I find the current price comical. The company we acquire has to be worth about 40 million for the .50 price to be accurate. That is if there is only 80 million shares, but I thought they were suppose to issue 300 million shares, wasn't that part of the whole EVSY agreement?? Can anyone give me a for sure number of shares that EVSY has? Sorry, I was excited about this dividend, but now I am getting concerned about the value. I think the big boys took 10 million shares because they know what the true value is of these shares. I think they know that before it is done, those shares will only be worth about 50-100K. Surely they wouldn't just plan on stealing $5,000,000 a piece from right underneath our noses. Because that $500,000 they spent on this company came from our investment in HISC. I am back to relying on HISC and them producing with the CT and not giving a s**t about this dividend.
This really puts our EVSY shares into perspective. This makes these guys shares worth 5 million a piece. How could a shell with absolutely nothing be worth over 15 million? LOL
In my opinion, HISC would definately wait for this 8-K to be released prior to announcing an acquisitions to fill the shell. Maybe we will see something early next week.
OT: WardMonkey, it looks like my Rally Monkey has lost his patience. It appears he is in desperate mode now. Telling HISC either to produce or be turned into produce.
I don't know if anyone has pointed this out already, but the dilution of shares should stop at 2 billion. If they issue anymore, they will have to buy back before dividend date or they won't have enough dividend shares to distribute to the current HISC shareholders. Good sign for us until after Dividend Date I do believe. Also, it appears that maybe Fred, Ian, and Brian might have took EVSY shares as part of their salaries instead of taking it out of HISC's pocket. Good or bad I don't know.
Anybody agree or disagree?

American Bulls posted a HOLD today

First time I have checked out AB, so thought I would post about it. I know someone here always posts on a change.
I just liked there input and the White Closing Marubozu.
Sounds like most here do have an ulcer with all the talk of Pepto. I know I sure do. But stupid me loaded up another 110K at .0091 today to average down some more. .0326 now with 1050000. I think I am done now though until this thing shows some signs of life. Which it hasn't done since the Inital Payment announcement. Just done a death spiral thanks to UBSS and BOFA. Of course NITE is in on the fun now too.
Wrong Wayne, there is an advantage for the Board, they are all getting paid by stock this year. If they keep the stock low, they get awarded more shares for their money. JMOHO.
Not that this matters to those of us who know this stock, but I don't like the fact that every trading site shows our annual low at .0023 on 2/15/2006. When it was actually .023 at that time and our real low is maybe .0075. That could look bad to potential investors seeing that it was that low not to long ago. Although they would only have to look at the chart to see that .0023 wasn't the price at that time. Does anyone know of a way to get this typo that occurred on that trading day corrected, so that we can get the true low on HISC listed?
Wayne it has been a well known fact that HISS has been in discussion with automakers such as Volvo, Saab, Ford, and Renault. My question was why had we not heard about Local Presence before now. Do you feel that HISS should have kept this agreement confidential for some reason.

Local Presence: Why didn't we know about this company before? That is my question. Why did HISS keep this from us?
I am pleased with the news as well. Like those big names mentioned, especially Saab and Volvo. To me Saab and Volvo are more important than any other deal we could get. These deals would be guaranteed sells of the Cyber Tracker on a yearly basis. Guaranteed contracts as long as Volvo and Saab are happy with the product. Where as a fleet of trucks only has so many fleets, and once they have it, they don't need any more units, just the service.

If I am seeing this Correctly, something this BIG, needs to stay quiet, including to US. They (HISS) could cause themselves some problems putting out reports like that. There is to much at stake here.
OT: Ok. Next time replay to my post, it would make things easier for all of us.
TIA
Wayne, what are you referring to??
Local Presence: Why didn't we know about this company before? That is my question. Why did HISS keep this from us?

You refer to it as white noise, I refer to it as an annoying BUZZ.
Is UBSS just selling minimal shares at the ask and then loading up at the bid? Why else would they be doing this? As for BOFA, I think someone should email Fred Wicks and see if has anything to say about BOFA and ole Franky. BOFA is the only one I am worried about. I like it that NITE has not budged off of their .015 ask and is loading up on the bid. I think it shows that they have confidence in this stock going up. Any opinions are welcome.
By the way, keep up the good DD everyone and Happy Bday to RCP and Aroy. My sentiments are with everyone that lost their lives on 9/11 and since.
940 and holding strong, 60 more soon to come.
GLTA, I hope our time is coming.
Chris apparently you don't read this board
I've posted NUMEROUS TIMES that the float is being massively diluted, but the posters here don't want to listen or acknowledge it.
This has been discussed heavily amongst the veteran posters on this board many times. So quit spewing false information to unrespectful posters like nosey.
Well put Ward, this guy is getting on my nerves. Keeps talking about his sale and bragging about the number of shares he held.
If you are wanting to confirm this message that Integrity is submitting, ask him for the number or contact. Because to me whether or Sprint/Nextel knows about the CT is pretty obvious, it is on their site. Whether everybody knows, probably not, it is a big organization obviously. I sure as heck don't know every piece of equipment that is being used in our hospital.
Sprint/Nextel?
So what does this comprise. So we are talking stores Nationwide? Worldwide? Also, when they say institutional companies, do they approach companies with this product, or are they referring to their marketing/advertising strategy. Will they advertise this on TV if the product warrants it? Can someone give me their impression of Sprint/Nextel's approach for generating sales.
Great work Integrity. 1st real good news we have had in a while. I hate to do it, but I may just have to break out the monkey for old time sakes. Here it is, call me crazy. I just needed to see it again, been so long forgot how funny it was.
http://www.rallymonkey.com/oldvideo.php
Some good and some bad news here though. No Royalties (ouch), I think that is where a good portion of the money is at. I am an IT Auditor, so I know how much money software and hardware makers rake in on service fees each year, the costs can really cripple the IT departments budgets at times. It only takes about 1 1/2 years to get the revenue out of services fees for the CT to make up the CT revenue.
Still great news in my opinion, glad to see someone who has seen the product and has that high opinion on how marketable and in the demand the CT really is.
Still holding long, hoping for the day.

