I still cant believe it, I have a hard time buying more cans of this stuff when I can get over 1800 shares of the stock for the delivered price to my door for each can. 1300 shares per 1.99 shelf price!
For some strange reason, the stock seems to last longer than the can. The stock CAN grow also, when the CAN just seems to get lighter.
The laws of physics and common sense are working in our favor here!
Everyone in the country should buy at least 100000 shares of BNPD.
Why, because this green stuff is just fun! If for no other reason.
Remember, this company is currently selling 0.0001% of the total company for the price of one can of Bionic Tonic!
I would volunteer to be a spokesman, as long as it did not take too much time out of my schedule. I like the stuff. I do think they have stiff competition to make inroads against. See my post 7908.
While I am not quite there yet, I could get on the geriatric network and tout the benefits for them.
I love the green. I love to drink this stuff out of graduated cylinders and chemistry beakers and flasks. Makes me feel like a mad scientist! Hummmmm, I guess that is what I am!
I could do a mad scientist add for them....

I agree, certain things in life can make you a little hard. Then when that happens we sometimes snap at those who really do care about others. I am still doing better than Bernie Ebbers at the moment, I am still free, he is in Jail. Some stock rapist do actually go to jail for it. It is rare, but it does happen.
It is going to be an interesting next 10 years for sure.
Keep your debt low. For the young, watch what you buy, not just stocks, but the junk, the clothes, the crap that clutters your life.
In stocks, this is a time to be buffet like, look for real value stocks. Ones that have products people will need for a long time to come and are, or will, be selling at prices where they are close to their cash levels or very low debt to equity ratios, etc.
Got to go to work.
Thanks, but understand I can not read the future. Take it for what it could be worth.
My wife keeps telling me though, that we would be a lot better off if I would have taken my own advice over the years. It is a long twisted story of how I lost all I ever tried to invest, all during the middle of the best and longest bull market in history. I hate to re-think it.
As one poster said, there is always a bull market somewhere. This is true. Even in a bear stock market, there are stocks that go up. Some up big.
I still think for BNPD, if a company is begining and also now truly selling a product that is a small consumable item, that when you can buy 0.0001% of the company for the price of just one of those small consumable items they produce, the ratio looks good. I am so so so tempted to pull 10K out of the bank and buy BNPD with it. But I doubt I will do it.
I hope they get to a reporting status so we can have some idea of their numbers. One poster a while back suggested they have no debt and have paid cash for all to date. If that is true, great. But I have seen no validation of such a claim.
Risk is everywhere. I lost all my money holding on to stocks that filed diligently with the SEC, most of which were on either the big board (NYSE), the American Exchange (AMEX) or the NASDAQ. I doubled down on WorldCom when Bernie Ebbers came on TV for a special telecast where he assured me with lies about his company. I bought his start-up LDDS, then sold it at some gain. I later invested that in Worldcom and lost it all. That is just one of the stories. USB PaineWebber swore to me their research proved that PGEX Pacific Gateway Exchange was sound and not going to be worthless even if they had to go down and be bought out. I lost all that too. Just another story. There are too many more. It makes me sick to think of it. If I would have stuck with my original plans when I started investing in 1980 (excluding the first stock I ever bought as a kid in 1969, Associated Oil & Gas on the AMEX, - had to do it through an adult co-owner to do it) I would be oh so much better off financially than I am now.
Hey, but I am still a lucky man. I have a good wife and a good dog and I am in no pain at the moment. I moved to a simple house in part of a town that is like old Americana. It is Norman Rockwell or sorts. Kids play hop-scotch on the side walk out front, they make chaulk pictures on them too, there is a very very small park 4 doors down from my house where kids play baseball in the summer. You can hear them saying "hey batter batter batter" amoungst the other summer noises. If sitting on my front porch, if not modern car is out or drives by, it could be any year from 1935 to 2008 and you would not know the difference. I live in a time machine. My house looks like a gingerbread house of sorts.
