There is no Ian Reed of Pfizer. There is now an Ian READ and I am sure he would appreciate that fool Sierra spelling his name correctly.
Sierra's "breaking news" is as about as reliable as a YUGO. Ya gotta stop reading Sierra.
BMSN!
Lawdy, them skeeter's must have been carrying M1 Garand's; they tore my butt up! And I have too much surface area on these bones to be messing with those buggers for too long. Even my blue chartreuse Skitter Pop said "let's get out of Dodge".
First off: ENTB & BMSN are California entities now. They both are active and up-to-date with all filings in the state of California. The Nevada BMSN filings EXPIRED before ENTB's due to the filing date(s) of both. Both are bonafide California busineses.
Second: As much as I love to argue with ole one-eye, he is absolutely spot on with respect to the share structure of both companies. Though I have my own theory which differs from some as to why Koos is presently diluting ENTB, he is diluting nonetheless. This does not bother me per se' and I intend to continue to accumulate at these prices.
Although BMSN & ENTB are discovering similar treatments for the same diseases, the monetary potential of BMSN with human treatment versus that of ENTB's animal treatment is like comparing that 2 ft Pike I caught last week with the ittle bitty yallow perch found in his belly (I don't eat Pike. Yuck! But the ole' country folk down the way love 'em!). Mind you, that is not to say that ENTB will not be poised to earn major $$$ once their treatments are 100% ready for market. But, you must bear in mind that in the not-so-distant future, the human pharma business will be about 1.1 trillion V the apx. 13 billion spent on animal pharma. There is no comparison.
What else? Oh, as I have stated numerous times in a myriad of ways, we are talking about treating/curing debilitating and fatal diseases by stem cell proliferation. In the grand scheme of treatment, it is still very new. The art of making someone's life as difficult as possible is not so new with the FDA. Or any branch of any government for that matter. All indicators as they have been presented by the great minds that have been feverishly working on the sciences that BMSN now possess, say that there is no reason for trials not to be initiated in the near future. We just have to be patient.
BMSN!
This is not must read DD! This is the dissemination of misleading info comprised of half-truths and conjecture. "'Favorite' child"? WT?
It is a pity that with ALL of the DD that has been posted on this board coupled with how easy it is to confirm who and what BMSN is, this kind of head-scratching nonsense makes its way up here.
Goodness gracious!
Happy fishin' ya'll!
Thanks, Smokey...ahem, I mean To the Top.
I concur! Sticky that, PLEASE!
Ha! Good luck convincing this lot that news will come when it comes and that in this particular case, no news is GOOD NEWS!
Koos is going out boating this weekend probably and will have himself a good ole' time. Ya'll should do the same. I'm goin' fishin', myself.
For all ya'll that dumped, I hope you're not feeling mighty salty come Monday. Well, actually, I do!
Go BMSN!
(Hi, Wynston, sweetie!)
Tee, hee, hee, hee, HA!
Given that there is an innate fear of addiction to insulin when using needles among a large percentage of India people, most people abandon modern (injection) treatment for more native treatments.
Since it is unlikely that with the continuous urbanization and subsequent increase of obesity & decrease of physical activity coupled with the inherent insulin resistance found in Indian people, the sales of the oral treatment will quickly surpass the current treatments in a country where 70 million people are expected to be diagnosed with diabetes by 2015.
Long GNBT!
GLTA.
Ahhh, maaaan! I can't tell you the visuals that went flying by in 30 seconds!
That was good!
Ha, ha, ha! I knew as soon as I read the last PR that we would be waiting well into July, at the very earliest, before we get news or an update. I know how the process works and have been trying to tell ya'll that at this juncture, no news is good news. If there was a flat out denial, we would know. The queries posed by the FDA are standard operating procedure and no big deal.
Mind you, a courtesy PR would be splendid. But, should it be expected, really? Unfortunately, no. Koos is well within his legal rights to say nothing more than he has. When the Q&A have completed, and all questions satisfied, we will know.
Then we start dancing!
Are you speaking of BMSN or the recent engagement? :-p
Ya'll are just plain wrong. All of ya!
LOL!
I am leaving that one alone. LOL!
Uh huh! I hate dentists. Well, I hate visiting the dentist. I'd rather be lobotomized, with a bloody steak tied around my neck, in a den of ravenous lions than do anything pertaining to dentists.
