So if everyone is speculating... I'll jump in with a speculation. Bionitrogen also does pyrolysis. That's what their technology is all about. And they take that gas (syngas) and convert it into fertilizer.
Sooooo a lot of PhDs on both boards / advisors and such. Just speculating but .... Could they all be in this together somehow. Hmmmm. Perhaps do the pyrolysis part first then implement the fertilizer later.
Speculating. Looks funny that they have the exact same process with the feedstock turning into syngas. The syngas can be made into anything... Including fertilizer. But it is energy.
Just saying.
GL. I don't think we should be fixating on the loan. It's a year away before it's due.
I can't find where it says bion is looking for alternate property...
I looked at both latest links you sent. Can you point to the area where it says they are looking for another piece of property?
The sky is falling!!! Jeesh!
Per the 8k
A) the 100 million is not convertible unless the company is liquidated. Even then it doesn't say 5 shares to 1 b share. It states 5 votes per b share. See section 4 &5.
B) there is 1, ONE, lawsuit right now. Not multiple as if the heresay that is being thrown around on a chat room is evidence of more.
C) they updated us 2-3 weeks ago. Did you happen to catch that ? They are not here to spoon feed you every minute. If they are spending their time getting their ducks in a row to get the first plant going, then I'm all for it.
I agree that OS is steadily increasing but the notion we need a reverse split is just a frantic baseless statement with disappointment in the performance.
We still can meet the QB requirements and adding certain people to the board, consistent 8k and 10q filings and a price over .01 supporting the uplisting.
This is a penny stock. This stock has provided a lot more info than many other pennies.
It's not all roses but it's a hell of a lot better than some of you naysayers are preaching.
End of year will determine our demise.
Which paper? I thought you said you don't trust the papers? Obviously they are getting their info from somewhere. So let's try to confirm if it's real or not.
So wait. You don't see the progress that has happened over a 2-3 year time frame? I can understand sub one year, but this is not the case over a longer scale.
My opinion of course.
I wouldn't worry about that or the other company moving in taking up supplies.
BRM is contracted to take care of that and most likely they would have a set price for a year or two. The other company would have to perform or has performed this same feasibility study. If anything it shows biomass availability is prevalent since another company wants to move into the area.
I believe this is the link you wanted to send... GL was talking about competition for biomass not supplying the / distributing the fertilizer. ( United suppliers will distribute the output)
Bio resource will provide the feedstock input

Everybody is frustrated GL. Even Roni...
How much does bion 'owe' you?
Good luck with thy thought. When it doesn't I'd like to hear your thoughts.
Wait. You think there is a chance this would go to 0.01 prior to RS? Do you realize how many shares would have to be purchased in that time frame?
Some of you people are smoking crack. Go ahead and label people ' haters' but what is the opposite ? Hypsters and hypothetical wonders?
I'm all for Mine going up but u just paint yourself as delusional. Good luck
A lot of funny trades ( sells) all in a small time span...
Infancy yes but you brought up the point that marketing isn't really happening. Perhaps they are waiting for a blitz at some point ? Not sure.
But there isn't a lot of effort right now.
This whole RS and increase in 'reserved ' shares is a big pile of ####. I don't know how anyone can paint this in a positive way unless they are going to average down themselves and forget about ( or have sold) all their pre RS shares. It's n t good no matter how anyone paints it. Ugh
Perfect!
Can u run the same analytics on Ice and a few others?
Alright.... Who's messing with my weekend already!!??
Vanis reported Avanzar pulling in 450k a month... Is this still true? I admit I haven't looked at any of Qs lately only because of the dismal performance.
Not to mention adding a few a few more 100s of millions of AS shares post split.
Salt in the wound.
Will people eventually make money? Probably, but this promise of 'reserves' shares was made before. I had mentioned dilution.... But many cheerleaders said ' no way'. Sure enough dilution. Now a RS and another potential to dilute.
Will people make money ? Probably but waaaaay down the line after RS and some more slow dilution. Anyone who bought a penny or above pre split will never see their money again. Oh... But buy more and average down... Suuuurrreeee.
Good luck all. I feel suckered
Can someone point to where the share increase will happen? Pre or post R/S?
Perfect!
When you find you have knawed off your fingernails into finger nubs. .. That's probably when no news is not good news
Opinions are one thing. But coming on to this board or any other and claiming your opinion is fact without doing due diligence is another.
Bingoooooooo
So if you're saying the annon case will make them bankrupt then will you get anything ????
Also.. My question still stands. If you are owed 55% what would you do with the company? Do you know anything about the technology or running a business ? Just asking for some of your credentials
I'm sorry roni. A lot of speculation and throwing out all this illegal this and that statements. If you are the Ron Fussman you claim to be, your past doesn't paint you as a very truthful voice.
There is only one lawsuit right now. Everything else you say is just words in a chat room. If you put up any document, maybe there would be some validity to your statements ( about what you are owed). But lawsuit talk is nothing and just speculation.
