Nice chart. Love that the volume over time has contracted, and yet the share price continues to move up. Kinda like most, of the O/S is locked up in the hands of anticipating LAHO longs. Shares are not leaving the hands of retail investors and is the strongest indication yet, of future price action. LAHO is going ballistic and Market Markers will have to release the price explosion soon. An explosion in share price will start a massive influx of buyers as news spreads that the merger is becoming more concrete every day, with the impending 8k release on the horizon. All in my opinion and that is what I see in the chart you shared.
Accumulation continues and we all know that volume precedes price. The LAHO dam is about to break. The LAHO 8k filing is going to be that price resistance breaker. The company's market maker will have this news, before it reaches the masses. I look for some early Market Maker leaked info on this and a spike in volume. Upward movement in share price will precede the 8k announcement by a few hours to 72 hours. Again, all in my opinion.

I will have to disagree here. The possibility is always tantamount to traders. The biggest way to lose a big chunk of change is to blindly go about trading stocks and not reading fundamentals. I agree that a r/s will not happen pre-merger, but the possibility is always there post merger. Been trading stocks for twenty years. Never fall in love, with a stock. Make your profit, leave some shares behind and look for the next big stock play. One's profit size is directly proportional to one's risk. You have no concrete evidence that a r/s will happen or not post merger. A press release can tell you no, but a subsequent press release can tell you things changed and a r/s is going to happen. Seen that happen a few times over the years. My goal is to make a big chunk of cheese this month and next. Leave some shares behind and look for the next big penny play. If a r/s does not happen then we may both win. If a r/s happens in 2020, I will have made my money and the shares left behind will most likely disappear in a substantial r/s. I trade on what is in front of me and not months down the road. The market, as I have said, is dynamic and things change and events happen. Stocks go up and they go down. Some go away and never return.
Personally, I think this merger, if it happens (waiting on the LAHO 8k) is going make me some nice cheese this year, in my opinion.
That's great news. Does not prevent a pr, about the filing though. Prs are not released through Edgar.
Sounds good for an American Holiday, but these folks may not be celebrating Labor Day in their homeland. Just a thought.
I heard the r/s is happening tomorrow, Arrakis. Laho will do a 1:1.5 split. Monday morning the stock will open at 0.00375 cents a share. At least that is what I heard on the rumor mill vine. I would take it, with a grain of salt. Never know though, the stock may not move at all tomorrow.
..and that's gonna happen tomorrow, huh?
You don't know? It's the "LAHO effect."
Do you have a better model to determine pricing over time unrelated to LAHO, since using LAHO would not be valid as you have expressed bias.
This post is going to be kinda deep, but hang in there.
There is an inherent problem, with the 2.5 cents a share logic. We are fixed on a static price ($0.025) here. Remember, we look at the stock market as a dynamic forward looking system. Do not predict a future stock price of LAHO based on today's price because you and I would still be looking at a 0.0029 basis. Prognosticate on what market value the merger will have in the future. This is where large price gains happen, and a valid reason for using multipliers to predict pricing.
So, the 2.5 cent estimate is based on today's share price. You and all LAHO shareholders have to ask what will be the share price in x number of days into the future? What will retail investors perceive pricing to be as time compresses towards LAHO filing and merger finalization? You are suggesting 2.5 cents a share, but what is that range in the future as merger events complete and time moves further into October and November? What will LAHO's share price be in x number of days post merger? These time frames will see dynamic pricing changes daily. Fluctuations in share price will overwhelm $0.025 share in my opinion.
What I am saying is, once the LAHO current status filing is done, what will be the share price at that point? And what will be the perceived share price be as investors look past the completed merger into the end of the year and into 2020? You, me and all LAHO shareholders are holding for that share price appreciation based on future value that must consider not today's value but what a mathematical model predicts into the future. A future share price based on the status filing completion that will be influenced by the merger final and influenced by pricing post merger.
To this predictive model add an intangible, emotions.
Emotions will play a large part in this equation and that my friend is not quantifiable. That is why we have "the sky is the limit" phrase mentioned often. All in my opinion.
Possible price action of LAHO. Comparing the move of DCG* and LAHO. LAHO's A/S is 16 times larger than DCG*. DCG* reach 91.51 cents a share on 8/8/19.
On LAHO first gap up day (future event in September), I look for a move to the 6 cent/share area; in addition, I would also look for a multiple to come into play as this biotech reverse merger play is going to garner a lot of retail investors, with plenty of money to invest in the merger stock.
