Bman, I think so, too. At this point the company is way undervalued. The Price/Sales it's only 0.83, the OS is relatively low, and the float is very low (insiders have most of the shares) - see Key Statistics. The P/S ratio for an average OTC:BB stock it's between 1.5 and 2, and much higher for a fast revenue growing "sexy" (oil) stock like this. After the 50% retrace gone wrong, I believe it would start going up slowly, and the next PR (which shoud come out any day now, IMO, and can only be good) would jump-start this much higher.
Mike
AAAtrades,
Re: "do u think we can reach .09 on this one??"
Looking at the graph, and judging the fundamentals, it should be possible to go even more, but only after the next 10-Q, IMO, and then only if the company continues the revenue trend set in the last releases. For short-term, your graph limit sounds doable, IMO.
I like your name. One of my R@D high tech companies (still a start-up) it's called AAAPT, Inc.

OT: Dsl,
Can you believe what kind of pre-school kids bedtime stories those crooks are selling? How in the world a company that has NO history of any revenue would start giving dividents, it's beyond me. If they indeed have the license money, why don't they put them to work for the company? Since the PPS started to go down yesterday, they all of the sudden increased the divident from 0.02/share to 0.04/share? And people are buying it @ 1.8 based on this crap? Those who bought today will awake sometimes in the near future, IMO, and wish they never heard about that company and their "sexy" business.
PS: If you care to check out another very promissing bottom, check out CKEI. I just got in there with only 150K @ 0.0226 (I couldn't get the whole order filled). That iHub board, if you care to check it out, has a good DD done on it.
Mike
This indeed looks good, IMO. Just got in with a few shares (150K out of 300K I wanted) @ 0.0226.
Mike
Nsomniyak,
The term "MOMO" is just a jargon used by various investors to show the expected increase in the PPS. For instance, a 4 MOMO, means that from this level, the expected (by me at least) short-term increase in the PPS will be a 4 fold (or about 0.3). The resons for my expectation (providing that the 10-Q numbers are as good as I expect them to be) are:
1. In 2004, after the spring 10-Q, the PPS went to 0.349 (if I recall). Since then, the gros revenue picked up significantly, and the company became EPS positive for the last several Q-rs.
2. The company did not increase the OS since 2004 by any substantial way.
3. The reason for today's PPS is due IMO to: (i) a lock of news as of late, and (ii) the company is not well known to most penny investors, and (iii) usually people crowd "sexy" stocks (e.g., anything that has to do with energy, nanotechnologies, etc) and this is not one of them. I for one would rather be with this type of "less sexy" company as the chance for say a start-up nano company is very slim. This company has real products, over 100 staff, and their products are needed, and the money are there to fund expansion.

