A friend of mine mentioned that thier nephew who works as
a nurse anesthesist said he saw the LTC presentation
and that they wre already using it in procedures in
a major NYC hospital but that he saw the tube and they were using ultrasound.
I told him that he must be mistaken and that they were using radiowaves not ultrasound so it can't be LTC yet.
Could they already be using our product in certain
major American hosptials already on a preliminary basis?
Would the company mention this?
Does anyone familiar with the OR aware of this practice?

I mentioned a solution to solve the problem before.
Approach the Bill Gates Foundation for a grant.
They have Billions plus the $23 Billion form Warren Buffet.
What is $5M,$10M,$30,$40M,$50M....$100M to them
Chump change.
Lets go CTGI get your investment advisors on the hockey
puck we are tired of getting stuck with the hockey stick.

Gap is alnmost closed.Still have a profit with my $.91
shares.
Any eeak hands are now flushed out unless someone is selling shares to pay for this falls college tuition and it didn't work out.
We now need to go up!

At first I didn;t think so.
The way it looks it looks like it is getting closer and closer
to filling the gap.
Any thoughts as to whether it will get there?

A Joint Venture with a licensing deal with money up front
would help.
CTGI could franchise certain subisdiaries in other ountries to raise money upfront.
CTGI could apply for a grant from the Bill Gates Foundation
the Richard Branson Foundation for the sale of such units to the third world for humanitarian purposes and have them issue a letter of credit for the purchase and then hypothecating it to derive the funds it needs.
After all these Foundations have Billions dedicated to
humanitarian needs and to ease human suffering like in poor
countries.
They could also go to the leasing companies like GE capital Leasing to finance leasing to hospitals thereby making the
initial costs to use next to nothing while still owning the VAD generators.
This would eliminate the need for an IPO or further share dilution of LTC shares.

BBhuey

FDa approval plus EU approval equals "Globalization".
WHO says 234 Million surgeries performed in thw world a year.
We all have to have believe and have faith that we have the gold standard in surgery technique.
Right now we are the new kid on the block. When we noticed
watch what happens.
If we can realize only small percentage of thisworld wide market we CTGI investors can be part of the begining of a legend in the medical device field.
We may even be able to surpass the way Intuitive Surgical has performed in PPS.
Nevertheless I think CTGI will save and change lives and maybe change our lives by putting some money in our pockets.
While the capital markets have made it difficult to raise money the company has been very wise in avoiding any type
of toxic dilution up to this point.
This has left the company undercapitalized except for their bridge loan with Empire through which they will be able to issue an IPO spin-out of a portion LTC when it is the right
time.
I think we need some revenue catalysts to get things rolling
If they dealing with the big boys and negotiating and they see financial weakness they will try to steal a license deal for a song.
I remember years ago IBM turned down the original Xerox
for a song and look what that they became the gold standard
of copiers.
While I don't know how many more games the Market Makers
are going to play to drive this price down any further.
I will be looking to buy more if the opportunity presents itself.

Mikethespike,
I am glad someone bought some when I did.I have some as low as $.82.
I think CTGI could become a big big winner for us all.
Those shares are going to be like buying a $.29 a gallon
of gasoine for my old 57 chevy.
Now that is history.
There isn't another stock like this that is going to have the ground breaking effect ot affecting everyones hralth or the lives of loved ones that is able to turn a concept into surgical reality.
Good luck to all ctgi longs!
Live long and prosper!

Yes Ninj I saw the contradiction and confusion in the buy and sell signals you mentioned good catch.
We are now exactly at the fib 50% retrace we will see what happens tommorrow
It might be better if Don could move CTGI to a bigger stock exchange we are down here in the pennies and no one is giving
us any "Respect" as Rodney Dangerfield would say.
Maybe it would stop a lot of this manipulation.
I think they intend to list the LTC IPO on the Amex but I don't know for sure if they are gfoing to do that with CTGI.
It is kind of ridiculous that we have FDA approval
and we are sitting here below $1.50 wiping the sweat off our brow.
I had a drug stock like this that got EU approval but not
FDA approval because mgt didn't want to run another trial
that would cost $3-$5M.
They wound up hiring their U.S. sales force with no Fda approval and got some partiual sales in Europe but because the stock was so low they got bought out by Pfizer for a song at $1.50 becuase they ran out of money.
It might be better if we got some European exposure
since they tend to hold onto their investments for the lohg haul
Regrets,
bbhuey
I wonder whatever happened to the Russian and Ukraine
projected revenues?
Does the former inventor get 100% or portion therof?
Does this require EU approval?
If not when do we start?

