For the record, my Proxy card went out late yesterday. Oh, boy. Big news.
We all were supposed to ABSTAIN , right?

I am near or at the bottom of the pile here.bi am not a person of any particular means. I am person of intelligence, of patience, of very low BS tolerance.
I read and heard from quality sources at the end of Spring that any investor who could emerge from the Summer with somewhere between 25k and 50,000 shares of this, That such an investor would be a very happy at well rewarded.
There can be no love that I could sell my position right now and be a very happy five-bagger. That would be a very lovely return for the short time I've been in it. However, along the way things have changed and the upside potential has improved dramatically so if I must wait a little longer only to add a little bit more along the way, all the better for me.
though I have certainly had much frustration along the way as we all have there can be no question that the potential is extraordinary and as of this moment it is still well worth the while. And if you should take a little longer and fine with that to be sure.
Spock...
As always, BPETER, my pleasure.

BPETER, Myself and a couple others on this forum wanted to be sure we were filing out this form correctly, particularly the blank line that appears to require one or more names.
Mr. Berry said that unless the shares were held by a trust or an LLC the line could simply be left blank and the shareholder's signature at the bottom of the form would be enough.
My other question concerned a technical issue about the printing of the ballot. The letter "X" is used to indicate the choice of the shareholder's answer for each of the questions posed. Sometimes, there can be a printing anomaly where a given printer may shift the location of the letter X to a response not intended by the shareholder.
For example even though the choice may appear to be in the correct place when the shareholder makes his or her choice, the process by google docs may render the position of the X into a different position that is either ambiguous or completely different when the electronic version of the form gets printed out on the other end, say, at Synergy's printer. It may look as though the shareholder has chosen to abstain rather than to make some other choice.
I decided to send a hard copy of the form to Mr. Berry so he could be 100% certain where my mark was meant to be placed.
Its just one of those things than is meant to make life easier for people, but sometimes it does not work out as intended.
SPock....
My ballot goes out today after Mr. Berry addresses a question or two I had for him over the week end.
Spock
Wow, that's one way to put it!
Spock
No that's not what it looks like at all. Holy cow, do some reading and get up to speed. Only you are in charge of quality control on your information. If you don't inform yourself, then you get what you get. Really get yourself up to speed, it will help you.
Really, it will help you. You'll see it in all of your investment decisions. If you actually read and learn about what's going on, you'll be informed and then you won't be so far behind the curve.
Spock
Oh, yes...so very sad. Buying much more tomorrow. That'll perk up your narrative.

Now that FINRA acknowledges officially that BRTX is out of Chap 11 it seems reasonable to me that we can lose the WARNING light at the top of the forum page.
It must be a terribly exciting time for the company. They have a court-approved Reorganization plan solidly in hand, the "Q" designation is being removed from public websites ( except for otcmarkets, per their house rules) and they have plenty of money to run operations for at least a year without diluting. They must regard this week as their rebirth as a "going concern", except they already posses a couple of patents for their products in other countries.
I bet they cannot make their legs move fast enough.
Best to all and thanks, as usual to stervc for his updates; always timely, relevant and informative.
Spock
Wow, this is going to take some serious studying.

