wang,Close baby if it was not for a alert from a fellow ihuber and I finally finished the work at my biz.Would have been a LOSS.Good for me 2 for 2 on swkj upside and will be watching carefully.Bob
wang, swkj their timing was just plain stupid.I rode it first run from .04 and sold .136.Second run loaded most .076 bailed on a alert from aries at .08-.082.The thing that bothered me the most was the max price of .08 in the filing.I still like the company.I will add when I believe the 40m is absorbed.these guys were not to smart because in a week it could have been between .145-.20.Unless they have big news it will be done until the dilution is finished. You are right.great way to kill a good bb company.Check out qmmg.Bob
Don't worry their wont be a third.

QUEST REOPENS SLATER BRANCH POND CREEK SEAM
Quest Minerals and Mining Corp (OCTBB:QMMG) is reopening its Pond Creek mine at Slater's Branch, KY. With Shelbi Coal Company as its contractor.
CEO William Wheeler states, "Because of a ruling in Boyd County Circuit Court we have been allowed to reopen and commence mining with Shelbi Coal. Prior to full production we have some lease renegotiation to be completed. Shelbi's target is 40,000 tons per month when full production is reached. They have also agreed to reopen the Lower Cedar Grove Seam at the same level of production of 40,000 tons per month."
Quest is also currently investigating a lease on a preparation plant within 12 miles of the mine which would increase the margins for both parties. The Pond Creek seam when mined cleaned or washed is a premium product of over 12,500 BTU's and less than .6% sulfur.
William Spears, CEO of JJ Resources and the joint venture partner with Quest in a 6,000,000 ton project in Knott County is in charge of the reopening project.
About Quest Minerals and Mining
Quest acquires and operates energy and mineral-related properties in the southeastern part of the United States. Quest focuses on properties that produce high quality compliance coal. Quest's owned, operated, and joint ventured coal holdings are in excess of 13 million tons of engineered coal and Quest expects those reserves to increase with the commencement of Quest's recently announced joint venture with JJ Resources. Quest's steam coal is currently sold on the spot market to certain brokers who in turn sell to utilities and industrial clients as fuel for power plants. Bag,This was a summary/post of my findings last few weeks that I gave to hobo earlier today.Hobo taking a break from unpacking.I have only posted bits and pieces of dd on qmmg as it came out last few weeks. This was a main post.Noticed some QMMG investors here. Not to many around. This is my opinion and why I started accumulating yesterday.Posted this to some respected investors QMMG I was watching it a while.I needed to verify that they still had the reserves since the shakeup. They have 14 million in reserves at low end 55.00 a ton thats 770 mill in coal reserves. If the get into production as per pr today at 40,000 tons a month at 55.00 a ton thats 2.2 mill rev a month.I was told by the company ton price fluctuating between 55-65.The joint venture with jj resources will also enable quest to develop and get in to production oil/gas properties as per aug. pr.Quest has also teamed up with utek corporation which will help them in getting more properties thus more reserves.Their was a reason it traded at 3.00 and most of those reasons are still in place. If new management with their new partners listed above can start mining as per todays pr then I believe this one can move much higher.Interesting story at these levels.30 mill shares held by insiders. Thanks Bob Their was others pertaining to the industry itself which in my opinion is just now starting to come back.Technology is starting to finally capitalize on a natural resource that is abundant in the U.S.China is firing up its first coal liquefaction plant,I believe the article is on 321gold.com.I live in PA and their is a major project in skuykhill county. The government is finally funding clean coal projects. Also last week on Nightline their was a segment about demand outpacing skilled workers in the industry.Hope this helps.Bob
Glassy Counts that at least you were looking at a coal stock. This is not a trader for me based on the dd we spoke about. If they start mining as per the pr,well you know.I have a opinion on the pulling back of share issuance also.Back to unpacking boxes for xmas rush.Bob
