STMC, reverse merger a possibility.....see below from another poster

STMC-Reverse Merger almost a certainty IMO!

A new annual report filed on Jan. 14, 2010 appeared on Sunbiz.org today that reveals Ken Looney as the new President and Chairman of the company. It also appears the new principal and mailing address for the company is 29 WILCREST, SUITE 220 HOUSTON TX 77042.

A LinkedIn.com search for a Ken Looney of Houston, TX shows that there is one who is a Chairman at Transformation Enzyme Corp. Now remember, Ken Looney is also the Chairman of STMC at the moment.

A Google search for Transformation Enzyme Corporation shows that they have an active website up that is listed below.

http://www.transformationenzymes.com/

The location for Transformation Enzyme Corp. is listed as 2900 Wilcrest Blvd., Suite 220 Houston TX, 77042. For some reason, the address listed on Sunbiz shows 29 Wilcrest instead of 2900 but it's apparent that this is a typo as there is no 29 Wilcrest Blvd. according to my DD. So now the big question-Is this a Reverse Merger that will be occurring in the near future? It appears the shell has been taken over and the old owners are out. I haven't even mentioned the best part about this. Ken Looney is married to Dr. Fuller-Looney who is the owner of privately held Transformation Enzymes! I think now is a good time to snag some shares because news might be coming out shortly and this is low floater that could EASILY go back to prior highs of over .30 PPS just a few months ago.

Transformation Enzymes Company History (Must Read)

Good health is not an unobtainable privilege meant to be savored only by the fortunate. Rather, it is a right that should be enjoyed by anyone who is willing to take the time to learn how to take care of his or her own body. From the very beginning of its history, Transformation Enzyme Corporation has been dedicated to the idea that everyone is entitled to the most healthy and vital lifestyle that they are capable of obtaining. Transformation was established by DicQie Fuller-Looney, D.Sc., Ph.D. when she formulated her own line of enzyme-based dietary supplements in May of 1991. She chose the name Transformation because of the power behind these pharmaceutical grade enzyme formulations.

Dr. Fuller-Looney originally applied this concept of healing as a way to address her family’s own health concerns. Then, given years of experience in the health care field and through her study and use of Dr. Howell’s enzyme theory, Dr. Fuller-Looney realized that enzymes represent a positive way to get consistent, dramatic results for a wide variety of health problems. Transformation was already on its way to becoming the premier source of therapeutic enzymes for health care practitioners from all modalities.

Ken Looney joined the company in late 1994 after meeting Dr. Fuller-Looney and working with her at several educational workshops and seminars. She had relocated the company from Colorado to the Scottsdale suburb of Phoenix and, although it was doing well, its growth potential seemed limited. The time was ripe for taking Transformation to the next level. In 1995 Ken and DicQie moved the company to Houston, where they assembled a staff of professionals and began to train and develop a small group of distributors.

Initially, this eclectic group only shared a belief in the products and a desire to help people. However, as business shaped and nurtured those intentions, more distributors and markets were explored. Transformation began to grow by leaps and bounds. The company remains privately held and has grown rapidly with annual sales escalating from a few hundred thousand dollars to multiple millions. Current trends and realistic projections show this growth curve to be still in its infancy. Today, we sell to health professionals, clinics and pharmacies worldwide. What was once a basic product line has increase to include many different formulations, many of which are available for private label. Our nutritional research and development team continue to develop and test new product concepts to further meet the needs of health professionals.

Transformation has put together an Advisory Board that is the envy of the industry. Dr. Fuller-Looney joined with board member, Dr. Dick Couey of Baylor University, wrote Living Longer: Questions You Never Knew to Ask & Answers You Can’t Live Without. Then, The Healing Power of Enzymes, by Dr. Fuller-Looney was release by Forbes Custom Publishing and New Benchmark. Our commitment to nutrition and health education and to the miracle of enzyme remains as strong as ever.

Founder and principal formulator Dr. DicQie Fuller-Looney has over thirty years of clinical enzyme therapy practice and continues her research developing the very best possible product. Dr. Fuller-Looney has formulated products for companies such as; NESS, Enzymedica, Enzymes Essentials, Enzymes Inc. and Earth Pharmacy. Dr. Fuller-Looney also maintains her role as an educator by teaching, giving lectures at numerous universities, and conducting seminars across the country.