I am guessing a 10 x to 40 x multiple by the time the merger is complete in October or earlier. Please realize that, from whatever top and consolidation happens as people start taking profits, the share price will drop noticeably; however, in my opinion the move up on the merger completion press release will be huge, after LAHO's SEC filing papers are in order in the month of September.
Once LAHO is current and listed on the appropriate OTCBB listing page, the final merger acquisition pr can happen any time afterwards. So the middle of October may not be an accurate forward looking date.
I believe LAHO's move will dwarf DCG* initial peak on 8/8/19 and move past it as the merger is finalized.
What I am saying is that the merger could be finalized by the end of next month (September). The share price of LAHO should reach a minimum of 6 cents a share and a parabolic blow off top of 6 cents times 10 to 40. Making a prediction of 60 cents to 240 cents a share. This is a model and feel free to work it up and down and scale it as you see it.
I picked up some more shares at 0.0023 this morning. Have 5 million shares and that tops for me. At 0.20/share I will be a millionaire before taxes.
I have read that there are groups of people that petition the courts that hold jurisdiction in the stock's registration state to find the stock abandoned by the owner(s) and then buy the symbol to repurpose and resale the shell.
It was that for sure.
A clue that the merger is going smoothly and will happen?
At the bottom, of the LAHO updated web page:
http://www.lans.holdings/
Fintech: paysperity
Short term for Financial Technology, describes a business that aims at providing financial services by making use of software and modern technology.
Biotech: Stem Cell Data
At its simplest, biotechnology is technology based on biology - biotechnology harnesses cellular and biomolecular processes to develop technologies and products that help improve our lives and the health of humans and our planet
Personally, with the stem cell merger, the sky is the limit. Just look at the business model, of helping debilitated patients and the model scale up this company has. LAHO (post merger) is a global company not just here in the USA! That to me spells tons of profit potential. All in my humble opinion. Look past LAHO and see the regenerative model and potential help for millions, of people globally with varying disease processes. Also, remember biotech is a fast and highly profitable stock play. The LAHO parabolic sail is catching a sea breeze. aimho
I'm here for the cheese. You keep the prognostications and pontificating. The white noise is meaningless to me.
Imagine you are looking at 0.25 buys and sells. I believe it will happen, before all is said and done and higher it will go. imho
The buying frenzy has just started. A parabolic wave is upon us. imho
Embrace the blue wave.
How big will these waves be? This looks like a five wave build, but not so sure this wave pattern reaches the pr in September, unless that pr is earlier than the 12th. Be nice to see a pr at the end, of the first week of September. This would be the first major 5 wave parabolic move followed by a more pronounced 5 wave move as the all important pr announces the merger has been finalized.
Looking for a parabolic move in LAHO! Bring on the binge buying. This stock gonna go a lot higher than people here can only fathom. That's why the naysayers are here. They cannot see the potential, of an astronomical run of a true cutting edge medical treatment for all types, of ills that plague mankind. The ability to move a business of healing people, with stem cells into a micro penny is genius. Allowing their fellow employee and clinics to get in at the ground floor and knowing all associates and partners will become rich. This new found richness will find it's way back into the company as new investment money to expand the model's operation even faster and more profound. This reverse merger is a nice double edged sword. Running over shorts and making a fantastic share price move the likes that some have never seem in my opinion. Stem cell treatment is the wave of the future and just unfolding this century. The sky is truly the limit. Growing nerve cells, heart cells and blood cells, growing new joint cartilage and menisci will revolutionize the world, of regenerative treatment and therapy for all age groups around the world. This is all my opinion, but it is quite plausible and why I am sharing what I personally think can happen here as a speculative retail investor. Your opinion may vary and that is ok by me.
I would not trust that web site 100%. They are not run nor governed by the SEC, affliated with them, or follow SEC rules. They run their own site and as such are looking out for their best interests not yours or mine. Have you read their warnings and disclaimers? I bet a lot of investors do not know this. I will post some of the info here. You decide, if this website is governed by the SEC or not. ...OTC Markets Group is not a securities exchange or a broker-dealer. OTC Markets provides an electronic quotation and information service to registered broker-dealers to facilitate efficient transactions in OTC securities. Investors must contact an SEC registered broker-dealer that is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to invest in an OTC security.

They can slap a caveat emptor on a stock and they are not governed or mandated to do so for or with the help, of the SEC. They offer information. You have to ask yourself, is that information always unbiased or correct in real time? The bottom line: They are facilitators. Ask yourself who are they facilitating for? https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/facilitator
Can you give us a prediction, when that will happen? Will LAHO keep climbing until middle of September or middle of October, after the merger has finalized? So far LAHO's share price has really gone up. Each day you post the share price continues to go up. I guess my take away is, when you stop posting, you will have made your profit and we can expect LAHO to stop and consolidate. We will wait for your return to buy again. Does that sound about right? What is your prediction on the maximum LAHO will rise?
