good and stead, the major players will take notice on their on. I went back and looked at the stock price history of DNAX on Google, and at one point they were doing very well for a small company, reaching as high as $2.00 or $3.00. This was many years ago, but still very good considering they wasn't everywhere.
Has anyone verified this Facebook page as their new official Facebook, or just a Facebook page someone else created. When I look at this "new" Facebook it is very clear that the pictures on there has been taking from the Facebook that was last updated in 2014 and from the website, as well as, the PR's that was recently released. For example the picture of the energy drinks in the store cooler with the 2/$3.00 sign is clearly from 2014, just look at the other Facebook page.
If you are going to be a MOD on this board, or any board, don't you think you need to know a little bit of what you are taking about. DNAX did not put out a PR about new flavors. There was a discussion about possible new flavors based on a picture. No one knows for sure if these are new flavors, new names, or something else. Until an actual PR is released by the company it's just talk on a message board, which has nothing to do with getting a stock price to change, and if someone buys or sale shares based speculation and not facts, that's on them. Again the company has not confirmed any new flavors or changes to their existing flavors.
If these are indeed new, I commend Adrian 100% to know that some adjustments needed to be made with some of the older flavors as well, instead of solely focusing on trying to get the old product back in stores and then it won't sell. In addition to the problems with the old CEO, there were probably some criticism from consumers about some the taste and in this day and age some of the health nuts are looking for specific ingredients. I'm sure we will know very soon what is going on. Good Luck to all in this New Year.
Are you all sure these are new flavors, because they sound like the same flavors as the original ones, just a different name. I started thinking when I saw your post because I didn't catch it on the website, my eye sight is not as good as yours, LOL. Could he be considering changing the names once the drinks are produced, or could this be the working names Parkside Beverages used when they made the samples, and the person who is/was updating the website (drawing the can designs) copied the names as they were given, not realizing that the Energy Drinks have catchier names. The cans at the bottom of that same page still has the original names. If you really think about the new flavor names, they sound more like the ingredients of the drinks, then a name that could be used to catch someone's eye when it is setting on a store shelf. Who knows, but little details like making sure the drink names are the same all over the websites and advertisements is what Adrian needs to correct ASAP, as well as the shop now link on Facebook, and have the other Facebook sights taking down or updated, because I think there are two others that is associated with DNA energy/DNA Brands.
He will also need to give out samples in stores, or do some type of promo to get the buzz back out. Even though this was previously out, a lot of people may have forgot about DNA Energy and moved on to another energy drink or never tried it.
If Adrian is still working with Parkside Beverages, wouldn't they be the ones to make the product for him, and do all the testing. He just need to have somewhere to store product till it is shipped once he start getting orders, that could be the need for a warehouse. And if sales go good, possibly online, or if he get in a store there want be any hang ups with not having a place to store large orders. Good luck to everyone and hopefully it we will here more news next week.
I agree with you 100%, this thing will go at least a little bit in February, and if we don't get soild news by then I'm selling when Adrian tries to dump.
Why is everyone selling their shares for .0001. WOW, if you all want to sell at least sell for .0002
This thing won't go up until an 8-k or other SEC documents are filed. I think big investors think this could be another pump and dump scam/phony press release.
This news story that came out, may end up being good for the new DNAX. If Adrian is legit he should release updated information about what's going on with DNA Brands now, sooner than later, so that what happened with DNA Energy two years ago, won't be linked to the new DNA Brands, and scare off investors, potential investors, and distributors.
Hold strong. Please do not sale your shares.
Why would anyone sale prior to next Thursday? Everyone please be patient and hold on to your shares so this thing can start moving up. I was just able to get in a few days ago at .0002. I wasn't able to buy as many shares as I wanted to because my money is/was tied up in other investments, but I will still be very happy if this thing takes off and if it don't, I want be losing to much either.
I'm giving Adrian until February before I try and sell my shares, because he has to hold his shares that was given to him when he took over the company for a year before he can sell (he mentioned it in one of those conference calls). If we don't get any solid information by then, I will sell when he try and dump. Good luck to all. I do believe he will say something by year's end or at the beginning of January, you all have to remember the quarter doesn't end until December 31st and he will at least file the 4th quarter documents. When those are filed pay close attention to the reduction of the company operating expense, and the cash on hand, to see if he is really trying to clean this company up restarting production. The debit may stay the same for now since there won't be any sales yet.
I don't see DNAX getting off the ground again. Based on what I can tell Adrian takes over dead penny stocks/companies, and when investors find out a new CEO has taken over the company the stock gets a small pop, then it dies again, and we hear very little, (puffing about the company), or nothing at all. The stock and company never gets off the ground. I hope I'm wrong, but my gut is telling me I'm not.
I wrote Adrian today regarding the stock ARNH I came across that he is also connect to. He responded back promptly, the first half is what I wrote and then his response.