7. Opinion
Check out the graph for the last 3 years. Thus far, a nice move came after the mid-March 10-Q release. With this 10-Q (last year was released on March 16), I expect a similar move as that from the March-April of 2004. The reason for this is Y over Y, and Q over Q explosive revenue growth, and the fact that the 10-Q in March is expected to bring record revenue (and hopefully even better net revenue). Please notice that although the net revenue was positive over the last several Q's, due to the absence of any PR as of late, the PPS has been droping to a level that the Price/Sales is now below 0.07 (see Key Statistics). Compare it to the P/S of other stocks you have, ann you'll understand why toward the end of March, beginning of April I expect at least a four (4) MOMO from the present level.
Do you own DD, but do it fast as the first indicator (the Volume) tells me this shall start moving even before the 10-Q. And most of all if you decide to buy it, do it because you believe it's worth it, not because I or anyone else tells you this is a good deal.
Mike
Beale, I was also attempted to push the Buy button today @ 0.2, but I have some sad memories with too good to be true deals. Remember K-Mart (another old company)? I got in just several days before the BK, and of course the banks made them as part of the BK reorganization plans to cancel all common shares (they only kept the preffered shares in the new entity, that went back into the $20's). I still have some 360K shares of ARCHQ in my portfolio (for some 3 years now), another "good deal" I thought shortly before BK. It also went back into $30's, but w/o my common shares. At least those SOB's should have also remove for free my worthless shares, so I could deduct the loss.
Anyone knows how you can I dispose these worthless shares? The Company has never answer to my many written requests, and my provider (Ameritrade) adviced me to try selling them, which will cost me too much as the volume @ 0.0001 is only some 100 shares every now and then (no more than 1K shares a month).
When Im saying I'll keep an eye on this company, I mean I'm looking for some good news, and some statement that eliminates the BK scare. One think for sure. Since despite the sharp PPS drop the company didn't came up with any PR recently, it means they don't have anything good to report, IMO. To their merit, however, they have not come with any flufy pump either. So, yes, I believe in the company's good intentions, and integrity, but this does not mean they have the last world in deciding the fate of this company. The banks do, and their first choice in recouperating their money is always BK proceedings, and screwing up the common stock shareholders.
Mike
Smokeeater, you did OK buying more IGAI today, IMO. I believe tomorrow we'll exit the double bottom (which is just the mathematical representation of the human behaviour of average traders/investors as outlined below).
My reasons for the above are:
1. With the very small float here, the folks that always seem to go the wrong way (Buying at the end of a run up, then getting scared when the price starts going down, and selling at or near the bottom - which is the true explanation for the existance of much touted double-bottoms, rather than the general believe that the MM's are the ones causing it), have already run out of cheap shares to sell. I don't see any indication that the Company is selling any shares. If they would do that, they would have to fill the SEC forms. The insiders that held some 67% of all those 20MM OS's never sold any, or intended to sell.
