Slojab
He paid $125,000 for the 1.25B shares. It's public record.
Why would the CEO pay $125,000 for more company equity?
Rick. Nice find. Seems SpacePOP is targeting a niche that needs filling.
That said it's disappointing after MIP Con 2016 France this week for GBI, that zero shares traded hand yesterday. I'd expect some uptick in volume with MIP exposure. But nothing.
The share price seriously needs some good earnings revenue to wake it up and move forward. This thing was the equivalent of $6+ just a few years ago when it had much less going on than it does today.
So ... what kind of "smile" was it? A smile like "we know that company and we like what we see?" A smile like "we know that company and we're in talks with them about a partnership?" Or a smile like "we know that company and those guys think they have a great product but they just don't know what the heck they're doing (ARTH)?"
What's your take? Just curious.
Thanks Rick. Frustrating the pure lack of investor interest.
Very.
Nobody cares
News Release "Top Sales Performer" Third Year in a Row
TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 3, 2016) - Premier Holding Corporation ( OTCQB : PRHL ) today announced that its subsidiary, The Power Company (TPC), received the "2016 Leaders Platinum" Award from a major deregulated power supplier. This award combines both the volume of sales and calculates it with a quality score by customers to create a "Sales Quality" Score, and the team at TPC achieved the highest score among all resellers for 2016. TPC consistently performs as one of the largest resellers to one of the largest suppliers in deregulated electricity.
This follows the 2015 "Leaders Elite Award" received by the company for being a performance leader including its outstanding results for a pilot program selling Google's NEST product. The company sold nearly 2,000 devices during a brief pilot program. This bodes well for the company's overall strategy of selling additional efficiency products to its existing deregulated power customers.
Managing Director, Patrick Farah, said: "We have always set high goals for the company and we have consistently increased the sales performance of the company year after year. Last year we grew to over 5,000 contracts a month and this year we are on pace for over 6,000. We hope to win these types of awards for years to come."
Chairman and CEO of Premier, Randall Letcavage, adds: "The consistent growth performance of sales at TPC have been outstanding, and with the launching of our Energy Sales Portal we should see this growth rate increase even more."
Technical chart speaking this is a loaded spring ready to move higher. Tested $5.15 multiple times and days last week. This week we move higher and on any company news shoot through $7. Lots of catalysts at work to help make this so.
Finally
Market cap of $482K is ridiculously cheap. Ridiculously. Have working capital from development partner to last thru Spring 2017 giving them time to further develop MIDS.
MIDS has huge potential. Huge. COAG just as. Prototype POC heart attack detection device in the works per August company update. What is value of first to market on demand heart attack detection in $1.2B industry?
Any news of positive MIDS device progress and this is back to a $5M market cap company. With MIDS senior partner we trend to $20M+.
Very frustrating how little retail investors know about this company based on anemic daily volume. Especially after announcing the launch of a whole new "potential billion dollar" property.
Very frustrating.
Curious Q3 results. At some point this thing will gain traction. Greater patience required.
Exciting enough to own shares?
GBI continues to perform as a company buy the stock has no new investors. Suspect it will take meaningful revenue generation to spark buyers' interest.
Dressed. This is terrible news. Sorry to hear. She was too young.
For GBI investors the Llama Llama series was "based on" the "award-winning and bestselling book series by author and illustrator Anna Dewdney". Anna is not the creator of the GBI series.
Regardless, it's terrible news for friends and family. She was a talented author and illustrator.
Elliot. When do you expect FERC license. What timing? Q report was lackluster at best.
DK
10-Q is out and shows greater losses. Where's the growth?
With less than 12M shares outstanding, any meaningful revenue could catapult the stock price. Of course it would take NASDAQ up listing to get proper institutions to buy and better investor exposure. Interested to see Q2 results but wouldn't expect much until 6-12 months from now. Hard to say.
We'll know soon enough.
Good luck all longs.
DK
With financing concerns behind them expect only positive news in form of new customers and receipt of additional milestone payments moving forward. And soon. Very soon.
Shorts are screwed.
Majorly.
What's equally positive is WATT broke through $13.40 resistance on high volume. Technically very bullish signal.
We'd expect a shareholder letter release same day as 10-Q.
Today's news will be the lead into Andy's (sometimes overly) optimistic shareholder letter.
Been patient investors for years.
Eager for significant revenues. Still think Llama Llama on NetFlix is our best ticket to a real hit.
Not particularly impressed with SpacePOP.
We'll see ...
Looks like they took out a loan to develop Llama Llama. Butter than dilution. Yes?
And Rick, thanks for continued posts. We're just holding at this point until the story develops further ....
Yes. Very good news. RESN looking strong.
Terrible quarter. Period.
Jamison MUST be fired if Capstone's ever going to have a chance of being a profitable business.
Shareholders should be outraged.
Much much more upside potential.
Huge news announcement today. The first of many installations.
What you think of the announcement?
Assuming Q3 is break even, in order to "put the company in a profitable position assumes more than +$.013EPS in Q4.
Using $.02 EPS per Q as a near term quarterly goal under these new cost cutting operations is +$.08 annual EPS. Factor a 16 P/E growth multiplier to the stock results in a $1.28 price target. About where this was a year and a half ago.
+280% return from today's close.
Lawsuit is behind us.
Good luck all longs.
DK
Q2 results show they're controlling expenses much better (finally) and report a PROFIT this Q as a result (albeit small)
"ForeverGreen anticipates a slower third quarter, as is typical in our industry, but the emphasis on our profitability will continue. Fourth quarter should see significant growth which will put the company in a profitable position for the year."
Do you have anything to share? Someone did some buying on Friday. Something going on?
Crap price action on low volume. I'm out of fresh powder for the moment.
Unfortunately.
This is a fairly extensive press release revealing a wide range of GBI licensed SpacePOP merchandise under development for Fall release.
Unless the SpacePOP brand flops this is just in time for a Christmas revenue boost.
Story continues to unfold ...
Ok. If it is truly a game changing announcement for the company, then the value should naturally be reflected in the share price.
With a current market cap of $15M that's dirt cheap for a company slated to do $80M in sales per yr.
Elliot. Not trying to offend. 85 years just didn't make sense. Now you've clarified.
On to PRHL, what news are we awaiting to be the catalyst for share appreciation in your opinion?
While all the latest developments seem to hold their own merits, we're still a $.07/share stock and little seems to be able to change that.
What are we waiting for?
This is good for Meridian Energy but what about Quantum?
Elliot. In your "85 years of investing"?
Seriously?
That means you started investing in 1931, before WWII and assuming you were 15 yrs old when you started makes you about 100 years old.
Seems you're looking for very short term gains for your remaining year (or two) on this earth ... or you're a fraud.
Care to explain?
Thx Rick!
Thx for keeping the faith Elliot.
Yes. Future has great potential.
Honestly feel stock movement will come when revenue numbers start reflecting that potential.
Build it and they will come.
In meantime good time to gobble up cheap shares before it runs and you're stuck chasing.
Opportunity IMHO
Good luck longs

Thx for update Rick.
I don't think same subscriber can log-in more than one view per. Even if you watch 10x "views" record only one view. At least that's what I was experiencing.
Can anyone verify?
If so then means more subscribers are viewing (base expanding) versus single user multiple views.
Thx in advance.
Andy clearly wants to build a company to sell.
He's stressed this a lot recently.
And seems hungry to do so. A hungry CEO sounds good to us.
Go Andy!

Technical chart speak but last time daily RSI was this low (54) share price was $.85. At RSI 54 currently much more room to run before "overbought".
MACD setting up nicely for run too.
This is a "dip" and buying opp.
