I have no clue what you are saying.
Good question. The toxicity study would be used to test the toxicity of the combination of the already approved FDA drugs. I do not exactly know. I would expect they run the rodent study for the length of the therapy, then maybe a week or 2 longer to response after the drug moves through the animal and to test accordingly.
But because it's the same drug being ingested consistently every day, they could shorten it. We know the protocol lasts 42-45 days to achieve the optimal results. But those in control of the study may not require nearly that long to test for toxicity of the drug therapy. So, it's hard to know. I would venture to say the length of the protocol or close to it. 4-8 weeks. Just my guess.
They will probably have to conduct a toxicity study before the clinical trial to test the toxicity of the drug. But we will find out.
Jim never diluted. What are you talking about?
Correct. I do not think anyone would be shocked by that. It requires some sort of financing to stay alive as its aim is clinical trials and beyond.
This is helpful. Actually very helpful. It means only Power Up sold and that 50.9 mill D preferred hasn't hit the float.
This is good.
Could be a certain lender or flipper or whomever. People always have narratives.
Correct. The Italian study was conducted in 2014 timeframe and made it through Phase 2 trials. Really, the only reason why it didn't go Phase 3 is because Fabrizio and the principal investigator was doing it illegally. Remember, there were articles of interest from Pfizer, Roche, and alike. Italy is not friendly when it comes to pharmaceuticals and has a reputation for bureaucratic delays and doing shady things. It was something Fabrizio especially mentioned.
In order to pursue the therapy to help others, he had to file a patent in the US in 2015. Which was granted in 2020.... and now here we are:

In regard to the science advancing a lot, it has but not in this area. Some drug just recently came out, but to only help very specific MS patients. So, not sure what you are talking about. What Jim decided to do with the G Preferred, I expect is for the company. If not, he opens himself up to lawsuits, which people and companies will win. If Jim just wanted to take the money, he could have just taken the cool $1,000,000 and sold shares relentlessly.
Anyway, those are just assumptions you are making without any hard data.
Great question. The compounds that are out on the market like you or I use have several uses and affect the body in many ways. Many of which are never tested because there isn't enough data out there to warrant further testing that would be profitable to pharmaceutical companies. Institutions like NIH are a great resource, and neighboring institutes or institutions that are looking to solve very difficult problems in target diseases.
Without going in depth, these three drugs have alternate uses as shown by research I have provided, all of which have shown benefits to the reduction of certain physiological changes in the body occurring in those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis. What makes this unique is that Fabrizio found already FDA approved marketed drugs, that reduce various symptomology of MS in those that are suffering or living with the condition. With the right combination of each drug within the solution given to patients, can dramatically improve their motor and dexterity, and more.
It's the combination of the drugs working together to reduce neurophysiological symptoms that allow people suffering from MS to live much more productive lives. It's just that no one has done this or found this out. Italian trial data supposedly shows the 150-person trial and the results of those trials.
So, that is why it will get funding for trials. Jim probably could have gotten funding a long time ago, but I am assuming Jim doesn't want to dilute or give away too much of the company, who knows.
So, in totality, I just gave everyone here research from major resources showing the reality these drugs have shown in regard to MS individually, it's not very difficult to make a leap that a combinational therapy could have potential as.... a therapy, to allow patients to live a better life.
And. while you are at it. You should dive deep into statin research, or Atorvastatin, which has research found to protect the brain from deterioration from neurodegeneration of lets say multiple sclerosis.
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic disease that affects the central nervous system (CNS). Currently, there is no cure for MS. However, research suggests that statins may be a promising potential treatment option for the disease.
MS is a condition that affects the CNS and can result in a range of symptoms throughout the body. Some research suggests that 250,000–350,000Trusted Source people in the United States are living with MS, while other sources estimate the number is closer to 1 million.
Statins refer to a group of drugs that help lower blood cholesterol levels. While research on statins and MS is still in the early stages, evidence indicates promise in using this class of drugs to treat the condition.
You should also read this about antifungals like Fluconazole, or I should say, the antifungal that NIH has found to be responsive for further examination in multiple sclerosis treatments:
Two drugs already on the market — an antifungal and a steroid — may potentially take on new roles as treatments for multiple sclerosis. According to a study published in Nature today, researchers discovered that these drugs may activate stem cells in the brain to stimulate myelin producing cells and repair white matter, which is damaged in multiple sclerosis. The study was partially funded by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), part of the National Institutes of Health.
