Really meaty stuff. This highlights the challenges of starting a company such as this. Land, projections, engineering, logistics.

Looks like they may have excess gas ... Not sure what type it would e but looks like they are taking steps to capture it with Air Liquide.

Additionally they settled with the rent, EPC is still underway, and have a blurb about 'that guy' as a last paragraph.

Another 20 mil increase in shares. I forgot who said it but 500 million was an estimate at one point. Looks like we are approaching.

I think it's still looking good...
