I find the current price comical. The company we acquire has to be worth about 40 million for the .50 price to be accurate. That is if there is only 80 million shares, but I thought they were suppose to issue 300 million shares, wasn't that part of the whole EVSY agreement?? Can anyone give me a for sure number of shares that EVSY has? Sorry, I was excited about this dividend, but now I am getting concerned about the value. I think the big boys took 10 million shares because they know what the true value is of these shares. I think they know that before it is done, those shares will only be worth about 50-100K. Surely they wouldn't just plan on stealing $5,000,000 a piece from right underneath our noses. Because that $500,000 they spent on this company came from our investment in HISC. I am back to relying on HISC and them producing with the CT and not giving a s**t about this dividend.
