I see it as 1.14......?
I had no problem...I am signed up for electronic and they emailed me with a link about 2 weeks ago...TDAmeritrade.
Why wouldn't they wait until GTE is
"materially higher" and exercise them at .675? They could do better than a lousy double...LOL!
If they were to exercise them now....to me that means something is happening with the business we don't want to hear about...
"The Bomb" will be.............
If they don't have anything new to tell us....I surely hope that cannot be!
Why not check to see what your profile says? Maybe they defaulted everyone to electronic????
Just a thought.....
Depending on your online broker....you sign up for online or regular mail.
Somewhere in your profile you can tell them you want proxy's, comfirmations, etc electronically or on paper.
I have Ameritrade abd it's in my personal profile...
IFO down another 28% on news
should bounce back some...
POZN down 60%
check it out
Yes, I will.
I have continued to average down and 5 would put me in great shape, although I'm holding way too much of it now. And I will not average down again......
I'm wondering how many "faithful" who seem to be having their doubts now ( myself included) will be selling when/if they reach the breakeven or profit area.
Any news or announcement would have be huge enough to completely change my attitude ( most recently developed) about what this co can do for me. (as a shareholder). We are ( I am)in GTE to make a buck and no matter how good the prospects are, no matter the potential, if the stock can't perform then I will be looking for another horse to ride. I will have to be convinced with actual facts that my investment is safe and will grow before I'll continue to hold long term.
I'm just wondering how many more of (me) are out there and what that will do to the pps if/when it does rise to Lowtrades 2.xx or whatever.
As you can see, I am losing any confidence I had in this company. I hope they can change my attitude real soon.
FNSR over sold, should bounce
I think it's a joke. We're having a hard time entertaining ourselves during this miserable period, and it looks like that was a humorous attempt to point out what the poster feels is a point he wanted to make.
Thanks Mide. Take notes will ya? I can't go...LOL
Don't be afraid to ask....I got this site myself just by asking a good while back, and someone posted it for me just like I did for you.
People are generally helpful....just try to get links to sites so when you learn, you don't have to wonder if anyone knows what they are talking about....
Here's some afternoon reading for ya!

I hang out here...we have a small group of pretty knowledgable traders that are very helpful...we play mostly big boards stocks, but sometimes venture into OTC land, such as I did on PTSC.
Good luck!
Are they going to answer through you guys, or is this list to be answered at the shareholder meeting?
Thanks,
here ya go...........

Just made a play...6.35 to 7.10
it's too crazy for me!
you guys watching HOM?
its all over the place
That's what I see.....
Sorry to post this, but I don't have the enmail to send this question to:
In the list of objectives, what does GTE BOD consider the share price range to be, to be considered "materially higher"?
DonG, doean't that mean someone wanted those shares at around 1.30? If there was an indication of downward movement, they wouldn't have bought them....at that price anyway.
I didn't find anything new either...just keeping an eye on both.
Drug they were both working on did not get approved at higher doses....FDA didn't have time to check all the documentation. I believe both these co's fell too far on that news....
Here's a link....

DOVP also....same drug deal
NBIX moving up also......
DOVP associated with the NBIX divebomb. I watched it for a while, then quit.
ONE of mine was HANS in the 20's. I hope this little co can do the same....
Here are the 5 MF articles:
I don't have the other stuff, but there are posts linked in this board somewhere....

Yes, I forgot to add the part about telling them not to loan your shares out. You can request that also.....
Ameritrade....quite some time ago. If you have a margin acct, they can loan your shares if they wish regardless if you have a sell order in or not.
And they don't loan out cash only account shares without your permission.
Not true....I checked
Million dollar margin call is different from million dollar short....
they require, I think, a dollar a share for anything under a buck, so it's distorted. If you "shorted" 100,000 shares and it's now at .01, you would need $100,000 cash requirement to take care of a $1000 (at .01) short. Or you could just buy 100,000 shares to "cover" and it would cost you $1000.....but they aren't making anyone do that...yet.
AMTD JPHC holder from another board...
I won't identify him, but here's the pickle he's in right now...
On Monday about this time (((((in AMERITURD))))) I sold 200000 shares of PAIV received from JPHC.
PAIV went .0025 then .0007 then closed about .001 on Friday. I held. Then Monday I sold up 100% at an execution price of about $450.
At 3:30 Tuesday I found my accounted held a short of 200000 PAIV at -$1200 !!!
Plus 430000 shares of JPHC AT A NEGATIVE $450!!!!!
This morning I awoke to a MARGIN CALL of -$497,000 ROFL!!!!!!!!
I CAN NO LONGER TRADE!
AMERITURD says it "continues to resolve the issue" and will do nothing more.
cheers!
It was a little vague...I assumed he was. Anyway, if he's reading, he knows the story now either way! LOL!
True...but those who have "restricted" shares (converted JPHC shares) can't trade those...that's what the original guy on this string was saying. You seemed to indicate to him he could trade them as of 1pm today? He can't trade his....
You can sell all day long now...as long as you buy them first.
not unless you have shares you bought after the "merger"
All converted shares are restricted- if they even show in your acct.
I'm not in anyway. Sold my JPHC shares before the consummation. Just watching the fun now!
JPHC converted shares were removed from your acct (Co says they haven't been distributed yet). If you bought PAIV after the deal on the open market you can trade those freely...
Use a margin acct....you don't have to wait the 3 days for the trade funds to settle. You don't have to use the margin, just have a margin acct....
