There was a (GOOG) had a dog
And VRINGO was his name-o!
V-R-N-G-O. . .
Hahaha
"The stake of about 1.03 million shares makes Cuban Vringo's largest holder, according to data from FactSet Research. Hedge fund Iroquois Capital LP has the second-biggest stake in Vringo at 6.4%"
So, Iroquois is behind MC at VRNG...Wonder if they perhaps know something we don't. Oh, that's right who has the COIN notes...
Pay day is coming!
Consensus range seems to vary from 6-30+ pps. Depends on damages and how much GOOG wants to keep their "practices" private. Obviously, we all want 30+, but very difficult to predict IP cases b/c everything sealed. Just have to read between lines on the court docs that a public and make a bet based on risk that GOOG could win. However, I'm holding on, nothing to lose at this point b/c of recent volatility. Waiting for pay day. I love my day job!
Where are the COIN faithful today? Any thoughts on OLMP, others here at this point with the VRNG volume?
Hit 3.00 again and I BUY BUY BUY again!
MM probably keeping it from going up
No problem. I hope it helped some. Navigating all of the legal jargon is more than painful, but hopefully it will pay off BIG here!

Additionally, VRNG still has all of the NOK patent portfolio recently acquired. Not to mention LTE case that is pending.
How much of this pullback is directly related to the recent run up in GOOG? GOOG rise has nothing to do with this case. It likely is based on their ISP initiatives. GOOG Fiber.

Sorry, I had forgotten where I read the article below. It provides an overview of FRCP 68.
Yes, they can, but it is much more likely before trial commences. Prior to trial both parties are holding their "aces in the hole," so to speak. In my opinion, this ace is precisely what GOOG does not want to come out.

Happy Birthday GOOG! Too bad VRNG is about to blow your candles out!
Sky's the list here!
I absolutely agree with your "long-shot" characterization of these filings!
In my opinion, GOOG would be negligent in not settling here. The risk of getting slammed by a VA jury in this rocket docket case is simply too great. However, I can also see an acquisition of VRNG by GOOG and perhaps even other tech giants, more specifically The Tech Giant. People over there have been just waiting for the chance to slam google. If AAPL were to buy VRNG, just imagine what could happen, especially considering the current fight for search (chrome v. safari, etc.) and mobile monetization. Don't count them out ; )
Bottom line: huge settlement or buyout is coming for VRNG.

See my previous post. Motion to expedite, dismiss etc has to do with Def attys trying to persuade the court to require VRNG to file a briefing sooner than is required per scheduling agreement. Def is trying to get AOL and other dismissed b/c majority of damages sought are from GOOG independently. It is simply a strategic move. The same atty Noonan? sp. is representing all D's.
It seems that D is trying to force this issue because we are getting so close to trial. If the court does not grant the order, then essentially this issue is still pending after last pretrial conference.
Bottom line: defendant attorney's are trying to limit liability. If AOL and other are still Defendants the settlement for VRNG to agree will be higher. i.e. more pockets to pull money/damages from.
Haha, filly! I caught that last night, too! I'm sure both judges caught it, also. One would think that a "sophisticated," high-paid GOOG atty would proof a a document before it goes out to the world! Kinda makes you wonder where else corners have been cut.
This motion to dismiss is NOT for GOOG. The referenced motion only pertains to the other defendants.. AOL, etc. Look at the parties on top left of first page.
It seems that if this were being driven into the ground/RS, there would be more selling...Just a thought.
Again, people missed the .0009 boat. Potential upside here too great, especially considering evolving patent portfolio of VRNG. As far as the business model, just look at Potash in Canada. Coin has patents, too. October marijuana rescheduling hearing is coming next month, if you believe in that sector. Additionally, the potential upside from state elections, namely those in CA, CO, WA are obvious. I'm not trying to build this up to something it is not, just saying that for those willing to take a risk here, will reap much larger rewards than those putting money elsewhere. This obviously is an opinion, perhaps shared by others. For those not interested in this, perhaps it would be better to spend money and efforts on other equities.
Thanks
Going higher today with filing of VRNG 8-K with another patent suit, this time against Chinese telecom giant. Starting to see a pattern. Good for COIN!
Not gonna happen. DD. read the filings.
Last chance at .0009!
No r/s unless there is negative VRNG settlement news driving this down. Positive news sends this higher and notes are paid off.
Bashers sleeping in today, or slapping the ask and trying to get back on board??? Other than elections obviously, what are thoughts for an external bump? M&A? (.gov, pharma, big tobacco, ag?) Which industry best positioned to run w/ $COIN, MJ$A, PHO$ and others in sector if there were M&As? Thoughts???
Who is OLMP??? = ]
Debt owed = small fraction of bump from certain search engine. I know, I know, I know, you prob disagree, but for those who are so afraid of risk, please invest in tbonds. Move on from pennies, especially this. And leave your shares for me in the AM!
