Good point...
I knew it would be the ole domino affect...
So you don't think the break thru the .004s was the death knell?
SKGO has been manhandled pretty hard, see any support chartwise?
Lancie said he was just kidding, though...all just a big joke. Either they believed him or he rolled and is hoping he doesn't have to testify later.
Either it's being diluted or someone is working awfully hard to make it look as if it is....
That was sooooo smooth.
Are you hanging upside down?
Some buys at the ask wouldn't hurt
Well you are the chart doctor, people probably feel you should be able to make your own diagnoses....
You don't believe the email? What??? You think it's fabricated? If that's what your saying, that's kind of off the wall?
There are alot of German ihubbers...see post #247, same guy is on that German link. German players scare me as they have easier shorting standards on their exchanges. Anyone know if this is listed on the German exchange?
Well hopefully the momo continues. It can still move huge based on the tiny float. I don't think I'll be a long termer though.
So he didn't allude to specific plans but you don't think Trans Enzymes is the reason he has the shell?
I guess the email addy is no big deal since you have his phone number....nice work
Ken Looney's email at Transf Enzymes is klooney@tecenzymes.com...haven't emailed as of yet, but thought someone here might want to. It was at the below link....

I'm thinking the same way....it's about time I pulled some, I'm holding .0012 shares
STMC gappa monday
Or they'll just keep calling you names and telling everyone you're a liar.
No, he and others gave JB cash to pay off cornell....jb may have handed over the check but it was "other people's money"
STMC could be blue skies after .0165...

That is not the full story....right, Mikey?
STMC getting volume and about to go penny plus....moves fast
STMC, reverse merger a possibility.....see below from another poster
STMC-Reverse Merger almost a certainty IMO!
A new annual report filed on Jan. 14, 2010 appeared on Sunbiz.org today that reveals Ken Looney as the new President and Chairman of the company. It also appears the new principal and mailing address for the company is 29 WILCREST, SUITE 220 HOUSTON TX 77042.
http://sunbiz.org/pdf/66219140.pdf
A LinkedIn.com search for a Ken Looney of Houston, TX shows that there is one who is a Chairman at Transformation Enzyme Corp. Now remember, Ken Looney is also the Chairman of STMC at the moment.
http://www.linkedin.com/pub/ken-looney/a/8/b4b
A Google search for Transformation Enzyme Corporation shows that they have an active website up that is listed below.
http://www.transformationenzymes.com/
The location for Transformation Enzyme Corp. is listed as 2900 Wilcrest Blvd., Suite 220 Houston TX, 77042. For some reason, the address listed on Sunbiz shows 29 Wilcrest instead of 2900 but it's apparent that this is a typo as there is no 29 Wilcrest Blvd. according to my DD. So now the big question-Is this a Reverse Merger that will be occurring in the near future? It appears the shell has been taken over and the old owners are out. I haven't even mentioned the best part about this. Ken Looney is married to Dr. Fuller-Looney who is the owner of privately held Transformation Enzymes! I think now is a good time to snag some shares because news might be coming out shortly and this is low floater that could EASILY go back to prior highs of over .30 PPS just a few months ago.
Transformation Enzymes Company History (Must Read)
Good health is not an unobtainable privilege meant to be savored only by the fortunate. Rather, it is a right that should be enjoyed by anyone who is willing to take the time to learn how to take care of his or her own body. From the very beginning of its history, Transformation Enzyme Corporation has been dedicated to the idea that everyone is entitled to the most healthy and vital lifestyle that they are capable of obtaining. Transformation was established by DicQie Fuller-Looney, D.Sc., Ph.D. when she formulated her own line of enzyme-based dietary supplements in May of 1991. She chose the name Transformation because of the power behind these pharmaceutical grade enzyme formulations.