Thanks, Prophet. Gives me chill bumps to think, of the money I will make off of this run up. This could be one spectacular ride. It's the real deal. What a plan these guys put together. All in my opinion. Could you ask for a better reverse merger? imho of course
Yes. The train is really leaving the station on this stock. I loaded up over the past weeks reading LAHO DD and looking at the MD's involved. There will still be those waiting at the loading platform, after the train has left. They hesitated and will have to run frantically to get on board.
It's not the market cap that we are looking at. We are looking for a parabolic move that does not take market caps into consideration. We are looking for massive investments created out, of fear of not being in on a move to maximize profits. Later on... I agree market cap will come into play. Micro pennies, with nothing but promotions and no real value can reach extreme share prices. Imagine what this company has going forward in a parabolic move? The instantaneous market cap can and will go parabolic too. Watch and see. It's not a matter of how many shares are outstanding. It's the perceived profit gain one can obtain, from a parabolic move that LAHO is capable of, before the merger has finalized.
LAHO share price on pins and needles. Any sudden jump in share price and the gates will open wide as investors fall over each to buy in. It's coming! Be ready! imho
I think your estimate is too low. From a previous Laho pr...Lans Holdings is currently working to bring all of its financials current and expects this to be completed and filed with the SEC within the next 90 days... That's September 12, 2019. Give or take a few days. I would imagine a ramp up in volume and share price happens as the 12th approaches. Fear of not owning Laho stock will drive the share price way past what everyone one thinks. You can see this momentum in several past micro pennies moves that have gone parabolic. This time, Laho, actually is a stock that has significant value going forward. This will cause a premium to be added, if one wants to buy Laho as time is compressed toward the 12th, of next month and Laho news. I am confident that a five wave upward share price move will happen moving into and past the financial news next month. I am also confident that a consolidation period will occur, if news of a completed merger happens later in October by the second week, of that month. Again, this will be a rinse and repeat of the September news and price action. Once the reality, of the merger has been completed the share price will settle down, after another five wave advancement in share price has completed. One of these five wave advancements or both could well see share price move toward 50 cents a share on irrational exuberance as excitement causes investors to buy in so they will not miss these wave advancements. Remember what goes up in the stock market will come back down. Don't watch this stock go up and then watch it go down. You may miss your maximum profit potential. Again my opinion and we will watch this stock play out. Should be an exciting time.
If what you say is true, why are you wasting time preaching to the choir? Not all retail investors spend time on Ihub so you cannot be reaching them to save them from reality. You've already made your opinion clear, but why repeat it? May be it's because you are a Market Maker or working for a Market Marker. Investing in the stock market is a gamble. Sooner or later, a real money maker comes along. Our job as investors is to invest long enough to grab hold, of one of those money makers. Companies merge all the time. I have made money off, of pink sheet mergers. Have you?
AS is 4 billion shares. Does not take a rocket scientist to see LAHO push into the 50 cent to higher range per share in my opinion.

300 or more depending on the upticks and your purchase. MM are doing it. You can too.
Right, MM are making the market. Not all buys and sells in Laho are coming, from retail investors. When buys and sells dry up, market makers move shares along to entice buyers and sellers. Once people realize this, they can buy on the dip and sell on the uptick. If only people would see that, they would be buying and selling different than they do. Certainly with LAHO. Shake outs happen in a healthy market for a reason and not some nefarious under handed purpose in my opinion.
Buying back in at 0.0016 and selling on the uptick...at least 0.0018 would make you a bundle of cash. This scenario is going to play out over and over as this stock moves toward October. People need to learn level 2. It's the market marker's game. Learn to run, with them and not against them. Again, all in my opinion.
What I see is Nite loading up at the bid and their ask is 0.0021. If the stock is not collapsing, my summation is that mm are loading up on cheap shares and positioning themselves for a run up in share price. Your theory has merits, but the ask is not weakening. MM are jumping the bid to get shares. MM lunch time is generally 1 pm to 2 pm. Guess we wait to see direction within the hour, again all in my opinion. One last thing as I see it. Why would MM kill this momentum, while they are making plenty of money creating a market for LAHO? Does not make any sense. Even, if the stock merger did not take place, the MM could milk this run for another sixty days easily I believe the MM are not going to crater this stock. The r/m, if indeed it happens, will see a lot, of ups and downs. Just think, if you have 20 or 30 millions shares, penny moves are going to make you a lot more nervous that these micro penny moves. The day may very well come, when you will have to make a sell decision based off of a penny move to preserve a quarter million dollars, when the r/m completes. Now that will be high anxiety.
