One WSJ article plus Stop sign removal and we hit nickel or dime. Then it's north toward a quarter and then dollar land.
Next week Stop sign removed flooding us with buyers. Remember Fifelity and Scottrade allow investors to SELL but not BUY AMLH so long as the Stop is up.
Love this CEO, BUT...you don't put a PR out saying you've posted your 10Q or annual until...it's actually public. Rookie mistake from a guy much stronger in creativity, marketing, deal making then finance and accounting.
And who do you think will buy it?
What huge event

Regardless, Fidelity makes judgements based on the OTC guidelines and prohibits (as does Scottrade) any stock designated with a stop and possibly yield sign.
Interesting. That Stop sign must have been placed there in the last few days. I bought AMLH via Fidelity on Tuesday of last week and checked to make sure no yield or Stop was posted. Wonder if it has to do with the merger.
Where is Chieco? Seriously, was he so obviously of limited mental capacity that he served as the perfect dupe for Barton and as an unwitting and uninteresting bit player to the FBI? If he really wrote up the 2013 "pro forma (sic)", the spring 2013 quarterly information sheet and took part in all the BS tweets and PR's put out under his name then he is competent enough to be prosecuted.
OTC tickers almost always need to fill the gap before returning to the run.

Either you believe they have a biopharma winner or not. IF they do, they sell to Big Pharma and Checkpoint has money, Regen has money and BioMatrix has money. If not then they go under. What's so hard to understand?
Lobo, you might want to read Posts by Schuller to get a real sense of what this is about. You're asking a source with a history of only negative s even in the face of obvious potential.
And Sindleman was the LEAST of the garbage. Chieco should ALSO be charged, convicted and jailed OR be given the Awqrd for the biggest nerve in pennyland.. He used to blame the investors for trying to damage the company.
Don't buy the SEC inference that Chieco was just a mouthpiece for Barton.
You are the man. I bow to your victory.
I still want Chieco to get caught up in the roundup.
Pink sheet companies are mostly worthless and almost always full of folks who overpromise BIGLY. These crooks were extra big liars but looking back any serious eyes wide open look at the claims they made should have resulted in a STAY away decision.
My theory on SP today. Close to an announcement of a stock dividend for RGBPP.
Snorenz never sold more than 5 million in any year. Chieci projected 23 million dollars for 2013. He then put his own quarterly report together claiming 5.6 million in sales for the first quarter of 2013. Now, I read all that but saw the PPS rising fast and bought. I lost a lot of money, but the idea that a pink sheet company with no money would sell as much in a quarter as they ever did in their best year and when they admitted they were not in any BB stores....the point is, at what point does the investor take responsibility for their lack of DD, and their own stupidity.
LMFAO. It's over. You're both on the same side. Declare victory and move on. 3WS (scumbag), you did a great job and great service to investors. BSBW, you fought other mods to get your very useful truths on the Intro. Greatly appreciate it. Barton wins if we dwell on him. Best revenge is living well so go enjoy your family and friends and send Ray and the boys to the mental dustbin.
Someone just sold RGBP and is taking the proceeds to buy RGBPP.
Doesn't BMSN own ENTB?
Doesn't BMSN own ENTB?
I think BP's want to see it more advanced but its obvious that if it gets ODD Hema Is very attractive and Hema as a treatment for chemo related blood and immune disorders is HUGE.
Or eating for orphan drug designation up make Hema very very attractive to a partner.
This is great news. They have the funding to proceed with the nine month study. They've contracted with a highly regarded firm to conduct the study and they have a clear program and schedule with many major milestones that will help inform us on progress towards a multi billion dollar transformational treatment for a multitude of cancers and other diseases.
I expect this to be the first of many PR's that will update us on
1) a dividend issuance of Preferred M shares
2) Hema progress toward orphan drug status
3) Hema progress toward clinical study
4) Hema FDA submission of Hema for treatment of chemo related blood impacts
5) dcell status.
Who cares? Those of us who believe this company is making progress towards major biological breakthroughs and want to make money on that progress.
LMFAO. We need some Ray Barton supporters. Come back.
Nick Chieco falsly reported 5 million dollars of revenue in his first quarter 2013 report. That should have been enough to put him away. He needs to go down for this.
First, IDK. Second, I believe some sort of dividend will be issued. The dividend will only be to holders of RGBPP. It's redivilous prefs are less expensive than common but I don't believe that will stand for much longer.
Caven's still there. He must have missed a milestone tied to his keeping the shares he had to forfeit.
The 8k raised more questions then provided answers. If part of the plan is to offer a 1 for 5 dividend (ratio of authorized shares M to A) of M to holder's of RGBPP then there will be a run on RGBPP. Super Prefs are issued many times when there is a control issue, as others have noted. But, Koos already had a lock on control. The Caven angle is also interesting. Is that a sign that a hostile action was a risk? If so then someone was interested because they see value. News IS needed to unlock the mystery.
What is in the next PR and I'll make a prediction. Until we have an idea about what and when the SP stays the same.
We will find out soon. My guess is that there will be a dividend of M's to RGBPP holders.
Preferred share price discount makes no sense. Preferred shares get voting rights and dividend opportunity. The share bonus given to the top three execs each got 10 million shares of preferred not common shares for Hema approval. Share price will soar soon.
WTF. I've been calling out this garbage as a scam since before Three White Soilders, Liars etc and all the other names used. This is a penny scam. No one is going to jail, because, well anyone who invested took on the pink otc risk that goes with penny stocks.
Late September submissions responding to FDA on orphan drug and Dcell. Both announced in PRs. Late December 10Q write up talks enthusiastically about getting FDA approval on both so I choose to be optimistic too. 3 million dollar infusion to fund ongoing NF research with second half 2017 expectation of next steps. Potential market is multi billion . 15 pct added shares (RGBP) in 2016 not big dilution IMO. If one disagrees then by all means you should sell. I see SP in dollars sooner than later.
Not close as usual. Major SP advancements with ODD, Dcell approval, and NF advancement.
Yes. All Ray Barton boiler room pink penny scam. ANAS also.
LMAO.The only side Trump is on is his. Don't turn your back. But, in the short term his administration looks pretty good in terms of share price.
No basis. Every projection and prediction by the company came with a disclaimer. No lawyer would take a case and no court would hear it. The OTC is gambling pure and simple and everyone is out for YOUR money. I've made some money on OTC stocks and lost a lot more. But what I've always known, win or lose is I have no one to blame but myself. Yes, Ray Barton is a scam artist. So what? He's telling he world that's what he is by being on OTC pinks.