No offense to any DDS on board.
I kinda figured that. I think you're cool.
Hey, despite the fact that I may come off as being a know-it-all and very uptight, I do have a sense of humor. Seriously, I am currently researching some data and info that directly involves wait times that can be equated with waiting on the end of the world. So, your comment was apropos.
Your one-liners tickle me (even if I vehemently oppose your BMSN attitude).
I am reconciling the BMSN schedule of events as it is reflected on my Mayan calendar. Taking me forever. Tee, hee, hee.
Oh, I know that. Just wanted to give you a hard time.
Remember though, tis not BMSN that has been the disappointed; they are doing exactly what they have said would be done.
BMSN!
See, and there I thought you were actually reading my posts.
Tsk, tsk, Wynston.
BMSN!
That hurts a wee bit. But, BMSN is not a pump.
There are a couple of things to remember: the "news" everyone is waiting on is not necessarily due--again, in the 7 June PR, Koos indicated that there is a chance that Q&A will continue. Doing such has excluded this from the disclosure rule. He is not obligated to to disclose further Q&A at this point. Once trials are OK to initiate or if they have been denied trials based on the follow-up info (NOT going to happen IMHO), then Koos has four days to release this information.
The second and perhaps most important thing to remember is that the scientists & doctors working with and for BMSN have what should be considered a lifetime of work dedicated to what Regen is now in possession of. If there is anything at all amiss about the practices of this company, they will have to immediately jump ship in order to save their careers and reputations. People like Thomas Ichim & Wei-Ping Min do not enter into their decisions lightly. Nor do they haphazardly turn over their babies so-to-speak to be mishandled and abused.
This is not a pump. These things do take time. Hold strong, keep the faith and always look outside the box.
Seriously, Wynston, how many shares do you have? And what is your average?
BMSN
We are waiting to find out whether the process of initiating trials has begun because Regen satisfied all of the questions the FDA had with respect to their application. Or, if further questions were posed in response to the answer Regen provided to the initial queries.
If there were no further questions, then trials can be initiated. If there were, Regen will answer these questions (concerns) and wait for a response from the FDA.
As I have stated, since Koos indicated in his 7 June PR that there is a chance there could be more questions (and these questions should not be confused with a clinical hold--they are not one in the same), informing the public of more questions does not fall under the disclosure law should more Q&A be the case. However, when they learn that they are clear to begin trials, they have four days to announce such.
Did I miss something? Do you have something to back up that false accusation?
BMSN!
Wisebuys is that you deleting my posts? Bad business for iHub if so.
Thanks, Jack, for all that! Glad we're on the same ship this time around.
Do you understand the definition of the following words?
INITIATE:
CREATING:
HOLD:
Now, wisebuys, why don't you try connecting the dots?
You really should be disqualified from being a MOD if you are unable to comprehend and decipher your own posts.
GO BMSN!
Night.
You can't touch this! Go, Hammer, Go Hammer! (it was funnier when I didn't know there is a video attached).
Wynston is still here.
OH, they will.
LOL! Did you call him a serial killer, too?????
OK, here is the IND info for dummies (no offense, folks.), courtesy of the kind people at University of Kansas Medical.

Understand, as I said, that this treatment & BMSN do not qualify for "categorical exclusion" nor are candidates for clinical trial hold. It is simply that the FDA needed clarification on some things. And it really could be anything.
In the grand scheme, it really is no biggie that we have not heard anything yet.
Stop!
You are missing the point--they heard back from the FDA within 30 days. The FDA requires additional information. Therefore, nothing starts until the Q&A is complete.
BMSN does not qualify, with this application, as a categorical exclusion.
Here is a public access link for you. Be sure to read all the info. When you've finished, I can give you more to read.

You have no idea how funny that was!
I have to person mark you for that one!
LOL!
Does anyone, anyone at all, have a picture of a crazed looking woman flogging a dead horse?
Anyone? PLEASE!
See, I can believe that. I can't wait for it to land solidly in your mouth!
BMSN!
The amount of time they have to return with a response. Any response! Whether it be a yes, no OR----da, da, da, da,---drum roll please---MORE INFORMATION REQUIRED.
