Ddp, check out the 2004 pre March 10-Q graph. That's how I see it going this time also. If the 10-Q is as good as most people expect it to be, the jump shorthly after March 15 (the 10-Q event) should take it up by at least 3 MOMO, IMO. I won't be surprised to see it beat the 04' high of 0.345. I also think it will slowly grow up till then.

My strategy is to invest long-term in what I perceive to be low risk, undervalued companies, such as GDVI, and VFIN (did you get some?). In between, I go for low P/S good value companies, and DRDF was just the bad choice in the mix. I got lucky there, as it didn't came down right away (after the 1:100 R/S news on Friday - who would have thought a former Nasdaq company would behave like a Nevada Pinkie), so rather than loosing money as I thought I would, actually made some. Sold it first think on Monday morning.

As you know, I'm ONLY looking for low Price/Sales OTC:BB value stocks tha have: (i) proven revenue, (ii) good Y over Y, and Q over Q growth, (iii) already EPS positive (or close to it), (iv) with a Price/Sales < 1 (the lower, the better), (v) low OS, and insiders ownership = low float; (vi) no R/S history; (vii) yet sitting near the bottom.

To see what I'm talking about, check out my "Good Buys" present list: IGAI (P/S = 0.02), VFIN (P/S = 0.3), GDVI (P/S = 0.7), and SEVI (P/S ~ 0.15):

http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=IGAI.OB

As you see, P/S of IGAI is only 0.02, the OS is only 20MM (mostly of them held by the insiders = low float).

It was going through a double bottom (IMO) today:

Opinion: I expect at least 3 MOMO run up short-term on this one (one to two weeks), and more thereafter. Also, SEVI might follow the same trend in a couple of days. (Bought today most shares sold on both of them.)

PS: Since using the above strategy I'm doing very well indeed. You can't loose even if now and then some DRDF - type piggies get into the mix.

PPS: I'm thinking (whenever I have some time) putting together a new i-Hub or Yahoo MB dedicated to (and nothing else) finding such low P/S quality OTC:BB's.