Also.. Emails do not constitute valid legal forms of contracts, voting etc. Even if an email went to the wrong party , it doesn't matter as it would just be taken as a No response especially if there was a date the response was supposed to be received.
Just my observations. Not saying I'm wrong or right but this is a stock bulletin board.
So... Just asking... The breaches of agreements are between you and the company?
And if you were to get 55% of the shares... What are you going to do with the company ?
Gator lady. This is a BION board. Not Saipem. There is no correlation of this case to BION. Saipem is a big company as stated and the business between BION and Saipem will continue.
Let me as you... Is Chevrolet in trouble ? Are you not going to be able to buy GM cars? Because they are getting sued for the key debacle.
How about BP gas... Are you able to get gas from BP still?
Those are a couple of analogies of how big these companies are.
How's your echecks doing...? Better check yourself before you bounce.
How could you even? Psssssshhhh
Good luck and you're welcome.
Fine. If you know your stuff.
Seems like you're spewing. Have fun with that. And thanks for looking further
Wow. You're pretty obvious.
Really meaty stuff. This highlights the challenges of starting a company such as this. Land, projections, engineering, logistics.
Looks like they may have excess gas ... Not sure what type it would e but looks like they are taking steps to capture it with Air Liquide.
Additionally they settled with the rent, EPC is still underway, and have a blurb about 'that guy' as a last paragraph.
Another 20 mil increase in shares. I forgot who said it but 500 million was an estimate at one point. Looks like we are approaching.
I think it's still looking good...
Gator lady. We've discussed this. First off no where did they say they were going to change direction. They were issued a patent. If you understand the technology, you would see that the patent paves a spire of natural gas that can be used as a substitute for the syngas created by the biomass heating process. It doesn't mean they are replacing it.
Yes. It seems so. And the PR states loan payback would be gated by bond sale not necessarily a date. ( perhaps the bond sale will be coming up shortly ? :)
I hear ya. Something is amiss. This was from an official press release so if it's not the case that would be some sort of misrepresentation of the facts.
"The City Council of Perry, Florida unanimously approved last week an ordinance for the City of Perry to provide a $5 million cash collateral for the loan. The loan will be repaid and the collateral released upon the closing of the tax-free bond to be issued by the Taylor County Development Authority for the Taylor plant."
This loan?
EPC is the plan for the entire site. I'm not sure if it's specific to one site or much of it an be repeated on many sites.
Without the plan , why even touch the site? It could be a waste of money if something needs to change. So I'm not surprised nothing has been touched. Didn't they have an issue with sewer on one of the sites and had to change direction or divert to another site?
EPC. Which requires money. Which I thought was in process ... Which I thought was already being paid for. But I could be wrong.
BRM is signed up with BION for 25 years of feasibility and supply chain management for the biomass feedstock. It does not necessarily have to come from the local area. I believe they wanted to be closer to the destination of the urea fertilizer. Anywhere in Florida is easier to deliver product from Taylor than where the big suppliers are out in the mid west and northwest.
As for the train spurs. I'm not sure and do not have that info on how the spurs would be placed/ built. You may have noted a road block. But I'm sure there are some public lands nearby whether they be highways or routes that a spur could be built.
La. Well if they are still in the running that's good. When I first got in on this they were in Texas. Then moved to La. Then Florida. I will admit a lot more happened in Florida than the other two locations. And I asked a year + ago and said the same things you said. But I saw a lot more 'progress' at the Florida sites and I settled back and really thought ( and still think ). Over the last three months there hasn't been a good piece of progress news on the sites. And the lawsuit as well as BK and little snippets of not paying certain vendors have been a near term negative. But overall I still think and believe in the technology.
The patents only help strengthen the what ifs. The process they use can take in biomass feedstock or natural gas. Securing a source if that gas is a piece of the puzzle which I think is a good thing.
I believe Texas and La are both dead and they were concentrating on getting three plants up and running. Two in Florida and that third one was going to be Pa. ( which fell through)
These sites need to be near rail spurs and mains to both receive and transport larger quantities. Perhaps this was the reasoning for Taylor. Farms to the east and south. Feedstock to the north and west.
Also. The biomass input can be replaced with natural gas. So now they have a source of gas not depending on the fluctuations and as someone else said, the increasing demand of traditional NG sources.
Lastly this process is supposed to e on the order of carbon neutral. Remember the biomass is not burned... It is super heated and the resulting gases are captured to produce the end product.
I've been reading up on this and how manufacturers are trying to make headway that you don't own your tractor/ can't fix it yourself. The advent of computers running everything is stifling the notion you can't fix your own tractor. It's mind bending. The problem is if they all do it, there really isn't much choice ( competition) other than keeping the older ones running and selling.
Really angers me thinking you are not allowed to fix something you purchase and shell out a lot of cash for.
