market makers have to short to provide for the liquidity . They normally have to cover after 3 days but there does not seem to be a strict control on that. I have seen that happen many times so nothing abnormal.
Notwithstanding the slow process I remain a VERY optimistic shareholder and want to accelerate the time to see what unfolds in the second half of the year.
i could have sold over the years with a big profit but never did Peter.
why?
because it is going to get much higher
I am glad we agree on one thing and that is that this is a fantastic project.
so you do not see anything positive in this project?
do you have projects where you also write positive comments?
Maybe we can meet with some LWLG investors?
Hate is never a good sentiment to judge an investment .
I am turning 80 this year and I have never met a management team that is as committed as the one at Niocorp.( and I have met a lot of management teams in my professional life and afterwards )
In my 15 present investments they are my number1.
Under difficult circumstances they have continued to improve the project to a level where we are now and one does not have to be a financial expert to understand that with the addition of the rare earths the
discussion about scandium prices has become a non issue and that the NPvalue will surpass the previous figures.
to be entirely correct. John retired from Niocorp a few years ago and is only paid when hired as a consultant.
Met John several times; Invaluable asset for Niocorp with a vast experience . Again lot of respect for the work he is doing for us.
he was chairman until last year of LWLG and resigned for private reasons .
I have great respect for what he accomplished
I have one but it is private not listed. Tom Zelibor whio you know is chairman
Ted. i indeed noted that you changed your opinion based on the potential outcome of your option contracts.
Initially you wanted to profit from your puts but when you experienced that they were not going to be in the money you started to change strategy and to my surprise you found positive things in lwlg.
Hilarious how transparent you are.
Truth and transparency. my .....
I connected the dots and found an incredible project which is highly undervalued. supported by loyal shareholders managed by a ceo which has a big stake in it and recently joined by a Financial heavyweight with a large network whose interests are now aligned with other retail investors and who is committed to make this a big success.
in 10 years I will be 90 and will dictate my memoires to one of the posters here who is a famous writer about the characters I met on the long way to success of Niocorp.
so it is now my fault. ? lol
that does not mean we agree on everything.
Yes we met in Denver
Find the 7 mistakes in your message.
Matt. you are going to regret that you talked your investors out of niocorp.
I know you were also very negative about LWLG at some time.
I think Niocorp is a more sure thing than LWLG..
Are you going to be there at the groundbreaking if my prediction is correct? Bring Peter and Mike with you. and do not let Peter drive the car. lol
Matt
we know each other
If you would have met him you would think the same as I do.
You are more than correct.
The purpose of my meeting with Dean kehler was to find out what kind of person he is and how he looked at his investment in Niocorp; Everything was on the table , the Spac , Global Crossing , even Celularity.
If I have been succesful in one thing in my career then it is is finding and judging people who are smarter than myself to help making me financially happy.
I can assure you that Dean succeeded " cum laude " in his effort to convince the participants of the meeting that he was going to put his weight ( and financially he is a heavyweight having done business with ALL the largest equity funds in the world".) to make Niocorp a success. I think the failure of the Spac is now even more of a stimulation than ever for him to make Niocorp succeed. He confirmed that the shareholders were very right to expect from him that after the Spac failure he will put his full weight to speed up the financing activity which he says is highly likely to be succesful and he said that further offtake agreements will go a long way to make this happen. .( so listen to the latest Niocorp video)
I apologize that I could not put the safecapital video on this message board; I was not allowed and neither was Niocorp as this was a paid for conference by participants. the organizer claimed that if he would distribute the video for free nobody was going to come to his future conferences.
Nothing in that video however will tell you anything that you do not know if you followed the latest news releases.; The same for my meeting with Kehler other than while I was sceptical before the meeting to accept the explanation of the banking issues occuring a few days before the voting on the redemption , I now understand better the sequence of the events and the chaos it created in that week on the financial marlkets. And why hedgefunds wanted their money back rather than take risks. We will never know how the outcome will be if we had to vote now . Dean said that the market conditions for getting financed have improved.