Hmmmm. Nope.doesnt work. I'll shut up.
Spock.....Vulcans are crappy singers.
I'd have to say this is a very timely post. Thank you very much. Information like this is exactly what we're needing.
Spock
E-Trade is still not showing most recent sale price, or volume. This is kind of like flying partially blind I don't like it. I can see where things are going on a bit and ask which is most helpful but the account is not operating normally. Hopefully everybody else's is and mine will catch up soon enough.
Spock
On my E-Trade account volume is not showing. Bid and ask is showing.
Spock
Now, THAT is a perspective worth considering. after all the work and hyping some of us have done for this equity 50 people own half the stock publicly available, if I understand this correctly.
Boggles the mind.
Spock..... well, my mind anyway.
You betcha. I have not felt this confident in a while. I will add significantly today and for some time to come.
Spock
Remember Tuesday? That was the day we received a PR. It was a day that we expected this stock to go ballistic. Instead many investors went ballistic as they watched the price per share get cut in half over the course of the trading session.
And of course everybody then remembers there were some of us on this form saying , "Don't lose your sh*t over the drop."
We said this because we've seen it many times. usually the market makers have a clue what's going on well ahead of what most of the market has a clue about. they knew that they were going to have to have a good inventory to cover things for the next few days so what did they do? They did a 50% off sale.
And then what happened yesterday? Well, most of us know what happened yesterday. Me too. Made a freaking fortune. Why? Because those damn cheapy stocks I bought at the end of Tuesday appreciated pretty nicely yesterday. My point?
Well I think most do you see the point here. I don't know what today's PR might be about and I don't know what effect it might have on the market however I sit here about an hour before the opening bell and I'm ready for either eventuality. Either we have another 50% off sale or the run from yesterday continues. Be ready either way.
Make darn sure you know before the bell rings this morning at what Target price you will be satisfied. And once that number hits, act. Don't think twice. Just act. Do whatever it is seems like you're smart move and do not, do not, DO NOT allow greed to change your plan. That's all.
I wish everyone here the sort of luck you only see once every 50 years. Let's rock this sucker out. The plan they're selling here is a game changer and I want to see it work. I want to see it work for you.
Spock..... Why do I know? I'm just some point-eared, green blooded, Yahoo from some dusty little planet that's hard to find even with an intergalactic GPS.
Like these shares aren't cheap enough already, right? Man, do we need some TV Green Stamps?
Spock
Thank you so much for doing a verification with your broker. Hopefully there will be no confusion or panic by any shareholders in the morning. likely they will read these messages at least the ones who are i-hubbers and they will see that there's nothing to be concerned about. And there's no overnight crash.
Well done and thank you for posting the information.
Spock
Imagine my surprise went shortly after midnight my e-trade account showed that the value equal to the value I had in my position in BRTX was now missing. Imagine the bid in the ask are both $0.00!
For a moment I freaked out just a little bit. After contacting E-Trade they explained that they were simply doing the status change overnight as they do every night on accounts like these and that by the opening bell tomorrow morning everything should be fine and back to normal..
So if you're account value seems a little bit wonky in the morning when you go to look at it, check your BRTX account. That might be the culprit.
G,night
Spock
What gets me breathing really hard is that after these months of staring down possible anti-catalysts if you will, or factors that arise during court battles that effectively kill something like this, we are now staring at a road that has so much potential I don't even know how to find words for it.
The path has been cleared for the plan of reorganization to come to fruition. We are going to see catalyst after PR after tweet after filing and everything has been set up so that BRTX has a very clear and extremely well financed path to succeed.
honestly I really don't think it gets much better than this. of course we're going to see down days every once in awhile every run has its consolidation but oh how beautiful it's going to be and the long run. I plan to add as much as I possibly, humanly, vulcanly can.
If you didn't catch it in the Pacer documentation when Judge Grossman finally got the chance to sign off on this he thank the attorneys because he said that he really didn't get to do these kinds of reorganizations very often. It was clear that he was very cognizant of what was at stake and how all of the attorneys had worked to do everything possible, to. The I-s and to cross the tees, to ensure that from a legal end BRTX was given the best possible path on which to move forward.
As investors, I do believe these things are kind of rare and I do believe we are very lucky to be in it. It's still cheap enough for if you've been sitting on the sidelines you can get in and still do very very well and you should consider it at least in my opinion. Even though we've barely started I have no regrets whatsoever.
Best of luck to us all,. spock
I wish to thank you and your crew for that fantastic post of due diligence for us to send our teeth into. Great place to start. After looking over their chart and looking at some key indicators that are always helpful when assessing these kinds of stocks, I've determined there's reasonably good potential here..
Based on my own DD and you were working I have decided to take a starter position here. One of the things I really like is that they've put some serious effort into bringing themselves current. I wish the financials were audited but I suppose you really have to start somewhere. And most everything is lining up pretty well.
I would like to have a better idea of what the float is as soon as possible and if anybody has that information I would appreciate it being posted, I may have just overlooked it. It was a very busy day for me and BRTXQ land and TSNP land.
Anyway good luck to us all. Looking forward to see how this starts coming together.
Spock.... The OTC is far more fun than three-dimensional chassis I've got to tell you that.
I called Mr Berry this morning and emailed him also my share account. Do you want me to provide this information to you as well? If it will be supportive I will be glad to do so. I do trust you with confidentiality. Thank you
Spock
Are some investors gunshy? Of course they are, how could they not be after what games have been played against them by some of the best games men in the business. Yet the safest move is to hold tight. Anyone who was invested for several months here and not sold now understands that holding tight is what wins the day.
bankruptcy plays are difficult on the one hand because they move slowly and the word bankruptcy scares the willies out of people. On the other hand because it's a legal matter even more so than it is a financial matter everything gets spelled out in documentation that is available to the public and it is this documentation that takes priority every time and tell us those who control what to do what not to do and things go from there.
Again if you took the position weeks or months ago you remember the days when we saw four sense of share and you watched everything moved down but you've also seen a valid explanation for practically every move and now the plan is ready to rock the judge is signed off we're starting her move forward. This is the reward for patience. I nearly hope all of you have stuck it out when I'll stick it out just a little bit longer to start seeing the reward come together. This is going to be grand.
Spock, I truly mean from the bottom of my heart, live long and prosper.