My tinnitus drives me nuts at times, but what the heck, my hearing is going......damn, as people have said for generations and I am now saying now, "its hell getting old"
This is my last allowable post for the night. So, I leave you with a photo of a 'just after sunset view on Siesta Key Beach, the best beach in the world down there south of those guys and their Bionic Tonic in Tampa.
I meant a low in 2010-2011, I am not a chart follower that much, but I have always confronted those who say the dow goes up on average, so you need to be in the market. If you look at the dow charts from the late 1800s to present and straight line them, only the high error band has the dow around 14000-15000 by now. The middle line has it around 7000-8000. So right now, we are were we should be by the true chart followers.
BUT- and a big one, there is a problem with investing for the long run. WHY – because in the long run we are all DEAD!
If you look at the same dow charts more closely, you will see that from 1905-1924, the dow essentially went nowhere. In 1905 it was around 100 and 19 YEARS later in 1924 it was at 100. From 1924 to 1928 we had a bull market. I am talking stocks here, not commodities or tulips. In the 26 YEARS from 1928 to 1954, it also went nowhere! Then we had a bull market from 1954 to 1965. The for 17 YEARS from 1965 to 1982 it went NOWHERE! From 1982 to 2000 we had the longest bull market in history. It is likely we are in the next ‘secular bear market phase’ that started in 2000 around a dow of 11000. Typically these last about 17 years. That makes the next bull market phase likely to begin around 2015-2019. Now is a period to be averaging in if you are young enough. But if you do not have the time for a long term (too bad we get old a lot faster that you think is possible), you have to try and time the bottom. I think that will be in the 2010-2011 timeframe. I am holding most of what I have left in cash until late 2009-2010, then I will start averaging in.
In 30 years of investing, I have managed to only loose. I lost about $150,000, not of lost gains, but lost money I dug out of the ground with hard work.
I think if I have some in BNPD, it looks like it may be a start up that actually had some planning to it. If you know anything about product development and roll-out stage-gating, it looks like these guys did a good job. Even though I think it will be a 10 banger from here within the next year, I am holding to my plan not to take my last bit of life savings cash that I need at my age for security until I see the bottom in the overall markets I think is coming. We have a storm coming. You have not truly seen turmoil yet.
Above all, in the meantime, regardless of what happens, enjoy each and every moment in this life that you can. Remember that everything you own, owns you to some extent. Know that we can make ourselves wealthy by keeping our needs few.
Best of luck to all. See photo below, I love my Tabasco peppers and my Bionic Tonic. Munch a Tabasco and drink a Bionic, that will put a fire under your butt for sure!!
I meant the bottom will not come until 2010-2011, not 2007.
Best of luck...I only have 2 allowable posts left, I will wait a while until I can say something of more value or interest.
Good luck to all.
We are not near the bottom yet, the bottom of the market will not come until 2007. Dow will be in the low 7000s if we are lucky, it could go into the 5000s. We will not see another bull market phase until 2015 at the earliest. It may look like one is starting from time to time over the next 7 years, but dont be fooled. Although the low may be in the 2010-2011 time frame.
All IMO, but the macro cycles and the breath of the slowing economy is on my side with this prediction.
BNPD will likely buck the trend though as it is a start-up gaining momentum. It is unfortunate though that it is a start-up in the middle of what is termed a 'secular bear market', coupled with a deep coming recession brought about by the sudden (but deserved) liquidity crisis.
Best of luck to all. Dont buy on margin. Dont invest your safety net, not matter how enticing it looks.
Hey drproteus, buy a can of Bionic Tonic or 1500 shares of stock, it is hard to tell which is better! I think the stock will last longer.
No, I meant bw.
Been there for 28 years+
Very interesting inflection point the BNPD is at right now!
I will try to post again a little later, I have to go transmit radio signals to the south pacific in a few minutes.
CU a little later maybe.
