65-75% tax rate for pure pot plays http://video.foxbusiness.com/v/2189146777001/colorado-pot-dispensaries-see-tax-rate-as-high-as-75/?playlist_id=937116503001
Pick N Shovels Pot plays 100% legal meet all fed tax rules
Pick N shovel picks PHO T, Grn h, Mw IP, HSC C. Each has strengths and weakness I own 3 of the 4 waiting on MWIP to cool a bit or base. I said that once before when it was around a penny right before it took off. lol. PHO T and GR NH
PHO T chart reversal lags leader MJNA, needs to have the Accum and OBV turn northward and the price once it gets above about .075 should start moving quickly northward again.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=PHOT&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p73824796929
GR nh looks solid 091-.093 looks like the starting gate on it. Buy your shares below that or chase it to .15.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=GRNH&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p63823761343
MW Ip Who ever is managing the run and dilution if any on this stock deserves a Freaking gold Medal look at that chart right up the 45 degree line solid accumulation,OBV and the pps moving up and basing as it goes. This could be are Monster of a play.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=MWIP&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p33721498985
HSC c The unknown player short term the chart is disjointed with gaps in trading. A move above .02 should come possible as early as tomorrow. This is the ridiculously low float play of the bunch.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=HSCC&p=D&yr=0&mn=3&dy=0&id=p12862843094
but look longer term and it has something none of the others do. Accumulation and OBV on a level not seen on any other chart. I've seen 100,000,00's of charts. If you seen one with better long term OBV and Accum post it.

news vid 65-75% Tax rate on Pot companies in CO. Why Pick N Shovel is the investment of choice in the Pot sector.

The last 3 years have been a lot stronger than most realize. The OBV and Accumulation tells the story. The dips on low volume really were of no significance.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=HSCC&p=D&yr=3&mn=0&dy=0&id=p35006476967
MJNA will be up 100% from the .0187 low just the other day before we know it
Entire sector firming up today leader MJ is steadily moving up. PHOT tends to lag MJ a bit.
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/candleglance.html?PHOT,MWIP,MDBX,HEMP,GRNH,MJNA,CBIS,AVT,TRTC,ERBB,SRER,hscc|B|F
The next run could be a real good one. We have only seen the tip of the Iceberg of money that will come into this sector. On March 15 WA state will announce the winner(s) of the first round of consulting contract(s) that set the wheels in motion to legalization of MMJ/MJ in WA state. HSC C is taking the model and experience they developed from working in CO with legislators, CO MMED, several hundred Growers, Producers, Dispensaries. They will use this model in the state of WA adapting it to help WA set up a successful program. At the same time they sell the compliance solution to the 1000's of growers, producers, dispensaries.
And the best part ZERO DILUTION, Very low Debt, Profitable established company.
A must have pick n shovel pot play for 2013
MA is next after WA
Nite showing 20k available at .0199 .02's are coming soon
while PHOT base builds things are heating up on HSC C .0199 now +13% you guys will be saying coulda woulda shoulda when it blows thru a few hundred percent. The float has been getting accumulated for the last few years by HSCCBOYZCLUB members and prospective members. Believe it or not
http://hsccboyzclub.com/
100k bought at .0175 Nite just move up .0199 Things are heating up Go into your accounts and put all your shares for sale at a high price in good for 60 days AON I put several million at .25 AON this will lock your shares up from being shorted.
bid just moved up.0155 to .0165 x.0175. 86k shares showing at.0175. I will bet the bidder moves up and takes those shares before the day is thru. Unless someone else took them first, then he would have to chase it higher. That would be funny. Sup don't you need another 300k to get a boyzclub membership?
WA state legalization efforts underway headed up with the RFP Bid deadline that took place on Feb 15th. I bought back into PHOT the other day I own the low float competitor as well Gr n h.
There is one public traded company involved. This is relatively unknown conservative company. I mentioned it a few weeks ago when there was a few shares trading under a penny. right now there are a few shares trading below .02. Good luck getting a sizable block The Boyzclub owns 35 million of the 57 million float. the bid is .0155 x.0175 I know a couple guys trying to get 300k-400k to get their membership. They are tying to buy on the bid won't happen anytime soon. Level II has 86k available at .0175. Thats a good entry point given the scope of the dd below
Heres the dd for those that want a Non diluted low low float pot stock on the verge of an explosion upwards

