Rover I say the latest mid 2006.I am very interested on what they are currently working on.(New deals)That will be in the not to distant future. All we have to know is they are making cash and lots of it.I do not need a pr telling me that. The dd tells me they are. When they do tell us how much money they are making through a pr we wont be at .03.Makes sense Bob
Thanks Tree Fantastic people to talk with at Phoenix. No BS just the facts and the way it is.Down to earth business people that know the value will come out here. They have a plan and they are executing it.The yoyos that post bs on boards about different issues should just move on.Bob
Phoenix update:Spoke to Ron this is for those I told I would get back to you.I am going to touch briefly on each topic discussed.1)Our trucking division is being utilized within the company and for the most profitable situations. We are not just hauling stumps around like every yahoo with a pick up truck.2)The debris is still being cleaned up,which leads me to the construction division. We will be rebuilding and building new homes.Investors must realize the magnitude. For instance ST.Tammany Parrish alone has 265k residents. This work will go on for years and we are their.3)The sand/Gravel division is booming and will continue to.4)Our wells are producing and generating revenue with 5 more being drilled.5)We may do work with fema but the private sector is giving us more work than we can handle. Also private sector pays upfront,fema/government we wait for the money 60-90 days.6)The audits are being done and when complete we either make the move to otcbb or amex.We meet amex requirements but they would have to waive the 3.00 min price.IMO thats great it shows we have what counts,revenue.7)We have attorneys pursuing lying bashers posting untrue statements on boards.8)Insiders are not selling nor is treasury stock being sold.9)The mm's are playing around with shorting. Most likely not naked shorting.10)The company is working on 2/3 more deals that should come out over next few weeks no dilution done with preffered convertibles/cash.With that being said I did go more indepth with some of the topics I posted. My opinion is we have a fat cash cow here and smart money will hang on and wait until the company executes their whole plan.Strong buy at these levels imo.Bob

The second part of this article pertains directly to quest.Since we are virtually trading at no value based on our mining capabilities we are not like other coal companies that are up tremendously. The first part of the article would pertain to us,but we are basically a start up.The second part pertains to us directly because we sell the grade of coal the energy companies use.Good read for some insight.Mon Oct 17, 2005 10:54 AM ET

NEW YORK, Oct 17 (Reuters) - With coal prices at historic highs, mining companies should be reaping record profits, but rail delivery problems, soaring energy costs and the effects of Hurricane Katrina are holding the industry in check.
Although Wall Street expects the Big Four U.S. coal producers to report healthy third-quarter earnings, some investors are wary of an industry that has so dramatically turned around from two years ago, when it was swimming in red ink.
Massey Energy Co. (MEE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) already has warned that profit will miss analysts' estimates for the quarter on lower shipping volumes and higher costs, in part due to rising fuel prices in the wake of Katrina.
While coal is poised to benefit from its image as a relatively cheap alternative to oil and gas, the miners also need those costly fuels to power their operations.
Indeed, a report by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services says the rise in spot coal prices over the past 18 months has generally not translated into positive outlooks for the producers.
"Amid a robust domestic economy and elevated oil and natural gas prices, it's no surprise that coal prices are high," said S&P analyst Dominick D'Ascoli. "Add the strong demand from Asia and low electric utility inventories, and one can see that these are good times for U.S. coal producers."
But S&P's outlook for most U.S. coal producers' credit quality is stable, rather than positive. Among the mitigating factors are increased debt, weak liquidity, business-risk issues, escalating costs, and mine disruptions, the report said.
In the first two weeks of the new quarter, the index comprising the four major coal company stocks is off about 4 percent after rising more than 45 percent in the third quarter.
But prices of the fuel itself continue to rise. On Friday, coal from the Powder River Basin in Montana and Wyoming was trading at more than $15 per ton -- double what it was a year ago. And eastern coal, from the Appalachia region, was at near-peak levels of $56 to $58 per ton.
GOOD NEWS
"I expect steam coal prices to stay at the current level for four to five years," said Nick Carter, president and chief operating officer of Natural Resource Partners (NRP.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , referring to coal for electricity generation.
The price line for metallurgical coal, which is used in steel production, looks even longer, he told a recent American Coal Council conference.
So why is the stock market skittish? Westminster Securities analyst Richard Price points to macroeconomic worries like uncertainty over inflation and interest rates, as well as production costs and supply cuts.
The market is pondering whether recent high coal prices represent a new plateau in a cyclical industry, he said.
"I think it probably is close to a new plateau," Price said. "I don't see metallurgical coal coming down."
Powder River Basin steam coal was high because deliveries are curtailed as a result of rail repair work following derailments earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Price said, power plant coal inventories are at historic lows -- "I have even heard of some below 10 days, which is unusually low."
But since most major utilities buy on long-term contracts, "it's the smaller utility buyers, like ones owned by municipalities, that are getting stuck with the high prices," Price said.
About 50 percent of U.S. electricity is generated in coal-fired power plants, he said.
Phil Saunders, a senior vice president of Atlanta-based energy company Southern Co. (SO.N: Quote, Profile, Research) , told industry newsletter Coal & Energy Price Report that concerns about natural gas shortages are putting pressure on coal stockpiles. "There are a lot of questions about whether we will be able to keep the lights on."