2. Looking at the second column of Level II, I see most people have started to wisen up, and won't sell any shares in the 0.02's, or 0.03's. Probably they have finally took a look at the chart, and realized there's not a good corelation between the recent shart drop in the PPS, and the latest good news (the sharp revenue growth, and the substantial reduction in the opperating costs).
Mike
Pivot point is @ 0.0213, and the first resistance point (R1) is @ 0.0247. If we break it (R1) tomorrow morning, the next resistance points (R2, and R3) are @ 0.0293 (R2), and @ 0.0327 (R3), respectively. If we break R1 tomorrow morning, we are out of the double bottom, IMO.
For those of you that are not familiar with these important indicators (Support levels, Pivot point, and Resistance levels) that the MM's use, and how to calculate them, here you are:

Mike
OT: "i could use a couple winners to pan out right about now."
Dsp,
I think near term (percentage wise), GDVI will be one of the biggest winners, IMO. Check also IGAI. It tried to move a bit today, and it apears it will exit the double bottom any day now. A good entry point, IMO.
Depending on my DD tonight, I might alert you on another stock (out of several I'm looking at). Check out this MB. In the mean time, as an exercise, you could check out DLGG. I'm still doing my DD on it, and didn't buy yet any shares, but at a first look it seems to be a good bet, especially if it drops a bit more (say to 0.004).
PS: I hope you are NOT taking my alerts as an advice to buy. You have to go yourself through the pain of doing your own DD on them. No pain, no gain! At least you don't have to go through the even more painful exercise of pre-selecting them out a large number of potential candidates.
Mike
Dsp, it's why some people are making money, and the others ... oh well...
"For your order to buy 50000 shares of GDVI at 0.073 limit, good through the end of next month:
You bought 20500 shares of GDVI at $0.073 on 03/08/2006.
This is a notification of a partial fill."
Got the others as well. Let's see by the end of next week which stock will perform better: PTSC or GDVI. At this price, stocks like GDVI, you can buy at the Ask (the way I just did), but never ever sell it at the Bid.
PS: I hope you are not taking this the wrong way, but I saw you were happy to get into some winning stocks, and just wanted you to start using a better judgement.
PPS: I hope you got out already of SSTY, and did not sell either VFIN, or PMED to buy more PTSC.
Mike
Dsp, not that this will be any of my business, but I'm realy disapointed in your poor judgement. Dumping GDVI that is supposed to release the best ever 10-Q next week to buy (near the top) one of the biggest pump @ dump stocks that went from 0.01's to 1.5 this year? Have you checked the finances? I predict it will go go way down soon. Just watch it.
Two things for you to consider in the future:
1. You never ever buy anything after such a stelar run, especially when you see a Price/Share ratio of over 40. In my books, anything above a P/S ratio of 2 only rarely worth buying. Exception exist, however. Bought recently myself such a large P/S stock (GTEC), but only after I thought it has reached its bottom @ 0.05's, and sold it @ 0.45.
2. With stock like GDVI, with all its potential, and sitting at a P/S of about 0.7, you have to have a bit more patience. Next week GDVI's move will hopefully teach you this.
Mike