I suggest to listencarefully to the latest videos issued by Niocorp , especially the one on rare earths. The importance of a message you find sometimes in the details.
Frank If you had followed up on that first email from Maarten Verheyen you would have seen that he was a lot more positive in the next Macrotrends update and had changed his mind.
so when Niocorp pays the bill it is not ok and when I am paying the bill it is also not ok.
Can somebody help me out please. ?
We have done that for all the15 start ups I am investing in.. so maybe you could give me some good advice; I will really appreciate good advice
i have a lot of shares and there is a limit to my possibilities
safecapital issued a positive article yesterday but that was before the meeting.
There was a representative at the dinner.
again wrong
I paid for the bill
For the true longs.
I had yesterday a 1 1/2 hour face to face conversation wirh Dean Kehler followed by a 4 hour dinner with 18 other investors. All difficult questions about the Spac were discussed and I received the replies which I needed to get my confidence after the Spac failure I think Dean will be a fantastic asset for the company . better than being on the nasdaq is having Dean with his network in our company. I am delighted he is in our board and that he will put his shoulders under the project. to make this a gigantic success. STAY TUNED. EOM..
ok understood
I will refrain from writing on this MB as you wish
Ok I try to explain Putz
LWLG is also a non revenue company where you had the same pros and contra posts on Ihub for even 7 years longer than Niocorp now and where investors were posting that they had been lied to by management. The difference is that since two years the shareprice has gone up considerably.
I note that Frank is a strong believer of LWLG . Me too.. I always supported LWLG management because I met and talked to them several times both in the USA and over here.
It is most probably because of me and Steve Schiets who discovered the company that Frank and hundredsof Belgian and Dutch persons are invested in that company. If he thinks I am bluffing I invite him to call me and I will tell the history.
I do with LWLG management what I do with Niocorp; I invite them here to give presentations for hundreds of investors.
I think Niocorp will follow the same path as LWLG . LWLG has been working on their technology . Niocorp is still working at their depositt at Elk Creek .
Non revenue companies are very special and not everybody should be investing in them. It requires a different mindset.
Frank had the opportunity if he wanted to give his opinion to management today; It was an open invitation.
Thank you Frank
may I ask you how you got into LWLG and Niocorp.
Why is Niocorp management incompetent and LWLG competent.
Note that I am in LWLG since 2007 and they said in 2011 they were going to have meaningful revenue next year so in 2012? Were they liars then???
Please note that I am a big fan of LWLG and think they will go to the moon but why do you make the difference. 2 years ago LWLG was still at 60 cents.
It would help on social networks that everybody would post under his full name.
I am Walter caers
Kirk
i can see you sitting at the frontrow at the groundbreaking ceremony and telling everybody I told you this was going to be a big success.
I have not seen the report
and we hire Kirk? unfortunately he was refused a job at Niocorp where he sollicited .
I think you should have the stamina to tell him personally
he is tomorrow. in Belgium. you are invited
you forget that in the period 2011 -2014 so prior to this management coming into Niocorp you could buy shares as low as 8 canadian cents.
I did accumulate my shares then
That said Niocorp is indeed very much undervalued at the moment.
peter
I was not suggesting they were both bad investments in the end. NTE's shareprice was a disaster . Does that make NTE 's management incompetent? From your message it looks that you do not think so. Probably they had some issues they had to overcome; Covid issues probably?
With startups there are always issues and it is then whether you believe management will solve the issues or not that you stay invested or sell ;
So I am confident Niocorp management will . I think you have been very clear you do not believe that they will.
Let's agree to disagree
.
Peter
I understand that you are not invested in Niocorp but very much so in Excelsior and NTE
could you enlighten me on their progress?
I think the discussion on the number of employees and lab space has been milked out now and we should move to a more serious subject.
When will Steve buy his Ferrari?
I finished my phd on March 29 and signed a contract on March 30 to help Michael so he could include me in the quarterly figures
I actually like the video; It is how I think bout the investment and about the risk of investing in Niocorp.
he has his special style to tell it but we all have our style.
I believe him.