From HSCC HSCsurveillance website
"Our Representatives spent the last three years in Denver Colorado working in the MMJ industry studying the rules, regulations, implementation, and inner workings of the Medical Marijuana (MMJ) industry and how that program is being deployed there."
Security of the whole process of seed to sale tracking. We helped design many of the security systems now in place in Colorado MMJ facilities in order to provide the MMED (Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division) the vision into the process they required. Many regulation revisions have been proposed based on our findings as far as effectiveness of the regulation being implemented and how camera systems should be deployed. We also incorporated Access control and Alarm systems into the mix to complete the systems. We used panic buttons and more to increase overall security.
Inspection of the Grow and Dispensary Facilities for adherence to DOR Bill 1284 Regulations for Medical Marijuana. This Bill put into place the rules and regulations the Grow facilities and Dispensary facilities had to live by. There are obviously very stringent areas these facilities needed to live by and some needed to get into these places and advise them of how to proceed in rule adherence. Our job was to inspect and provide detailed reports to these facilities so they could be in compliance or at least on their way to compliance when the MMED came out for State inspections. many facilities were closed based on their inability to adhere to the rules, all of our customers facilities passed inspection if they implemented our plan.

Guys buying it are buying it for membership into an exclusive club Price is 2 million shares. A lot harder than you think to get 2 million shares, and once you get your 2 million you have to keep them to keep membership. There is no dilution in the stock. Monday there will be a couple guys trying to get 300k-400k shares to get their 12 month membership 1.5 million.
http://hsccboyzclub.com/
Valuation, how do you put value on membership into the HSCCBOYZCLUB. J7777 gets wants two beers not just one and each one held by a naked woman on each arm. J7777 gets what he wants. Membership has its privileges. Do you get that when you buy 2 million shares of PHOT or the grow light system?
why don't you order one of those $2-3000 units and let us know how it works. lol In the mean time the shares I bought at .06 will have gone up way over $3k in gains.

HSCC is an unplayed Pick N Shovel Pot stock with no dilution, low debt, established core business, currently bidding on contract in WA state. Solid dd laid at you feet not in the news yet.
The MJN A dilution is killing it. About 20 million new shares a month. Dec they were at 812 mil OS right now about 850mil The AS is 900mil. They have 5 more companies odds are they do the same with each one of them. PHOT management has a great opp to steal MJ's investors. All they have to do is stay out of the dilution jar and PHOT will rise while MJ sinks.
I had a buy at .06 PHOT cause I knew when it fell thru the ma10 it would drop to the .059 feeler from before. It did on tiny volume then began to climb. I bought today it could be back above a dime before we know it. PHOT is the leading pick n shovel pot stock except for MWIP which has had a monster run from .0010 to .12. Point is PHOT has got huge volume and following but the sell hydroponic grow light systems mainly to home growers.
HSCC as a pick n shovel pot stock is in a real sweet spot Compliance. They can sell to all the growers, producers, dispensaries and as the RFP shows be part of the regulatory process. That news video was really good cause it shows the extent of surveillance and security measures needed.
Dispensaries are 100% cash. Banks won't extend credit or loans to any pot business because of Federal laws. Security at those places has to be extreme.
The pot sector is the place to be in 2013. Just think HSCC has been in this sector for over 3 years. In there usual fashion no one knew about it.
If your in pot stocks you'll want to read this. PHOT No doubt it trade very well today. I watched the entire sector. Here a Candle glance of them

While on the MJN a board today I saw some interesting videos so I did some quick dd and fired off a email to HSC Survellance HSC C Here's a recap of the dd.
------------------------
From HSC C HSCsurveillance website
Here's the site the above came from

After watching it I fired off an email to HSC Surveillance and asked if the dispensary in the video was one they worked with. Here is the response.
"No these guys are not one of the ones we worked with. But many like it. We worked with this one who is one of the best we have seen."