Eagle,
Thanks for the info. This company indeed appears to be one of those few remaining that still care not only for the shareholders, but to protect their image of a surviving decent entity.
How sad that in their fight with the banks for preserving their sound principles usually the banks win. That's a sad reality, and if I was you I wouldn't go overboard buying to many shares, especially if some of the money are not yours.
PS: While wating to see what develops, I urge you to check out these hand picked heavily undervalued pennies (as a result of a very systematic DD): VFIN (0.25), GDVI (0.075), and IGAI (0.018) that I believe are due to move very soon from their bottoms. VFIN (that will report what I expect to be the best ever 10-K at the end of this month) already started to move. GDVI (already EPS positive) expected to report their 10-Q early next week, and from all it's known, it also should be the best ever 10-Q. Although IGAI will only report its 10-Q at the beginning of April, I expect it to exit the double bottom any day now. Do your own DD, and I believe you'll see what I'm seeing. This is not a cheap pump.
PPS: Let's hope ONEI as a company and its minority shareholders will win. I'll keep an eye on it to see what develops.
Mike
Ffighter,
1. "i got in igai a few weeks ago at .o24, how high do you see this going, its a low float. "
Nobody really can predict with any certaintly. One thing for sure though. With a Price/Sales ratio of around 0.01, this is way undervalued.
IMO, before the 10-Q (which is due early April) I believe (based on already known data), this should go to at least to 0.05, which is not too much to ask, because of: (i) the low P/S, (ii) the explosive revenue growth tendency, (iii) with a nice patern of reducing the costs, (iv) the low OS (about 20M), and much lower float, (v) the majority of shares being hold by the insiders (that never sold, nor intended to sell any), (vi) the company never had (and have no reason to have) a R/S in the past, etc. If the 10-Q will show the same growth patern as over the past last year, and the company has a clear plan for becoming EPS positive in the near future, I believe this should easy go to at least over 0.1 shortly thereafter. In not anything else, just look at the graph, and you'll see that the recent drop in PPS does not corelate with the advances in the overall financial picture.
2. "i been reading your posts and your a pretty respectable poster. i wish i would have been more careful. i bought a stock last year gryf.pk, it was suspended by sec and then reopened for trading but has not traded since last july, but it seems like some "ghost trades" happen, it affects my account but the bid ask have stayed the same and i can not trade it, any thoughts. and how about swkj, i purchased some a few weeks ago."
If you are reading my posts, you'll discover that I only put alerts on stocks that I believe (as a result of quite of bit of DD) are heavily undervalued. Most of the time my own valuation is right:
Recent examples:
Alerted CIRT @ mid 0.02's, and it went to upper 0.06's.
Alerted VFIN @ 0.16's (although my first buy was @ 0.41, more that a year ago), and it ended today @ 0.25 (and I believe it will go much higher, after the 10-K which is due by the end of this month
Alerted CNCN @ around 0.03, and it reached mid 0.3's shortly thereafter.
Alerted on GDVI when the price has riched whaT i the 0.055 bottom, now it ended up @ 0.078. Next week, the best ever 10-Q is expected, and then this should move quite nicely.
Alerted PMED @ 0.004, and it went to 0.032 shortly thereafter.
Alerted IGAI @ 0.018, and it went at first down a bit, then at 0.045 shortly thereafter
Alerted GTEC when it reached its 0.05's bottom, and it reached today over 0.45. Sold 2/3 of it on Frioday, and the rest today @ 0.45, after I realized the Price/Sales have reached an unsustainable ratio of close to 500 (compare it to 0.01, or so, for IGAI).
Alerted ICO @ 8.4, and it's now at ~8.8. If the 10-Q (tomorrow after the close) are as good as I expect it to be, this is a good long-term (2 to 3 years) Energy (coal) company to have, IMO
Alerted SEVI @ low 0.01's late last week, and it riched 0.039 today. I sold 1/2 of my shares @ 0.038 today, and will keep the others.
No matter how well one does the DD, in the penny land anything can happen. My two recent bad choices: (i) SSTY (sold it at a loss), after I learned about their true plans, and (ii) DRDF, where I sold (fortunatelly at a small gain), immediately after I learned about their intention to do a 1:100 R/S.
The only secret is a lot of late nights in doing a good DD.
3. "i waiting for some of these to run so i can cash some in, i like some of your picks and will look to put some cash to work. thanks for your knowledge."
One thing you might have learned reading my posts. I'm never alerting on any stock that I don't believe it doesn't have a good chance for a move in the near future. Sometimes, as you see from the two examples above, I'm wrong. So, one thing you should learn. Never, ever buy any stock just because somebody said it will "go to the moon." Before you decide to buy anything, you have to do your own DD, and do it well. No pain, no gain I always say.
Hope this helps,
Mike
OT: Nice move on SEVI today. IGAI should be next for a 2 to 3 MOMO (before the 10-Q, early April, and more thereafter), IMO.
Just curious: anyone reading this MB bought any SEVI @ 0.01 when I alerted on it last week? If so, don't I deserve a "thank you note?"
PS: Next week GDVI should be the big story. Around March 15, it should release the 10-Q, which I expect to be the best Q thus far. Check it out, and follow the dynamics of revenue/net revenue growth:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/is?s=GDVI.OB&annual
and you might see what I'm seeing. A Price/Sales of only 0.7 for a company that has been EPS positive for the last several Q's it's ridiculous. Watch it (the P/S ratio) go (after the 10-Q) where it belongs, above 2, or to a PPS above 0.2, IMO.
Mike
With a Price/Sales of only 0.45, and today's news, MBAH could be heading back toward 0.3's, IMO.