What a most fascinating development. It may go to explain the rate at which this has been evolving.
S p o. c. K
That is my understanding. I've been waiting to see this from Pacer, now we have it in hand.
My expectation is that the price begins it's rebound in the morning. Don't know how fast, but since I'm Quite long so it does not concern me.
Spock.. no train leaves the station doing 120 mph.
If nothing else gets your attention, then consider that the CEO was not selling the shares of his company, but was buying them, very many of them....so that after the very REAL merger those shares become prefereds in the new company.
This is not what you do when your thinking of bailing out. OK?
As far as losing value when a share-cutting scenario says your shares should mathematically be increasing in value, this is what should happen after your stock has been appreciating nonstop for days. Consolidation is what must happen to stabilize the PPS before another run occurs. Investors eventually reevaluate their positions, take profit, prepare to dollar cost average, set targets for next few sessions, assess the impact of news.. or filings.
I've not yet done my deep dive on this stock and stervc will beat me to it anyway, but my intuition, which is fairly formidable, is telling me to stick with this at least for 6 months. If this company pulls off what they propose to pull off, WOW, we all need a piece of it.
I don't know yet even what the company's timeline looks like, but again, if the markets warm up to the concept, this will become massive, as in global ly massive, Amazon massive and then some .
Spock...
if I find quicksand in any of this, of course, I'll post accordingly and take corrective action. If you find you do not possess a set of brass balls yet, At least consider a humbl position and use this stock to prepare yourself for the OTC Olympic team.
Over $12.2M ready changed hands this morning, of my calculator is working as it should. What a monster.
Spock... And let me tell you I seen some hideous monsters, but this one is beautiful.
This morning's opening bell price was an absolute gift from heaven above. I bumped up my position by about 15% and I hope many of you did at least that much because you're already making money on that outlay.
for me the winning strategy has been keeping my eye on the information. I've hardly sold a single share in the last six weeks, and when I did it was only to play the spread which I did successfully. The hardest part about all of this has been not to flinch. There were plenty of times when I could have flenched and many people did. But this stock keeps providing opportunities to play the spread and or to buy at great prices. The worst thing you can do with something like this is to just sell it and move on.
Spock... There's still room in my little space shuttle to take on a few more passengers for the ride. Won't you join me? This is just serious fun that it's best. Good luck to us all. Hold tight, hold really tight.
If you were kicking yourself because you didn't get in at a good price before you're getting a second chance at the well. Moving this kind of volume in this short of amount of time is big fun and a big opportunity.
As has been pointed out, we all saw what happened right before the bell this morning. We were giving up pretty nicely. The bell rings and the price per share drops to about half and 30 minutes. Well obviously with the good news we got that can't make any sense right?
It makes perfect sense actually. market makers are in the business of making a market that's what they are illegally obligated to do and they have the legal right and obligation to manipulate the market which they do. They stocked up their shelves this morning by using the one and only tactic they know the best which is scaring the hell out of people. And it worked.
So jump back in, make some money, recognize the setup next time it's getting put together and you will be so happy with yourself you'll be too sexy for your shirt.
Good luck to everyone who is making money with this. This is just the beginning. There is tons of cash to be made here. I'm not speaking emblematically, I think if you actually put all of the cash on a scale and Weighed all of the money, The scale might tell you that the cash weighs several tons even if you don't use your pocket change.
Spock...... A day like yesterday and today is where the term laughing all the way to the bank comes from, I'm pretty sure. Can't wipe the smile off my face today. Good luck to all of you, to all of us.
Well, the market makers are as predictable as ever. They have now restocked their shelves with enough TSNP stock for the next few days. The setup for the bounce is perfect in every way, let us proceed to make dollars for the rest of the week.
Spock...
Sometimes I think we should go back to offering federal notes and increments of $1,000 or more. Wouldn't that be more efficient? Just saying.
Dip & Rip is right. This will be stupendous.
Spock
I love, love, love this stock.
Spock.
Serious debt reduction is some of the best possible news one can ask for. I'm all in now. With eyes wide open.
Very best of luck,
Spock
Thank you Pamela, I know it's not terribly exciting hanging around waiting for good things to happen, it's downright boring. However, like one or two other positions I routinely nurture I just keep coming back and grab some more, grab some more and I smile every time I buy order gets executed especially at these prices.
Everyone's ready to million times how difficult it is to have patience. True enough. But when a week goes by and no major change happens I just smile at what I know is coming. I'm going to be here for a long time.
This one stock provided me with enough capital, more than enough capital to pursue any position I want to pursue with fundage leftover.
Spock..... I'm not bragging, not at all. Rather the position I'm in is something I want everyone on this board to enjoy if they're not already.
I'll be hanging around at the opening bell tomorrow morning to see if I can get a sense how the morning is going to play out. If it's going to fall further I'll just hang on to my cash untilsee what I think is bottom, then I'll throw a pile of cash at the ask. Usually works pretty well for me.
Spock.... My starter position was pretty teeny so I'm going to put myself in the position to change that. The nice things about these kinds of plays is that they move along at a nice pace generally and there's lots of high quality information to be had.
Mercy.....in case I hadn't yet said as much.
$pock
I just keep buying even though I don't understand what is happening or why. I'm still way in profit-land. Even small swings in price give me very nice opportunities to make decent cash.
I have long given up on any predictions here. Everything has been incorrect, logic says this is being squelched for the time being.
I can appreciate that things are moving slowly but this is way beyond reasonable, therefore I must conclude that something unusually unique is being crafted. So, I buy and I wait.
I'd love gp to have cred, but gp is not interested in having any cred apparently. What can one do?
Spock.....logic, proportion, probability, intuition and microbrew all working together to make investing fun and easy. Wow.