Dr. Fuller-Looney originally applied this concept of healing as a way to address her family’s own health concerns. Then, given years of experience in the health care field and through her study and use of Dr. Howell’s enzyme theory, Dr. Fuller-Looney realized that enzymes represent a positive way to get consistent, dramatic results for a wide variety of health problems. Transformation was already on its way to becoming the premier source of therapeutic enzymes for health care practitioners from all modalities.
Ken Looney joined the company in late 1994 after meeting Dr. Fuller-Looney and working with her at several educational workshops and seminars. She had relocated the company from Colorado to the Scottsdale suburb of Phoenix and, although it was doing well, its growth potential seemed limited. The time was ripe for taking Transformation to the next level. In 1995 Ken and DicQie moved the company to Houston, where they assembled a staff of professionals and began to train and develop a small group of distributors.
Initially, this eclectic group only shared a belief in the products and a desire to help people. However, as business shaped and nurtured those intentions, more distributors and markets were explored. Transformation began to grow by leaps and bounds. The company remains privately held and has grown rapidly with annual sales escalating from a few hundred thousand dollars to multiple millions. Current trends and realistic projections show this growth curve to be still in its infancy. Today, we sell to health professionals, clinics and pharmacies worldwide. What was once a basic product line has increase to include many different formulations, many of which are available for private label. Our nutritional research and development team continue to develop and test new product concepts to further meet the needs of health professionals.
Transformation has put together an Advisory Board that is the envy of the industry. Dr. Fuller-Looney joined with board member, Dr. Dick Couey of Baylor University, wrote Living Longer: Questions You Never Knew to Ask & Answers You Can’t Live Without. Then, The Healing Power of Enzymes, by Dr. Fuller-Looney was release by Forbes Custom Publishing and New Benchmark. Our commitment to nutrition and health education and to the miracle of enzyme remains as strong as ever.
Founder and principal formulator Dr. DicQie Fuller-Looney has over thirty years of clinical enzyme therapy practice and continues her research developing the very best possible product. Dr. Fuller-Looney has formulated products for companies such as; NESS, Enzymedica, Enzymes Essentials, Enzymes Inc. and Earth Pharmacy. Dr. Fuller-Looney also maintains her role as an educator by teaching, giving lectures at numerous universities, and conducting seminars across the country.
STMC...0074 nHOD....small float
STMC .007/.0075
STMC .005/.007...very thin, low float. Could fly with some volume.
No assumptions being made....the ONLY way this pos comes up with cash will involve dilution.
SKGO Could be a huge move from here.
Don't have to be a businessman to know that the financing you've described spells dilution.
I see it as inevitable. Where else is cash going to come from? There is no revenue source besides share selling. Maybe Berk can use the 60 million he has to raise capital...or do you think he should be able to sell them for his own benefit?
I was just talking with a dude I work with about that today. He owns a chain of video game stores and would never give up his autonomy to go public...also the difference is, real companies with real products and real revenue don't need to go public....companies that sell shares to develop a product or pretend to, like ccaj, are more often than not bogus pump and dumps.
No reverse split cause there will probably be an obscene raise in the authorized followed by a crapstorm of share dumping and then you'll get your r/s. Where else will cash come from when there is no revenue. Have to sell shares to raise capital when you have no revenue stream.
Great "tips" are easy to give when you are orchestrating the events.
I've had a decent run for a change lately....anyone that trades from the inside track can be successful, eh?
A legend...haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Highlarious mikey...I was playing with the bid all afternoon. I kept putting in small orders and the bid would change. The good news is this is obviously paper thin, the bad news is there is no bid support but that's because its not on radars. A couple ihub groups get interested and put some volume in and this flies. Btw that 10k share paint at .0042 was me when I got a fill late in the day.
Sounds like ole dennis would be a perfect fit for ccaj. Looks to be cut from the same cloth as current/former insiders....issue bs pr and start the printing presses, here come the shares. Ya think the Biffster is getting desperate?
Do you think insiders or quasi-insiders are dumb enough to skirt that rule? That would be unfortunate...
aaaah, but the work day is done, now to concentrate on ccajunk