What a waste for this company (born in 1880's) if it goes under. It has survived the 30's depression, but then no serious China competition existed for good quality silverware products such as those made by Oneida. Hope that somehow it will escape BK.
PS: I have no position here, but will keep an eye on it to see what develops.

OT: Smokeeater, I wanted to say to check out: VFIN, GDVI & SEVI. Also, if I'm wrong about your ski trip breaking down your bank, check out ICO. Got lucky there late last week with an average of $8.375. As a longer-term (2 to 3 years), this Energy (Coal) stock, with some 120MM net profit, yet trading at about 60% of last year's IPO it's one of those rare occasions when you have the chance to get in a great growth potential stock.
If I'm right, but you still have some cash, check out SEVI (ended up @ 0.012 on Friday. As per their last PR (see below), news might come out next week (see below). If so, this will move nicely, IMO. The Price/Sales ratio while not as low as IGAI, it's still only 0.25 (rather than 1.5 to 2, where it should be).

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 27, 2006--Systems Evolution Inc. In the interview, Mr. Rhodes states that SEVI will be reporting operation profits for November 2005, December 2005 and January 2006. Further guidance on SEVI's plans for calendar year 2006 will be released in early March.
Re: "volumes has been going up a bit the last few days."
Squire, don't know who the sellers were, but Smokeeater and myself have been the main buyers last week. Hope you see what I'm seeing, and got some.
Mike
Smokeeater, I envy you. Austrian Alps are about the best you can go for a good ski trip. Been there myself several times.
How come you didn't go to Italy for the Winter Olympics? That would have been fun.
Hope you are getting ready for the ride here. I sold most of mine at above 0.04's, and my reload is done with an average of about 0.0165. Would add more should it go below 0.015, although I don't expect it to happen.
Although at the ask, my last small order (125K) was filled in 5 smaller portions (same on Tursday for my 250K order), and Ameritrade didn't post my Bid.
At a Price/Sales of only about 0.01 right now, this is the best deal I know. With only 20MM OS, and about 5M float (the rest are the shares hold by the insiders), this is a no brainer. As I recall, the 10-Q should come in in early April, and after a small move (2 to 3 MOMO) I expect in the mean time, I don't expect the price to come down again. Following the Q over Q numbers, the chance it's good the next Q to be one of the best ever.
PS: If you have some extra cash (although I doubt it after your ski trip), you might wish to check out: VFIN, GDVI @ IGAI.
Mike
Doug,
You might get lucky, but again you might not. My strategy with what I perceive to be heavily undervalued stocks as this one is to get in with a small number of shares, and then increase their number if the price gets down. Got some @ 0.02, then more @ 0.015 on Thursday and Friday. Since I already have enough, I only bought 125K on Friday (it was the order that started to move the volume). If it goes further down, I'll be there.
This way I reduce the chance of missing the train. See my post on the GTEC iHub. Only had a small position here (180K), as the train left the station before I was able to add more (because of a messy 0.003 gap between my Buy order, and the lowest filled position). Sold 120M shares on Friday to add more shares of the above, and will keep the others for a while, just in case. Got in @ low 0.05's. See for yourself where it went by Friday. Could have added more, but, at least I had a good ride with the few shares I had. Hope you get the idea.
Mike
What was all that noise? Was our train moving?
FYI: Next trains
VFIN, just left the station. Will only reach max. speed by the end of this month, after the expected best ever 10-K.
Ready to leave the station: SEVI. Expected good news anytime next week. They said at the beginning of March, they will announce reaching positive operation numbers. Read the latest PR's.
Ready to leave it's double bottom: IGAI - check it out. OS of only 20M, float of about 5M (the rest being kept by the insiders), and the Price/Sales of only about 0.01 (rather than between 1.5 and 2 for an average OTC:BB)
Pay good attention to GDVI. Expected to leave the station full spead in about one week, after the expected best ever 10-Q.
Don't miss these trains, IMO. All the above are heavily undervalued (Price/Sales between 0.01 and 0.7), good Y over Y, and Q over Q growth, yet sitting at or near the bottom.

As always, do your own DD, and do it well. Hope some of you will join me in some of the other trains. They are almost empty right now, as no many people heard thus far about them.
PPS: If any of you care for a very good potential long-term (2 to 3 years) Energy (coal) stock, check out: ICO. As per my alert on another iHub board (Value Microcaps) when that happen last week (and the day I got in), it has reached it's bottom of $8.3's, and IMO it has a good potential to reach $50 to $60/share, or more in 2 to 3 years. See why in my second post on that board.

Re: Volume was lite and someone wanted out in the afternoon.
Doug, I hope someone else will want out today as well so my new order gets filled. This is a no brainer:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=IGAI.OB
As you see, P/S of IGAI is only around 0.02, the OS is only 20MM (mostly of which are held by the insiders = low float).
After the double bottom does it's job:
http://stockcharts.com/gallery/?IGAI
I expect at least a 3 MOMO run up short-term (one to two weeks, IMO), and more thereafter.
Note: Don't ever follow what others say, do your own DD, and do it well.

PS: Bought a bit more today, for a total of 3,850 shares. Also bought some GTW in the deep, and planning to buy more (especially if the bleeding continues).
I'm also an active penny investor (and despite several bad choices, for the last several years they gave me the most return: e.g., MOBL from low 0.02's to upper 0.3's in about two years, etc., and a while ago CNCN from around 0.03 to low 0.03's (in less than a month!).
Pennies to watch, IMO: VFIN, GDVI, and IGAI. If anyone else is also dealing with pennies, you might want to check out these hand picked, low P/S, near bottom stocks.

