A Joint Venture with a licensing deal with money up front
would help.

CTGI could franchise certain subisdiaries in other ountries to raise money upfront.

CTGI could apply for a grant from the Bill Gates Foundation
the Richard Branson Foundation for the sale of such units to the third world for humanitarian purposes and have them issue a letter of credit for the purchase and then hypothecating it to derive the funds it needs.

After all these Foundations have Billions dedicated to
humanitarian needs and to ease human suffering like in poor
countries.

They could also go to the leasing companies like GE capital Leasing to finance leasing to hospitals thereby making the
initial costs to use next to nothing while still owning the VAD generators.

This would eliminate the need for an IPO or further share dilution of LTC shares.