At today's close one $1.99 can is equivalent to 1530.76923 shares of BNPD stock.
I love to piss-off the guys who like significant figures!
The significant figure to me is that even when considering 1.5B shares authorized, the cost of 1 can on the shelf at a store would by 0.0001% of the Entire Company!
6.7% of the company traded hands today, and you can still buy 0.0001% of the entire company for the price of 1 can of its product.
I work for a company that makes 2, maybe 5 big products a year if we are lucky. They last 30 years.
This is a company that sells many many little cans that are consumed, then gone, and you then need another if you want more.
THINK ABOUT IT, when you have a company that you can buy 0.0001% of the entire company for the price of 1-unit (can) of their consumable product, and they are indeed selling their product, that is CHEAP!
1 million cans, thats is all. The price of 1 million cans buys the ENTIRE COMPANY!
Take that JIM CRAMER!
Now I can get 0.00011% of the company for the price of 1 can of their product.
Also, the green is catching. Ever since I bought Bionic Tonic, everywhere I look, I see Bionic Green
It is like buying a mustang, and then noticing all the mustangs on the road.
I used to have a real nice 66 mustang and a 73 convertible.
Not anymore, I have found in life that 'EVERYTHING YOU OWN, OWNS YOU!.
A wise man once said, "we make ourselves wealthy by keeping our needs few"
I do like the idea of some vans, THE GREEN MACHINES!
Agreed. Now the price of 1 can buys nearly 1300 shares
ThinK about it!
The stock is a steal even with 1.5B shares outstanding when just 1 can of their product buys 0.00009% of the company!
Just got another THUMBS UP on an independent taste test.
I only have 2 cans left......darn.....
I would like to get the shipping cost down...
Why not UPS....has to be cheaper than $39 shipping fee...
Even at todays prices, I would still rather buy stock for 30+39 = $69 than the cans.
At 0.002/share, I can buy 34,500 shares for $69 bucks. Think about that, 1 can of Bionic Tonic delivered to my door is equivalent to is equal to 1400 shares of stock.
At a 1.99 retail store price, it is equivalent to a 1000 shares.
Now that puts the stock price in perspective, even with 1.5B authorized!
I just got another taste test from the over 50 crowd, THUMBS UP!
This is not just for the young. Bionic Tonics approach to the older (lower metabolism - easy to gain - hard to loose weight group) is going to pay off as well..................
Best of luck to all.
Go out side, take a breath of fresh air, look at the sky and be amazed this universe does indeed exist!
Drproteous, thanks. Interesting. First lets hope LONG LIVE BNPD!
The hint was a good one.
That is my company. We do not do much in HSRG these days. Maybe if you do the coal fired, we might get a chance to meet face to face, never know.
Maybe I will take a photo of a can of Bionic Tonic at an angle to a 1000 ft tall wet stack where it looks like the can dwarfs it....hi hi....
Best of luck to all.
Make someone happy today, that alone is worth a 1000bucks!
CU later
Thanks, maybe I will post more. I want to get my Lady Pink!
Need photos of the ladies with their Lady Pink in hand!
Wish I invested more. My investment is rather meager with only 2M shares. If I had a better idea of their financial structure, I would try to refund my devistated accounts with cash and do so at any price up to and including 0.01 if the stock builds a good foundation along the way.
Sorry guys, but we need selling to build a godo foundation. You wnat people to get in at higher prices, even if id drops the price for a while to get them in. If everyone in the stock bought it at say 0.005, then it went to 0.03, it could crash to 0.0002 on massive selling once it triggered.
CU all later. Best of luck to all.
Remember love life and have agreat day!
Regarding 0.03/share, I think others have said something, but I mentioned 0.03/share in an earlier post.
This stock has been there and above with less going for it at the time (not sure of outstanding shares then).
Assuming the full authorized shares are available, we need a 45 million capitalization to get to 0.03. But that is possible. I mentioned it could even happen by the end of they year, but that the stock would be overbought at that point. Within a couple years, this company could support a 45 million capitalization.