The question of the gap being filled to a certain
extent with the last two days downdraft has amost been completed.
There was a buy signal at $.94 and a sell signal at $1.71
It has now made its 50% fib retracement at $1.35 will it
go beyond that to 61% or more.In a few more days we will know.
But even the news release today did not help to keep the stock price up.
It seems to me we are in the process of flushing out the daytraders and weaker hands until we gewt some new blood
August 19th into the stock.
By then the bid/ask will be very tight with maybe a $.05
spread because it will be difficult for the MMs to suplly
shares that is why they are playing their downer games now.
The news release was a little disconcerting becuase I
thought they would be able to hit ther ground running
but as someone mentioned that was for exhibition purposes.
Generally companies have some distributors, sales organizations
and other entities that they already have an interest in licensing or sales of the product pending FDA approval.
I don't the reason why we have not and had any guidance on this yet unless they chose not to do do until they got FDA approval before they make any announcement in this regard.
We all have to be patient for new developments and catalysts.
Don and Company I am sure are not letting the grass grow under their feet since we are now out of the gate.

I think we are on our 6th wave accropding to the charts.
Is anybody familiar with Elliot waves?
Is the 6th wave the strongest?
I dont understand why there has been no follow through
on the upside as in other waves with 5to 6 up days
and marching white candles.
Is it trying to fill the gap? Or is it moving sideways
to form a handle pending EU approval for another news.
Regards,
bbhuey
I beg to diagree with you.The FDA approval alone is worth $5
bucks if we were in a normal market.

When IBM started out and invented the IBM 360 computer
they only leased the computers out and never sold them.
In the 1960's the gov't issued an antitrust lawsuit for
monopolizing the market came to a settlement and it took another 30 years to settle in which they wanted to breakup IBM again.
CTGI can make lease their equipment through leasing companies
and make the financial impact of the cost of this to hospitals and users very low cost and cost effective as compared to the ISRG DaVinci system that costs $1.5M.
My borther used to sell equpment and software to hospitals
and they operate in a very constrianed environment
I hope they have their marketing team ready to hit the ground running

P.S. I am not ready to sell my shares yet until I can margin
and buy sonme more when it hits $5
I want to congratulate Don and the great team he has put together put togehter with Frank and his team, the design
shop people in Santa Barbara and Dr Paton for his great genius is bringing forward this new technolgy.
My finacee has worked on this technology over 30 years ago as a marketing director for Propan and could never get it stabilized.
Anyone who has family or friends or loved ones going under
surgery has the added risk of infection on the operating table.
When she broke her ankle and it got infected and all of the complications that has ensued has almost mad her into a cripple.
I hope this is made avaialable to everyone and that the insurance companies demand it.
It sure is great to be on the train with Don and Frank
and everyone else on the board who have held long and stong
with their hopes of an investment that can be "LIFE CHANGING".

My nickel, copper, goldmplaadium and platinum stock is starting to wake up now.
The last time he did this was when CTGI went from $1 to $2.35
for over several weeks
I don't know if it is a new sign but these two stocks seem to run together at the same time like two running stallion horses pulling a chariot each day making thousands.
Whew ! I had to pinch myself I couldn't believe it.
I sold off my mining stock and now I am positioned on both for another big run holding long and strong/

My order for $.92 is still waiting to catch anoher bus loaded with cheap CTGI shares.
Thank you for the shares today.

Let me know 1 year from now.Lets see in 2006 we started at $.06 now we are at $.97.
The market went from a Dow Jones average of 14,500 in 2007
to 11,400 now. Meanwhile all the Dow stocks have taekn a haircut especially the financial stocks.
We just might have to wait for our second stimulus checks
to have any spending money the first check is gone already
for gas.
Analysts are recommending gold going to $1200 an ounce
and there is a run on Gold Eagles at the West Point mint
and can't keep up with demand and had to stop minting
When we get our FDA or EU approval ,shares of CTGI
might just be as good as gold.