Answer to Excellent ICO Stock Questions:
First of all, the death of the poor miners was such a regrettable tragedy, I pray for the men and their families.
Money is made by people who can see considerable stock strength outweighing the current bad news. This is a considerable advantage in investing. Notice that the ICO stock price has already begun to go back up.
Normally, I do not take this much time to explain my thought process, but will this time.
1. It is doubtful ICO can be found willfully negligent.
The source of the explosion has not been officially determined. However, methane gas from the coal is probably the fuel source for the explosion. The miners would not have entered the mine if sufficient methane was present. The single miner killed was nearer the source of the explosion, rumoured to be an old seal-off mine shaft by the prior owner. That miner or equipment was probably the source of static electricity that set off the explosion. Static electricity can be caused by pants legs, dirty with coal dust, rubbing against each other as the miner walked. Maybe another ignition source. But, that is not negligence by the company. That is an 'act of god' in the legal sense. For example, a car driving in the mountains in the winter is hazardous, like a coal mine can be hazardous. Ford Motor Co. cannot be held libel if the car skids on ice causing an accident. Ford has no negligence in that example and likewise I believe ICO was not willfully negligent to cause the mine explosion. That last thing ICO wants is a mine explosion.
2. ICO immediately set up a 'good will' fund of $2,000,000, plus other donations for the families as an act of compassion, not guilt. This is good corporate governance.
3. As men working on a tall building are responsible for their personal behavior and safety, so are miners, provided ICO did everything it could to ensure safety. Sloppy workers can always circumvent work safety.
4. Mr. Wilbur Ross has a track record of turning around industries in decline, such as the International Steel Group (ISO), composed of bankrupt Weirton and Bethleham +++ steel companies threatened with closure. Through efficiencies of scale with greater capital, larger marketing contracts with customers, modernized equipment and safety practices, ISO turned around these steel mills, made them profitable and sold out to Mittal Steel in the Netherlands for a substantial profit for stockholders. I believe Mr. Ross's intelligence and experience will do the same thing for ICO, the coal group. This will take a few years, but the investment return could be substantial.
5. ICO is currently selling below the IPO price of $11.00, so it is doubtful Mr. Ross will sell at $7.00; makes no sense.
6. The Sago mine that had the explosion represents only 2-3% of the total coal production of ICO. Even if the mine is closed, there will be negligible affect on ICO's revenue.
7. ICO has no intention of closing the Sago mine. ICO will increase mine safety above Federal standards to continue production and provide high paying jobs for miners who want to work.
8. Coal is America's equivalent to Arab oil supply. Coal is virtually pure carbon, the source of energy. Coal has more energy per pound than oil or natural gas.
9. There are reportedly about 35 new coal-fired steam/electric stations being designed for construction.
Increasingly, coal will generate more and more electricity in the U.S. for decades to come.
10. There are no nuclear power plants being designed. All the rivers are dammed already for electricity.
11. Modern coal-fired power plants are non-polluting with modern scubbers, precipitators and electronic combustion controls.
12. Coal is safer to transport and store than natural gas and oil. No oil spills with coal, no natural gas pipeline explosions with coal. Oil tanker ships are expensive to build; coal cars are cheap to build. Coal, not oil, is needed to make steel.
13. The price of coal per BTU is far cheaper than oil and natural gas.
14. Coal will provide more jobs in the U.S. than expanded oil and gas production.
15. Coal transport provides jobs with American railroads.
16. Financially, ICO carries liability insurance in case ICO is found libel in the Sago mine explosion, which I doubt will happen. Further, the State of West Virginia has a miner's workers compensation plan and industial accident insurance fund for unforseen acts of god for miners and families.
I could go on, but that is my thinking on ICO. I have a large stock position in ICO. I very rarely recommend stocks and hate stock fraud companies and speak out about them. Do your own due diligence before investing in ICO.
I see my @ 0.015 Buy order somehow got filled today. Anyone has followed it? What happened? Anyone else from this board bought some?
PS: I just set up another Buy starting tomorrow (also for GDVI @ SEVI), and hope at least one of them will get filled before the run-up that I expect on all of them.
Mike
Dsp,
I see you took your own advice (you posted on RB) just to wait paciently for it to happen, which is the only way you keep your nerves alive. I'm not only doing that, but also continue to load every chance I get. Our time will come around March 15.
PS: It looks like VFIN picked up a bit today on very low volume. It's time should be toward the end of this month. I believe they will give us the best ever 10-K, and after the two acquisitions some encouraging forward looking statements.
PPS: In the mean time if you get bored, just check out some other good opportunities. For instance I see that somehow my IGAI order @ 0.015 got filled today. I just set up some Buy orders for tomorrow for GDVI, IGAI @ SEVI. Sold yesterday those PMED shares I re-purchached @ 0.016. I was dissapointed about the yesterday's PR.
Take care,
Mike
Re: ICO - $110 million net profit reported last year by the current owner of the mine, the International Coal Group (ICO), the Times reported. See news
Mike
All time low GTW (@ 2.3 now) might start moving today, IMO. Read the news (both the technical one, and the HT lawsuit settlement). Any opinions? TIA
Mike
Thanks Yinser - ICO,
Only bought 3,800 shares. Enough to give me an incentive to keep an eye on it. Given the good potential, I don't believe it can go any lower than it already did. And if it does, I'll buy more. To me, this is a must have medium-term stock. It's not every day one can get an energy stock at (or near) the bottom these days, except for some IPO's in renewable. Bought STPR (October?), and STP in December, at the IPO price, and sold both of them recently at above $40/share. Still keeping though ELSR that I bought @ a $2.3 average less than 2 years ago.