My thoughts exactly Ward. You know how I feel about it. We should be able to tell Bad Cuba, you can buy them online.
If you call it Cyber Buzz, Lacy will be around here alot more. So lets not do that.
Obviously, I am not meaning to be negative, just hope somebody will convey this to someone at HISS. I am as happy as everyone else about finally seeing our product on Sprint/Nextel's site, but please lets make it truly available online, without the email or phone call.
Holding long as the rest of you with 880K at 0.037, just need a nice contract to build my faith back up in this company.
GLTA, I too would like an early Christmas present, or a going home party, so to speak.

Product listed right above ours on Sprint Nextel site.
I have said this before, and I must point out again. Why can't our product be bought this easily online. Ridiculous, I don't think this online site will do us any good until we make the effort to make our product easily purchasable online.

Just in case you are planning on sending, Wayne, you better change dieing to dying.
Lacy,
When have you ever showed enthusiasm or support to this stock? Never, from what I have seen in your posts. Capt, I am with you on this one.
Well, Rochet.
I am losing faith as well, but not in Wicks. You have to remember that people are saying 2 billion because of the financials as of 6/30/2006. Wick's letter was well after this, and we don't know what the current outstanding is, so we can't actually say that Wick's has increased outstanding shares since his letter. Just wanted to set things straight.
We absolutely have to have a contract come thru before they can even think about a buyback. They have no cash to buy back shares. Not to mention, last quarter statement we still owed EVSI 380,000. They can't raise this cash without issuing more shares or fulfilling a contract. Do you agree?

FEMA Chief Says Agency Has Used Lessons Of Katrina
POSTED: 2:50 pm EDT August 18, 2006
UPDATED: 3:01 pm EDT August 18, 2006
WASHINGTON -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency may never be the same.
In the words of FEMA director David Paulison, "What happened in Katrina has changed the face of emergency management in this country."
The head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency told reporters there were many lessons learned. For one, FEMA will no longer wait until a disaster overwhelms local and state responders before getting involved. He says that "obviously didn't work in Katrina," so federal help will "be there from day one" in response to future disasters.
Paulison said they've stockpiled a lot more emergency supplies, and GPS tracking will ensure they're in the right place at the right time. Major communications improvements will ensure everyone shares the same information.
As Paulison said, "We cannot let the deaths and the suffering of those Katrina victims go in vain."
OT: Sorry to say keywester, but you have lost any of your credibility with your endless posting on this mood topic, and are becoming very tiresome. Be like everyone else, and take Jersey's post for what they are, if you can prove otherwise do so, if not use the information or don't use the information to make your decisions. Just drop it and maintain some credibility, we know what your opinion of him is already, we have for the last 6 months.
Not talking about the CT?
Then what was this statement directed toward?
goamerica posted:
This is why being compatible with MS MapPoint is nothing special. If anything, it just proves that HISS has basic computing skills.
OT: Guess I should have read further before posting, again the same sentiment. Good post Bobby
I agree on GSM. I responded back to goamerica before reading this post, but I think GSM is the key here, different that USA obviously.
GSM compatibility is the key here:
Remember how Prosec couldn't use Cyber Tracker for there auto race due to some things not being compatable. Maybe this was it. As for you Go America, maybe it is different coming across GSM in Europe as opposed to what we use here in the states. They don't appear to be having any problems here, or not that we have heard of. I think the importance of this News is right here in these paragraphs. To me it sounds like the GSM is now UP and RUNNING. If so, good news for all, and Prosec maybe to follow.
Excerpt from Todays news.
The Company has reworked the Cyber Tracker software to operate through a GSM compatible protocol, which will allow the Cyber Tracker to run effectively on any GSM network, anywhere in the world. "This is a major milestone for the Cyber Tracker, the development of the new GSM software shows how easy it is for the Cyber Tracker to work on any wireless carrier," stated Ian Riley, CTO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc
Microsoft MapPoint 2004 Europe is now available and provides detailed street-level maps and address find capability for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In addition, MapPoint 2004 Europe maps edition will provide some street-level coverage in other European countries.
"We are excited to have reached this level with our product development strategy for Europe. This milestone will enable the Company to go to the next phase of our business strategy for European markets," stated Fred Wicks, President and CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.
I think he came back later on and said August 15th or 16th. Guy can restate his position, I do believe.
Thanks CHESO