I am trying to buy some cheap shares today at $.91
can anyone who needs the money and whos is tired of holding this stock and is not a believer sell me their shares today.
thank you very much

i THINK THE COMPOSITION OF THE USE OF THE TISSUE WELDING TECHNOLOGY THAT USES DITERENT PARTS SUCH AS A GENERATOR
OR GENSET,CONTROLLER CHIPS,SOFTWARE AND EACH SPECIALLY
DESIGNED HAND TOOL FOR EACH SURGERY MAY HAVE CAUSED
UNEXPECTED COMPLEXITY IN GETTING FDA APPROVAL BECAUSE IT IS MANY REITERATIONS APPLIED TO 80 DIFFERENT TYPES OF SURGERIES.
WHENEVER A COMPNAY IS FIRST IN COMING UP WITH A BETTER MOUSETRAP THERE ARE UNEXPECTED DELAYS THAT THE FDA HAS
TO GET TO UNDERSTAND AND THE NUMEROUS APPLICATIONS
IT HAS TO APPLY TO.S
WE HAVE HAD SILENCE ON THIS FRONT AND NO ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANY UNEXPECTED COMPLICATIONS WITH THE TECHNOLOGY AND ITS APPLICATION UNDER FDA CONSIDERATION.
SO NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS UNTIL WE GET FDA OR EU APPROVALS
OR ANNOUNCE A MAJOR MARKETING EVENT THAT GENERATES REVENUES.
EVEN THOUGH WE ISSUED 371,000 SHARES FOR THE CO2 TECHNOLGY
THAT IS A VALUE THAT WE PAID FOR WITH CTGI SHARES
THE STOCK MARKET DID NOT RECOGNIZE ANY ADDED MARKET VALUE
TO CTGI STOCK
WE ARE STILL IN A QUIET PERIOD BEFORE LAUNCH AND MAY HAVE
SOME FALSE LAUNCHES ALONG THE WAY BUT I THINK DON AND HIS
HIGHLY REGARDED TEAM ARE NOT SITTING OR STANDING STILL
WHILE WE WAIT.IT TALKS A LOT OF WORK TO GET THE DUCKS IN A ROW AND I CAN SEE THAT DON "MEASURES TWICE AND CUTS ONCE"
EVEN THOUGH THINGS IN THE PAST DID NOT WORK OUT AS WELL
WITH THE LANDFILLS.
I THINK WE ARE NEARING LAUNCH BUT IT MAY TAKE A LITLE
WHILE LONGER TO GET ALL OF THE DETAILS IN PLACE JUST RIGHT.

I WAS WATCHING CNBC TODAY AND THEY TALKED ABOUT BEING IN
RECESSION RESISTANT STOCKS.
THEY SAID THAT MEDICAL DEVICE STOCKS ARE THE PLACE TO BE IN
FOR GOOD CAPITAL APPRECIATION
THEW WERE TALKING ABOUT ALL OF THE BABY BOOMERS ALL NEEDING HIP AND KNEE REPLACMENTS,FACE LIFTS,LIPOSUCTION AND ETC.
THE STOCK THAT CAN BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ALL THESE PROCEDURES IS OUR VERY OWN CTGI VIA LTC.
I WISH THE PUNDTTS ON CNBC WOULD PICK UP ON THIS.
REGARDS,

THE ipo MARKET IN THE U.S. stock market is very difficult
today and a lot of companies are withdrawing their IPO's
or cutting back on the shares for fear of not getting them completed at a good price in the market.
It is amazing how CTGI has been able to continue with
Empires Financial loan backing but sooner or latter
they will have to raise money for either LTC or the
CO2 project.
When you gactor in the cost of reposrting under Sarbanes
-Oxley in the reposrting for these companies these are
additional costs.
I read in some article a while ago that it is cheaper to float
shares in London on ther AIM and that their stock market is more stable than the U.S, market and that it costs less to go IPO because there less waves of sellers.
I wonder if this maybe a better option to raise funding for CTGI to do than using Empire Finacial or if Empire has the
capability of a London fund raise since they are going for EU
approval and may have more recognition their with the success
of their European clinical trials among the doctor surgery thought leaders.
They are beating this dtock down because of no news,no revenues, and no FDA orEU approval but all we need is
about 10,000 shares on the buy side every day to raise the price $.05-$.10 per day.
Long and strong CTGI!