Re: "can find what thier cost per ton is to lift, process and transportation costs per ton to FOB depot."
Being a new relatively new coal mine operation, such info it's not available as yet. At least, I could not find any. However, the company seems to be very aggressive (they already have some 1,900 people, and planning to grow (see below - mid 05 news). If you look at the Y over Y revenues, they declined some, but the last Q over Q tell a different story. I believe that after the coal mining safety hysteria wears off, this company will be headed for a nice recovery.

International Coal Group Inc. opens new mine near Grafton, VA
The International Coal Group Inc. announced plans to invest $200 million in a new underground mine.
Construction could begin in 2007, said Gene Kitts, senior vice president of mining services at International Coal Group. The Taylor County mine would produce about 4 million tons of coal a year and employ up to 350 people.
The company, headed by New York billionaire Wilbur L. Ross, would also build a preparation plant that could process up to 2,000 tons an hour, he said.
“We’ve received nothing but encouragement from most everyone we’ve talked with in regard to this investment in Taylor County,” he said. “It is creating quite a bit of excitement.”
Bottom coal company? Check out ICO. Bought more @ lowered my average to 8.374. In my book it's a medium - term buy.
Mike
Just bought some ICO @ 8.45. To me, the last 4 Q's results mean a turnaround should be around the corner. What do you folks think?
Mike
Ddp, check out the 2004 pre March 10-Q graph. That's how I see it going this time also. If the 10-Q is as good as most people expect it to be, the jump shorthly after March 15 (the 10-Q event) should take it up by at least 3 MOMO, IMO. I won't be surprised to see it beat the 04' high of 0.345. I also think it will slowly grow up till then.
My strategy is to invest long-term in what I perceive to be low risk, undervalued companies, such as GDVI, and VFIN (did you get some?). In between, I go for low P/S good value companies, and DRDF was just the bad choice in the mix. I got lucky there, as it didn't came down right away (after the 1:100 R/S news on Friday - who would have thought a former Nasdaq company would behave like a Nevada Pinkie), so rather than loosing money as I thought I would, actually made some. Sold it first think on Monday morning.
As you know, I'm ONLY looking for low Price/Sales OTC:BB value stocks tha have: (i) proven revenue, (ii) good Y over Y, and Q over Q growth, (iii) already EPS positive (or close to it), (iv) with a Price/Sales < 1 (the lower, the better), (v) low OS, and insiders ownership = low float; (vi) no R/S history; (vii) yet sitting near the bottom.
To see what I'm talking about, check out my "Good Buys" present list: IGAI (P/S = 0.02), VFIN (P/S = 0.3), GDVI (P/S = 0.7), and SEVI (P/S ~ 0.15):
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=IGAI.OB
As you see, P/S of IGAI is only 0.02, the OS is only 20MM (mostly of them held by the insiders = low float).
It was going through a double bottom (IMO) today:
http://stockcharts.com/gallery/?IGAI
Opinion: I expect at least 3 MOMO run up short-term on this one (one to two weeks), and more thereafter. Also, SEVI might follow the same trend in a couple of days. (Bought today most shares sold on both of them.)
PS: Since using the above strategy I'm doing very well indeed. You can't loose even if now and then some DRDF - type piggies get into the mix.
PPS: I'm thinking (whenever I have some time) putting together a new i-Hub or Yahoo MB dedicated to (and nothing else) finding such low P/S quality OTC:BB's.
Mike
It's a Buy, IMO. Bought today more.
http://stockcharts.com/gallery/?IGAI
After the double bottom, I expect a 2 to 3 MOMO run up.
Mike
Mid March (after the 10-Q - which based on all the info we already have should be the best thus far) is when the real move (3 to 4 MOMO, IMO) will occur, IMO. Now we are in the accumulation mode. At least I'm buying as much as I can. Anytime it goes down, my order is there.
Mike