The coal liquefaction part mainly is just showing that the need for coal a natural resource the U.S. has will be growing as technology catches up.The U.S. Government also has a clean coal bill to fund technology(should have had one 20years ago along with building refineries.Night line had a excellent segment on the coal industry and demand about a week ago.I will try to see if it is on the net.Maybe I could get a transcript.I think some articles on coal and what is going on in the industry and its future/what it is used for should be posted also.Because it is not exactly a sector people have much knowledge about.Anyone that invests from a fundamental standpoint/turnaround situation should understand what they own.It all ties together to get a feel for the industry. Now,technically You and Glassy have that covered.Bob
Good Morning Fringe Pick them apart for the good of all that want coal in their stockings this year. Its all factual info based on Talks with the company or from my own dd.Coal and its uses are not totally understood.I think you should put the links in ibox when we teamed up with JJ resources and UTEK .They are a important part of why we are growing fast now and will add to our reserves.Have to Run back later. In my opinion the U.S. is behind in using alternative energy besides oil/gas.The article on moly/coal liquefaction was excellent and hats off to china. Our government needs to stop bickering and get moving or we will be paying 10.00 a gallon in a few years.http://www.321gold.com/editorials/reser/reser090705.html
Definitely Voyager s8 will only be bump in the road.Bob
Voyager I believe if the company did not dilute swkj would have formed a base between old resistance of .1450 and .20.That is where we would be with the news that came out.Do not let anyone tell you the 40m means nothing.Just look at the trading since the s8.The mm ran it to .10 on the pr knowing where it would settle.I spoke to some investors in the morning when folks were buying it up on the pr.I predicted exactly where it would close .076x.085.OHH the .08 max does not matter as some have tried to say.Great stock just needs to absorb the s8.Just my opinion.Bob
Slomo,The value will come out in swkj and will be a huge winner. Its just going to take a little longer, meaning the time to chew through the s8 which is no big deal.Just keep track of the volume.Thats it and as we get close to the 40m in volume to absorb the s8 investors/traders will come back because their is value in siteworks.Just my opinion and what I personally will watch. Thanks Bob
Slomo,What you say is true.Unfortunately whenever a s8 comes out it will hold back a stock until it is over.I bailed on a alert from aries at .08-.082.I am watching the volume and adding it up.When we get close to the 40 mill in volume I will be back in.The filing also stated the sale would be at .08 max.I was amazed people were buying at .10 when the pr came out,we know who was selling. All the news is great and the company will be trading much higher soon, not until the 40m is absorbed whether or not it is added now or later.Their are many views on s8 filings. In my years experience it is always a drag on the stock until volume totals reach the filing amount.Bob
Hey Classy Glassy at least I now know we have the prettiest charts coming.I knew you would like that.Holiday season approaching and already starting to feel the pressure .I recieved 65 boxes of merchandise this week and paid out over 9 grand in rents this week.By the way I am up to 50k in qmmg since .1450.Averaging up.Can you see the sweat on my forehead.Been in biz 13 years and still can not get used to the xmas rent increases.Bob
Hey fringe Thanks for starting a board.I will give you all my info when you want it.Just got in from one of my mall locations and have to run out to another one.Great Job Bob I MADE A RHYME
Tuna Go Canes eom.
Sulphur qmmg Personally dropping from 10m-2m was a vote of confidence by management.I spoke to the company yesterday and my feel is our new partners utek/jj resources may have had a say in dropping it.That is my opinion. This is not your avg penny fluff stock. The company since the old thiefs were ousted have built a stronger foundation than when the price was much higher.Look at it as a ground floor opportunity. The company was totally re organized a few short months ago.I will remain and add when I see fit.I do know that they have 800m and growing in reserves and will have 3 mines operating shortly putting out 120k tons of coal a month at 50.00-65.00 a ton depends on grade.I also know that the company is working on getting 3 more mines operational. This is one I buy and put a way a while or add dips on short term profit takers.I always like to have one or two energy/metals/mineral stocks in my portfolio.Have to find the cheap out of favor turnaround ones with the right share structure though.Running late now, once you get me talking.Bob
Tuna same here pbls-qmmg.Have a good weekend have to run soon.Bob
Thanks Griz,I never actually asked any brokerages if putting a sell stop limit order in high above the market price prevents shares from being borrowed against to short.I have seen it mentioned but never verified it myself. If you find out let me know.I have to go out soon, busy busy.Talk to you later.Bob
Sulphur qmmg did you see a mere 65k buys moved 4mm off the ask at .26.I think the quick flip traders are gone now.Bob
Qmmg adding some more here.Bob
Power that is one way we as shareholders can stop it.What about the company itself? Some type of dividend maybe,I have heard in this situation mm's must have possession of the stock by the x date thus making them cover short/naked short positions to show ownership.Bob
To Everyone:Lets throw some ideas around that may stop mm shorting/naked shorting based on past experiences.I will be talking to Mike at osprey Today or Monday and pass this along.I feel based on some of my discussions with people last night. That is the case here.I will keep you updated. Thanks Bob
Glassy your excused. No detention as you had a good excuse.Could you tell I just brought the kids to school.Bob