On June 25th the DOE announces the funding of coal fired plant
CO2 sequestration of $1.5 Billion, $.4 Billion for 2009
and $1.01 Billion for 2010 subject to approval by Congress.
Calls for at least 90 % removal of CO2 and mercury and etc.
If CTGI gets their technolgy in front of the DOE boys and incorporated in their funded plans we will be getting free DOE funding.
Can anyone find the article and post it and let our
poster figure out what this means to CTGI's newly
acquired CO2 technology.
Regards,
BBhuey
I think they are saving all of those LTC IPO shares
with the warrants attached to them for all of the doctors
financial advisors.
They will be the only ones with money left the way this stock is acting.
CTGI just can't get any traction or respect in this market
I read an article on yahoo that a lot of companies are cancelling thier plans to go IPO in this rough market.
This like a Viking ship with the Vikings rowing to the
drum beats to get across the ocean.
Are we getting there faster or slower now or are we all going to Valhalla with the way this stock is acting or is it separating the believers from the nonbelievers and giving them a big goose egg.
But we all know better, keep your CTGI stock close and don't
listen to the bashers or the shorters and we will soon have money in our own back pockets not in their back pockets.

bbhuey
Lowman,
The news release today just gave us us a hint of what the possible size of a Steak our CO2 market is $69 Billion follar market that will grow several times over over the next few years.
Now we need a little sizzle to get us a little price per share lift off such as an outside review of the effectiveness
of our new CO2 technology ,its applicatiohs and potential markets.
Don touched on some of these applications very very briefly
but I think we need a further market share breakdown on each.
Anyone know how we can figure this out?
Does nayone have any market analysis experience who can give us some suggestions as to how to calculate this or where to look?
Regards,
bbhuey
I have been studying some of the characterisics of
10 baggers such as risk,effectiveness,efficency,
price increase, volume and time to determine th eoptimal time
to buy.
Prior to todays Newsrelease I thought of CTGI as a 10 bagger
now I think it can be a 20 bagger.
I think things are happening behind the scenes that we don't
have any idea of such as this News Release today, hiring of SUKovets, and other dialogue with Suny Fruze that came as a surprise.
It is like pinning the tail on the donkey. We have a tail
but we don't know where the donkey is and how the technology will fit or be used in conjuction with the company's direction on its CO2 technology.
While the stock gained in the beginning today it was not able to gain any further traction and hold because everyone
is looking for FDA or CE Mark approvals or a licensing deal
to propel us higher and not an acquisition of technolgy.
I think if DON gave the shareholders a shareholder update of the direction on the use of the CO2 technology it would be better for shareholders to be able visualize the real value of this technology as it relates to CTGI's market value.
Don has to sell the sizzle before he can sell us the steak.
I think there must be more transparency on direction on items such as this.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
bbhuey
That was a great acquisition by Don R in exchange for stock,
the licensor must think the 371,000 have a great deal of
uptapped value to take our CSMG stock rather than for cash.
I was reading the latest pr on the co2 in their 8k filing
It seems that CSMG must plan to get sales of this technolgy
on line pretty quickly becuase the agreement calls for minimum
sales and royalty payments that must be met on the the second year of the anniversary date of the signing of this contract as of 6/27/08 otherwise they may lose the licensing
rights.
That means perhaps another separate subsidiary for this
and a separate capital raise or IPO and some more accretive value that can be attreibuted to CSMG stock
Anyone have any thoughts?
bbhuey
Isn;t this weekend the surgery connference in Tampa?

I put in a sell order for some of my shares above the current
market price with good to cancel for 60 days.
Do you think this wil prevent my shares from being used
bu the market makers or naked shorters.
I think another method that I think that would circumvent the naked shorters would be to have the certificates issued to you
physically.
What do you think?
bbhuey
I wonder if anyone can tell me if you cann prevent the naked short action by having a sell order for your shares at
a higher price like $15 if that would prevent the anked shorts from using everyones street shares to play these Mickey Mouse games at our expense?