It could support a 100 million capitalization with SEC filings that show low debt, cash and growth.
Good luck to all
The lady at Going postal is wonderful to talk to. So dont hestiate to order by phone.
Good luck to all.
Yes, Drproteus, this will have volitility. That is normal. Could present some trading opportunities if your wanted. Mentally separate any shares from longterm hold (2 years) and trading (<1year).
Yaba daba do me......Drinking a Bionic Tonic Right now to fire me up for the day!
Check out my post 7908 where I have conducted taste tests as well. This is fun to do. Cant wait for Lady Pink to buy for the ladies and girls of friends at work.
Most taste tests have been positive. Thye have competiton, but they hold up well to it. AND newness brings its own postive aspect!
We are starving for Bionic Tonic and Lady Pink here in Ohio!
I guess it worked, here is another
Wow, my computer literacy is low, I am havign trouble posting a photo. The instructions on investorshub site are not too clear.
Oh well go BNPD anyway...
Good to see the higher base building. I hope to buy my case of Lady Pink soon to pass around for more taste tests.
Oh drproteus, gas fired boiler or gas turbine? Or am I off on the hint?
BNPD has to get off the STOP warning on the pink sheets. We need some financials, and good ones. Then this will really start to move with a stronger base building.
Good luck to all.
Rob69, thanks, my post 7908 may has more information that I was doing on my own for taste tests and what not. I hope to do more. BNPD provides a perfect example of how a stock can loose 70% of its value after good news! That happened just a couple months back.
Does anyone know if the restricted shares are un-restricted by now, or when the lift date is?
I work in a product development area, while totally different, there are stage-gating processes that help ensure a product has its best chance to work out. Also FMEA Failure Mode and Effects Analysis that can help. While I doubt the company has done an FMEA, it does appear they stage-gated well.
They have some steep competition. But newness is always an advantage if played correctly. If I was not busy and needed a job, I would rent a storage area and try to do distribution in our area.
I think this can easily get back to 0.03/share next year. If all goes well we migth see that this year, but I thing it would be overbought considering the no of authorized shares.
If they really do make it big, they may have to do a reverse split so they can get up to $5+ to enter the nasdaq.
I lost a lot in the pennies. CNMY was an indian media company until they ran away with the money. AFFI got a bad court decision that wiped them out. COTE has something, but they are not stage-gating properly and certainly needed an FMEA.
On the bigger boards, VIGN and ADPT have lots of cash relative to share price. AMD and MOT will eventually get back into the teens and MDR is a great long term energy infrastucture play.
Check my post 7908 if you have not, you might find it interesting. Drproteus sent me here from Yahoo.
CU later.......
Above all, love life and have a great day..........
I was surprised yesterday when so many thought we would rocket today. I still think that with essentially 1.5 billion shares (we can split hairs), the company captialization must reach 45 million dollars for a 0.03/share price.
With expanding sales, I think that capitalization might be justified next year.
Give this some time. If there is something personal you can do to promote it, then do it.
I am continuing my own set of taste tests out this way. Maybe we can get some support with distributions to Ohio in the future. I would volunteer to carry some to local establishments to see if they would consider carrying the product.
While I think today's activity and prices were typical, it does still help that many shares got traded at higher prices than a week ago. It will take a while to build the share price. As more shares get sold at higher prices, there are more with higher cost bases. That helps stabilize share prices higher.
While these message boards are nice to spew some thoughts, I find them rather ineffective in providing information that might support a stock or help in decision making. Too many simple comments just pile on the list over time making it difficult to find anything of real value.
They are nice to share thoughts and hopes with others with. But the value is so temporary.
Please dont take that wrong...
I am long BNPD. I measure long in years, not months.....
Good luck to all.....
Thanks for the reply and gabrielswings as well.
I thought people might be interested in my independent taste tests and other comments. I could not repsond yesterday as my 3 post limit was made with that last post. If others have not read it, they might find some of the comments interesting.
