I don't have a problem with Adrian or any offer of a company taking a salary, but when you are a small company or a start up company, the salary should be based on the bottom line of the company (sales minus overhead cost/expenses). You can always increase salaries as the company grow. Also if you invested some of your own money into the company to get it started, you should be able to pay yourself back, but don't take out 200k plus a year when the company cleared about 100k or even less, LOL.