Maddogs,
That was terrible,I am very sorry for your unexpected loss.

Madogs what tyoe of gastro surgery was it? Do you think
if they used the LTC tissue welding technology that your loss would not have happened?
My friend had a broken anle surgery and the site started getting infected.
The doctor would not order the right xrays or scans so that the infection would show up becuase I think he was afraid of a lawsuit.Meanwhile he covered it up by prescribing CIpro.
The doctor wrote on the medical reports the other doctors would not say what the infection is only "if it is what I think it is" statments.
In orthodpedics surgery infection runs rampant in these hosptials and the patients have to suffer with this and eventually die with other complications.

Frankly,I thnk that Csmg with LTC's 13 subsidiaries
structure should be differently.
I understand that in some of the posts that each of these subisidiaries has the potential to generate revenues of $100M-$1 Billion per subsidiary if this is the case the LTC IPO would be very undervalued and CSMG as well.
Whereas LTC should be going IPO on each Subsidiary
separately and paying its royalties and licensing
revenues to LTC.
LTC wold own the technology as the finance subsidiary and issue a bond debenture to loan or support each of the subsidiaries with design and technolgy in exchage for
royalties and licensing revenues.
CSMG would remain the holding company owning LTC and the CO2
subsidiaries
Does anyone have any thoughts on this.
Regards,
bbhuey
Does anyone know how Gyrus or anyother similar electrosurgery company prices or licenses or charges royalties
on their products and training that have similar aspects to LTC so that we can generate a reveune forecast across
the 80 different types of surgeries and 13 or so surgery subsidiaries.
If we were able to get the Russian and Ukraine surgery numbers and different types of surgeries and their growth year over year we maybe able generate a pro-forma revenue forecast for the U.S. and the E.U. to figure out how we can value LTC's potential value 1 to 5 years out.
Is there anywhere where we can access to get the gorwth in Russian surgery numbers using LTC over time
Because ISRG has a 66 times forward PE and a 40 times
trailing PE after 4 years which is astounding even in this
treachurous market.
Regards,

I did a little looking about what type of spin off LTC would
be and is not based upon the value of the stock.
This would qualify as a tax free spin off under Section 355 of the Internal Revenue Code
This would not be a sale or LBO spin off but an equity carve out spin off with an IPO in which at least 80% of the stock has to be distributed for a valid business purpose in which the subsidiary has to be in business for at least 5 years.
The company has to provide 3 years auited financials
to get a tax free status so the parent does not have to pay tax on the sale of the shares when distributed and submit
all this info for an IRS ruling,SEC RULING AND ETC and must
pass conrol or "cintinuity of interst"to the parents shareholders.
The compnay can use the purpose of the spin off is to acheive a higher stock price as a busienss purpose for IRS purposes.
Studies from Penn State over 25 years have shown that spin offs outperform the market . Spinoffs outperormed their industry peers and S&P by about 10% per year in the first three years of independence.
In their study the parent companies also managed to do fairly well outperforming their peers in their industry group
by more than 6% annually for the 3 year period.
In another study spin-offs outperformed the market with a
2 year total return of 27% compared to the S&P and Russell 2000.
The decision to buy in the corporate parent maybe desirable if it alllows the investor to purchase both entities at a lower combined price than the two separate entities post-spin companies.
This is diificult without definitive knowledge of the
soin-offs balance sheet asset base and monetized earnings power.
Typically the market reacts positively to announcements of spin-offs.
Studies have demonstrated that the annoucement of a spin-off or carve-out is associated with positive price movements in the price movements of the parents stock.
This will be interpreted as unlocking or enhancing the value of the parent compnys stock The stock will settle in a narrow trading range.
This can take as long as a year, depending upon IRS,SEC,and final Board approval.
This is the time to be involved with a spin off because if one is patient and believes both parts are attractive investments.
Spin-off pricing inefficency ,where it can be accuratley identified holds the potential for above average returns
over time

bbhuey