There is no better time to own HSC C Pick n Shovel Pot stock that is involved sales to all the growers, producers, dispensaries, and works hand in hand with enforcement agencies and government legislators.
The RFP HSC talks about on the Facebook page is the WA state bid to become the consultant(s) that direct the whole program for the state of WA. This is huge just to be a part of it.
I did some extensive searching and found the bid proposal and details. Heres the links

Loaded back up today in the .06's with increased shares from the flip at .10
burmamonster Excellent video that shows the security required in this industry. That CO dispensary was one of the customers of the company which I mentioned the Panic button was the exclusive design of one of their engineers.
The pot sector is the hottest thing since dotcom sector that had lots of high flyers that vaporized. All the big media is focused on about 3-5 POS pennystocks. If it weren't for MJ attached to them they would never get Major Media coverage. Wall street is looking for a few to emerge from the sector that can and will be moved to higher exchanges. Massive dilution smells like a big turd no one wants to end up holding a smelly turd. We will see some real winners like we have already seen MJNA being one of them.
The race has just begun most of the pot stocks have taken off like the hare, there is one tortoise in the bunch that hasn't left the starting line. Yet it has actually been in the pot sector longer than most if not all of the others. Consultants in CO for the last 4 years working with legislators,The MMED
"1) Security of the whole process of seed to sale tracking. We helped design many of the security systems now in place in Colorado MMJ facilities in order to provide the MMED (Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division)"
Growers, Producers, and dispensaries.
Pick and shovel pot stocks are 100% legal no worries about Federal raids that come in and take everything and then go to the owners house and take everything including the kids toys.
MMJ Compliance laws are the strictest laws of any industry in the world. A company that had independent consultants that worked to write the laws, enforce the laws, inspect the growers, producers, dispensaries design surveillance security systems to make them compliant with all the strict laws. Insurance that the Enforcement agencies would not close them down so they could focus on growing weed. This would be the ultimate pick n shovel pot stock.
It exists. Currently they have a bid out in WA state to help them set up the pot laws and regulations for WA. They have a team of consultants started by a group of ex military pilots with unlimited reach working directly along side this company. The consultants own a very large portion of the float as well. Insider ownership is 70% which is restricted. There is absolutely zero dilution, debt is extremely low, the company has been around since 95, public traded since 2005. They have a very steady core business.
The mission and the goals are long term, not pump and dump. Take the experience in CO put it to work in WA then the other 48 states as they all look for a model for legalization. If you were a state looking for individuals to run you pot legalization would you want a bunch of potheads or highly disciplined Ex military pilots trained to work closely as a team? And they don't smoke.
Most people don't realize that pot growers, producers, dispensaries can't get loans for their business. This is a cash business. Security is extremely important to the dispensaries because they have lots of cash.
"Many regulation revisions have been proposed based on our findings as far as effectiveness of the regulation being implemented and how camera systems should be deployed. We also incorporated Access control and Alarm systems into the mix to complete the systems. We used panic buttons and more to increase overall security."
The rabbits are running like crazy and dropping dilution turds with every step. The tortoise is munching on spinach getting ready to make it's move.
From an earlier post This company has gone from 558,565,764 shares in December 2011 to 808,238,318 shares in December 2012. Current Market Cap is (at 0.255) $206,100,771.
Thats 20million fresh cut shares a month 808 in Dec plus 20mil more per month another 40mil puts current OS around 850mil with 50more to go. I'd say within 3 months they pull out one of the other companies and start pumping news into it and put it in a brand spanking new shell with brand new shares right out of the box. This routine has been played before irregardless of what sector its in. Its still the same shell game.
I never said scam I asked what is the AS and what do you think will happen when MJNA hits the AS limit
What is the current AS?
The AS listed above on the board is 600mil what is the new AS?
What do you all here suppose will happen when the AS is reached and they can't dilute anymore MJNA shares?
Here's 3 guesses
A. reverse split MJNA
B. Take those other 4-5 companies they created, put them in shells and start the same process all over.
C. Both A and B
After 25 years of trading you've seen all the tricks