Read: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minocycline (Research)
Early research has found a tentative benefit from minocycline in schizophrenia,[50] with several trials underway.[51] A 2014 meta-analysis found minocycline may reduce negative and total symptom scores and was well tolerated.[52]
Research is examining the possible neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects of minocycline against the progression of a group of neurodegenerative disorders including multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, Huntington's disease, and Parkinson's disease.[53][54][55][56] As mentioned above, minocycline harms ALS patients.
You are very right. Let's hope we see everything align. I spoke to a lot of people. Including patent owner. Just some more patience!
Welcome. Seems like you have been fortunate to miss the past 3 years and coming in for the soon to be best part.
These individuals know what they are doing. Either he is an idiot poster or paid. Doesnt really matter. But they use the same old elementary school tactics
I expect with Spivak behind the reigns, we will get the funding we require
So, why is it you are here talking about this one fact? Seems to me your revolving shpeel!?
Waiting game man. No matter what, these guys are going to get the job done and this could be a game changer for everyone here. People can say what they want but Spivaks name is now all over this. It's going to get done. The only speculation now is if the trial data is really that good, if so, get some new shorts because this will get real good.
Pretty much. Let's just hope these rates start to change next couple months.
Everyone seems to be feeling that way.
Yeah because you know everything going on. If there were other means to gain funds for many start up companies, they wouldn't use these type of lenders and these types of lenders would go out of business.
So, I don't follow. I'm not for Jim all the way but there are only so many ways to receive funds with no physical company.
Have you called and asked what that was and if we should expect any more dilution?
Dude. You are really not smart. And have not done any DD at all.
We all here are thinking the same thing. Why ain't Kenin Spivak and Co. doing it?
You talking about "S" ends with "es"?
He is talking about Power Up lending. Like every lending company are sharks, welcome to the club Silver.
Not directed at you oopsie
Very much appreciated. What has transpired stinks (putting it nicely). I believe this will all happen and we will see sunnier days, right now its just terrible.
Those were unrestricted FYI
The only thing I also am looking at is the 50,900,000 shares that were converted a couple months back for the D Preferred. Those shares go back before GSTC was a thing and I am guessing whoever owns those have an auto sell on them. Just throwing out ideas but I saw those shares and was wondering if they would hold or just sell. And if that is what we are seeing.
So, the other 25+ or so trillion we have used didn't make a difference for that run? Just the extra 5+ trillion recently added? I do not disagree we should look for a RGBP type run, but even that was running during a very bad time. We have 1/5 that float and much more going for it. I am nowhere saying how this run will go or how the stock will move, but people need to stop believing runs cannot happen. TXTM had a serious run in 2022 with its over bloated float. I ain't buying it. I could list a bunch of plays with overbloated floats that fell to .001-.003 range and ran hard after lenders.
Again, I also take note of the 100,000,000+ options and warrants and whatever else restricted shares that have to be sold over .01. Why not just dilute into oblivion? Instead of taking the options at .01? Why issue those? Why pay $10-20K on extending the patent? So, we will see. But right now, the float is at 750,000,000 and that is chump change.
You do realize Biotech OTCs with 5-7 bill shares have run to .07-.08 easy before. Check RGBP. Now, I am not condoning Jim's behavior, but to say we are up shits creek with the SS is laughable
Spivak just needs to take over and fund this himself. Jeez
Well, they hurt themselves honestly.
Each person has to do there thing. I am not either. But Spivak and his company is tied to this and the insiders have A LOT of options and warrants set at .01 for $1-1.5 mill and whatever else I am missing. They did that for a reason. Along with everything and everyone I spoke to about this. So, I do not know what to say. Tired of the beatings, hopefully there wont be anymore soon and this will start moving.
No clue man. I am just hypothesizing. Maybe a certain restriction kept them preferred until said time for them to be exercised. Maybe Jim made a deal to get them converted down here instead of up there. I dont know. I'm honestly throwing it out there.
This is just hypothesizing, either this was power up or the D Preferred shares that converted if you look at the filings. Someone converted those and they went to unrestricted.
I do not think that is the case. Jim knew this what was up and gave someone there meal. This conversion/sell for a lender has to end. News is moving in the right direction even if the pps aint showing it. Remember, there are a ton of people who have options, including Jim, pus some common I would be shocked they would sell down here. The strike is at .01. I agree, this is brutal.
Yet you are here with no shares just talking randomly about this one stock out of 10,000
