whoever the transfer agent is could tell if not gagged by Dan. i don't know who that is though.
wow! good DD. so there was another set of nitwits out there shoveling BS PR's to stock buyers. amazing. no pinkies for me in the future.
true, i averaged UP in step with the "company's PR's" and some $19,000 later on Nov 15th when it dropped like a rock, i didn't feel the inclination to buy more nor have i had that urge since. i'm just waiting for the company to come out with something positive and verifiable that will move the stock upward and then take appropriate action. tks for your view of things.
STATX: very good post. ... then i'd say don't look for audited financials anytime soon and if they are published don't look for any meaningfull assets to be reported as part of SLJB.
whistles: if the profitable side of sam's was not sold to the SLJB shell that would make sense since we have had the impression that the SLJB shell has been empty and has not held the assets we thought were transferred into it from LOFT.
(That PV didn't put his piece of CONSULTECH into the SLJB shell as was planned is another issue.)
so is the company moving to Alberta? if so, is Steve and his family and Leslie and Sam and all the other Suljas actively working in the company going to sell their homes and move to Alberta? ...after 20 + years at their current location?
jake8812: some say to not believe the "companie's" PR's because the company put out a PR saying disregard all prior PR's.
money66: name any other company that put out a PR as this one did saying disregard all prior PR's. understand that and you will begin to understand what this "company" has been all about.
Sally77: no need to call the company. everything they have put out has been crap, imo. i drank the coolaid when they were serving it out in big scoops and that's why i'm still here as a bag-holder. real public companies don't act as this one has...again imo.
and where their homes AREN'T. em
can anyone confirm this? wouldn't that be interesting! em
i used to have 93K shares. now i have 93. $7/share on 93,000 would have been good. em
no more shares? ahhhh, will that make the pps go up? em
i hope so. will the O/S ever be reduced enough for the street to up-value the shares? then there are a ton of restricted shares out there too i think.
tks, i missed it. em
any company that doesn't make any public announcements for over a year doesn't care in the least about its stockholders. it has been over a year, hasn't it?
How about Rush Natural Cola and Rush Natural Coolers? em
AK: Buying back shares would help us and Bob. I hope he does it. Also, I really like the sound of Rush Natural Coolers.
Once this thing starts trading (if it ever does) it is going to be a jailbreak to get out of it. imo.
AK: Rush Natural Coolers. that's got zing!
how about Rush Natural Coolers? that might sell. em
if Bob wanted to really move the stock he would get the financals audited and uplist to the OTCBB. i'm sitting on 1.4 mil shares.
who is selling? at what price? i bet it is below .0001
em
all this AFTER a 1 for 1,000 reverse split. i now have a whole 93 shares. nice.
will RSHN stockholders benefit by the spin-off of Apple Rush?
when was the last time that a stockholder like us actually sold a share of this stock? i can't remember. em
when Apple Rush is spun off, will that be of any advantage to RSHN stockholders?
i appreciate receiving your views. tks dmbao.
At this point in time, the numbers that come out of audited financials are not important imo. What is important is to become a reporting company and uplisting to the OTCBB.
wow, i didn't know. thks. em
finally up to 1 mil shares. em
published audit and uplisting and we'll have something here.
scooters on island resorts. great market for them there...and how about Hong Kong and virtually all of SE Asia and Australia and just about any urban center with these gas prices!!!
hopefully they will have enough cash flow to pay the bills while growing the company.
tks AngelHC. another thought is having developed the hardware they have would be attractive to a more established scooter mfg. as a buyout someday to expand the buyer's line. em
Imperial...awesome. tks. em-
Angel: i'm still holding a small position. gas is over $3/gal.
excellent info. tks. Chrispy. em
Bob should never R/S these shares. Retire A/S and O/S...yes but never, never reverse split. We should get that message to him over and over and hope he listens.
sounds like a likely location...between Austin and San Antonio. em