Interesting you operate the plants. Which type, coal? I have worked since 1980 on wet FGD systems, then some pressurized and atmospheric fluid beds, then SCR DeNOx design, and now still working on wet FGD and SCR, but also some more advanced applications looking toward cooler side SCR and some CO2 capture and sequestration.
Need my Bionic Tonic to keep up the creativity, hi hi...
I will have to go back and look for the dates I bought and sold BNPD in the past. It looked like they were going to be in this position then, but something must have stalled them a little. They seemed to drop off the map communications wise, no PR or anything. Then, the funds came this year for the production run and walla! Looks like the preserved themselves well in the meantime. It is a shame when a company with a good plan gets wiped out by ends not meeting at the rigth time.
I like the distribution to the UK. Maybe some will go to Ireland where Green is the color of the country. I like the comments about Saint Patrick's Day.
Well, got to go to work. Best of luck to all. Does anyone know if the restricted shares are lifted or when they were issued.
I think NNVC has something to offer the world, selling at just under a $1/share. The effectiveness of their pharmacological approach looks fantastic. They may even be able to save people who have become symtomatic with rabies. That is a major breakthrough. 99.9% fatal at that point. I think only 2 people have ever survived, and you dont want to be them. I am a buyer of it under a $1, but not now as cash is nearly gone.
My investment if BNPD is pretty low, wish I had more. I need to sell something to raise cash in the account. Everything I have (except BNPD) at the moment is way down, AMD,MOT, VIGN, DIGA, etc....
Oh well, I do need to go to work......
See you fine people later down the page..................
BNPD headed for the Stars. Who knows. Not sure what will happen Monday, I am always amazed and what does and does not happen at times.
From my earlier posts on Yahoo, I have ordered a case of Bionic Tonic to do my own taste tests.
My friends at work that have daughters the love energy drinks. They say it is a super big thing with them and their friends. When he saw the lady pink can art, he said he has to get some for them to try. It was expensive to get here. About $30 for a case, plus another $39 to ship it to me (I am not close to las vegas at all!) --- call it investigative research costs...........
Can looks good and professional. I wish the green was a little more florescent, but it is not bad. I wish Lady Pink was available to compare.
I tasted it warm and cold, both were acceptable. It tasted better than I expected. I am not a person who has had many energy drinks. I love classic coke, and beer! I typically drink that or some diet pops or water. I also drink a lot of orange juice and coffee. I love good Swedish coffee! Never get it anymore though.
To me, Bionic Tonic was similar to a lemon-lime and blend with some other citrus. I liked the carbonation level. I did detect a very mild aftertaste/super thin film taste when finished. It was not objectionable and seems to keep the thirst quenched. This effect can be rather typical of a fluid with a dissolved compounds. It was very very mild/subdued, not bad at all. The fluid is indeed green and rather clear. I would estimate it has about 5% opaqueness (95% transparency).
It does seem to provide a 'pick me up'. I will try to judge that better as I try this at different times.
I passed Bionic Tonic around for taste tests to 4 people at work. Three said they liked it enough to buy it if it was practical to do so around here. One, would not buy it but did not find bad, just not his thing at all.
One though it could be a good alternative for a diabetic to use with the 0 sugars.
This appears to be a viable product. Will it overtake and become a #1 Energy Drink, I don’t know. I sure hope so. The three here that would buy more also want to buy neat looking promotional T-shirts if they were available………..Promotional T-shirts are needed for this stuff.
The following is from one of the above, whom I gave some to for his daughters to try. In his words; “My 14-year old daughter, her friend, and my 12-year old daughter found the Bionic Tonic to have “great taste” and I would basically call it “three thumbs up”. They did deduct a few points since the can had such words as “pure” and “natural” and the phrase “get into the zone” but please consider the sources. My wife for the older generation agrees that a little bit of gin makes this a very good way to end any day!. We look forward to the arrival of ‘Lady Pink” and I will gladly reimburse you for up to four cans of the green stuff if you have any you are willing to part with.”