$69,106,382.16 from one mining operation
II. Diamonds and Gold - Jequitinhonha River Valley Land Bank
Minerals: Gold, Diamonds, Sand (for construction)
Location: Olhos-d'Água and Diamantina , state of Minas Gerais
Area: 26,645 acres The NI 43-101 report describes the existence of mineralized materials amounting to 1,639,200 cubic meters with the following concentrations: 0.16 carats of diamonds per cubic meter and 182 milligrams of gold per cubic meter.
That's roughly 6 cubic meters per diamond carat.
1639200/6 = 273200 carats and I used $200 dollars per carat (your number may vary). So the yield would be $54640000.00
For the gold in the ground.
((1639200 x 182mg)/1000mg/gm)/31.013grams = 9614.387 ounces of gold
9614.387 x 1504.66 dollars per ounce (before costs) = $14,466,382.16.
Total would be 54640000 + 14466382.16 = $69106382.16 in the ground not including inferred in the ground.
Actually this 10k is not much uncommon than many startup companies. They all work off, of selling stocks to get their operations up and running. Why do you discredit Warberg's investment in Jupiter? Why do you not see the limited Jupiter stock available in the open market? Why do you not see the front loading, of Jupiter that is the bottom line for Brazil's income statement on the next 10k? If Jupiter's stock continues to attract credited investors, Brazil is going to increase in stock value. This is an easy way to increase value in BMIX, without the need for production numbers. I would not be surprised, if Jupiter is the first stock to suddenly appreciate and leave shorts behind as BMIX moves up too. Then the production numbers come out for BMIX and leave all the naysayers in the dust. All in all the 10k is what it is. The bones, of a mining company ramping up production and having to use equity to finance it's operations. I would be worried, if they did not have claims or mining formation going on. The Warberg investment has not been spelled out yet, and that will be interesting to see where their capital is utilized. I understand your position, but you leave out details. Just saying something is a scam, without looking under the hood is too superficial for me. Not going into detail as to why you think a stock company cannot or will not succeed and not explaining in detail your decision to enlighten others is not real DD either. All in my opinion as well. Everyone has one.
That is what I read as well. Will take time and capital. Looks like eager investors are game. That is important for royalty payments and a piece of the action.... it all spells profits for qualified investors. Notice the sizable investment in Jupiter: ...The Company engaged Noble Capital Markets, Inc. (“Noble”) as a non-exclusive financial advisor in December 2018. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2019, the Company received $120,000 and $10,000, respectively, in gross proceeds from the sale of units consisting of common stock of its subsidiary, Jupiter Gold Corporation, and warrants to purchase the Company’s common stock to accredited investors. In aggregate, the securities the Company sold were 104,000 shares of Jupiter Gold Corporation and two-year warrants to purchase a total of 52,000,000 shares of Brazil Minerals at $0.0012 per share... I would surmise that Noble wanted Jupiter stock and Brazil tossed in the BMIX warrants. Multiple streams of royalty payments seem to be Jupiter's future job for credited investors. Remember Warberg is also invested in Jupiter. Looks like a plan coming together for long term grow. All in my opinion of course.
The dollar value on this particular mining area alone is over 65 million dollars.
A lot more than a 5 million dollar equity liability. You can easily calculate this value, from the 10k and what the going price is for gold/oz and Brazilian gem quality diamonds per carat. This does not count what may lie in reserves. The diamond value in dollars is a wide range. I used 200 dollar per carat and I rounded all, of this off. After all, the value is in the DD, of each investor. A little info on diamond value. https://www.creditdonkey.com/diamond-prices.html
Compare my previous post, with the value of the II. Diamonds and Gold - Jequitinhonha River Valley Land Bank. From this mining area comes this information... Mineralization
Vaaldiam, the previous owner of this mining concession, and at that time a publicly-traded Canadian company, performed detailed geological studies leading to the publication of an NI 43-101 technical report in 2007, with an update in 2008, as required by the rules of the Canadian securities administrator and filed in SEDAR. The NI 43-101 report describes the existence of mineralized materials amounting to 1,639,200 cubic meters with the following concentrations: 0.16 carats of diamonds per cubic meter and 182 milligrams of gold per cubic meter...