I gave him another 4 cans.
As with a lot of the compound in Bionic Tonic, Taurine can be beneficial. Although not listed in the link below, I have read that if coupled with high levels of caffeine there can be some adverse tendencies. BUT, BIONIC TONIC is not loaded with caffeine.
http://www.healingdaily.com/detoxificati...
I am not a Dr. of Medicine and make no specific medical claims..
I had posted on Yahoo I thought it might help my Tinnitus, but cant really tell.
I tried low carb/calorie versions of Venom and Rockstar to check out the competition. I never drank any energy drinks before. I have not tried ones with high sugars. I thought the low calorie versions would be the best to compare against. Both of the two I tried were berry flavor. I liked them. I think they are stiff competition. I like the resealable can on the venom. But Bionic Tonic stands up well against them. We need Lady Pink. People always like something new. BNPD products have that going for them.
For years I have been calling for a bottom in the 7000s for the DOW in 2010, with the next true bull market not starting until 2016. A secular bear market started in 2000. They typically last 15-17 years. It is a shame they have a nice rollout going during this debt problem in the middle of a secular bear market. But beverage companies, entertainment companies, and sometimes start-ups can be less sensitive to strong recessions. It looks like they have done a very good job of stage gating their product development and roll out. Jack Welsh (former GE) would be proud I think.
I may buy more and see if any of the local bars would be interested.
Need my Lady Pink
What’s next; Elixir of Quantum Foam, or Nano Bionic, or Bionic Plasma!
BNPD goal should be to conquer the world, with respect to the healthy beverage industry that is. Maybe even time and space, with a new Bionic Warp Drive, or Warp Bionic!
EXPERIENCE THE NEXUS WITH BIONIC WARP DRIVE, available in compact cylinders! Hi..hi..
Well, Best of Luck to all.
Thanks for the welcome. I was in BNPD about 1.5 years ago, but sold out at a small profit, then lost it all elsewhere.
Bought back in this year at 0.0005 a while back. Not a major holder though. I am really low on cash in my accounts, and value as well. Maybe I will make some sideways moves though.
I may have to take new pictures to post, as the ones I have are 2mb each.
Oh by the way, thanks drproteus for the link.
The other poster that said 0.50/sh would be about a 750 million dollar capitalization for all practical purposes. I think we need some olympic gold medalists for celebs
I hope this goes to DA MOON as others would say...hi hi
hi hi is an old telegraph morse code string for a laugh.
Being new, I only have one more post left possible for today. Maybe I will post back something later. I get so involved at my work that I can get lost for days, if not weeks or longer.
I work on developing and designing clean coal and advanced power generation equipment and associated pollution control equipment for the electric utility industry. Also enjoy as a hobby getting on international shortwave with amateur radio and spreading international goodwill.
Hey, good luck to all. Above all, enjoy each and every day, it is all we have.......
Best of luck to all.....
Just got on board here from Yahoo message board.
A kind person there gave me the link. Regardless of what the current float is, I think 1.5 billion authorized shares, most of which are outstanding, will keep prices low for some time.
However, if they continue to expand, whatever the price is, it should trend upwards. I have posted a lot about my own taste testing and other items on the Yahoo board, so wont repeat all that here. I do think they have stage-gated their product well. It was good to see them hold off with PR until they really had something to PR about this year.
Does anyone have any idea if and when they may file any financial statements?
I am running out of the green (Bionic Tonic). I bought a case for $30 + $39 to ship it to me. A little prohibitive for me to be giving away at work for taste tests, but fun none-the-less.
Having one of my last cans now. Beer next!
Take care to all. It is nice to see something working for people.
Realistically, with the outstanding shares, I wonder how high this can go over the next three months or so.
Can photos be posted here??
Life is wonderful
Bionic Tonic is great
