I just wish I had some dry powder to monopolize on panicked amateurs. As long as one has patience you'd be hard pressed to lose $$ on this stock.
I unfortunately haven't been around here long enough to pump a stock on other boards. I'll just be accused of being a paid pumper which could have the opposite intended effect.
I'll leave any word spreading to our more seasoned board members.
Cheers!
It was only $5k that was dumped into the ask by some amateur. Rebound this afternoon with a while weekend for new investors to discover this gem. I think we'll see a nice continuation next week based on anticipation leading up to shareholder letter.
Should be smooth sailing to .025
Yup, good looking consolidation across the board.
I've got an order out there, but I can assure you it's for much more than .02
I know what I own and know we have an upcoming shareholder update catalyst. While it's irritating to watch these penny flips I know this will correct itself sooner or later.
Cheers
I might be as it could be a sign of shareholders losing interest... However a shareholder update is a week or so away. If volume doesn't increase in anticipation then it will following.
Looking to add at least another 500k once funds clear as well.
I'd like to see volume stick around $10m a day until the shareholder update. More and more eyes on this daily.
How many shares were exchanged at .02 earlier?
And let the weak hands leave, new money stepping in will be looking for bigger returns than a tenth of a cent.
Both are very good points.
Looks like we're continuing to hold strong!
Crazy I don't see this on the break out board list yet.
Looking strong.
They are on track to $5.6m cash from ops this year. Current market cap it silly considering this.
I'm sorry you struggle with communication. You clearly haven't managed to counter my point with anything sensible. We're all very proud of you for owning your own business but unless it's a media company your input is next to useless.
I can't tell if you're belaboring my point or agreeing with it based on your response, but fact is anyone can generate revenue unprofitably. Doing it profitably is where the value lies.
$1.4 million cash from ops! I feel like everyone is overlooking this because it's not as easy to understand as revenues.
This company would be worth little to nothing if they had $50m in revenues but were loosing several million a year.
Cash from ops removes the noise and reflects profitability. As it stands they are on track to bank $5.6m cash from ops this year and that's based on a quarter management self described as "slow".
This is where the value lies, profitability. Market cap currently sits at just over 3x the annual cash from ops which is insanely undervalued especially considering their growth history and trajectory.
No need to pump this one, it will flourish sooner or later. Hold and wait play for sure. If it's not above .03 or substantially higher within the next couple months I would be astonished.
With management owning 70% of float that makes public float around 600m, or in terms of $$ the public float is only $6m.
Hold strong for .03 within the next 5 trading days
Everyone seems to agree the revenues point to the company being undervalued, however a single gas station can pull in over $20m in revenues but only be making $100k profit.
Profitability is the key here. Net income can muddle the bottom line with investment income/losses and one time payments, but look at the cash from operations. 1.4m in a quarter they dubbed as "slow". That's pace for over $5.6m in cash from ops annually. At their growth rate 6m is more than likely this year.
Valuation should be over 40m based on this alone.
While I still think a nickel is lofty your crazy to not get in under a penny. This should have room to grow to 2 or maybe even 3 cents.
As others have noted a profitable company that doesn't dilute is hard to come by in OTC.
Diamond in the rough.
This stock has some serious momentum...that being said I just want to point out the outstanding shares of 2b. That's 2 followed by 9 zeros. For everyone calling for this to be a nickle stock that would put the market cap at 100m, or to put that into reference about 100x the anticipated cash from ops/net income of 2017.
I'm sure this still has some upside due to the excitement, but trade carefully friends. This should be an easy short if it does get to a nickle. Life saving cancer drugs that have received FDA approval have smaller market caps than 100m.
My statement has all the merit in the world because it's based entirely on their filing. Stating "this company is undervalued" without anything to substantiate it with is just wishful thinking.
What's worse is when you recognize my statement has merit and then say you don't want to hear it.
Fact is the company is operating at a larger loss than last year and everyone is acting like it's the second coming of Jesus. Blind leading the blind.
Looks like we'll continue to trend until we have confirmation from the company.
Interesting, I wasn't privy to that lawsuit previously. If it doesn't cost them an arm and a leg in litigation costs that could translate to an additional $10m to be paid out to shareholders or around .10 per share.
Price is holding strong. Glad we didn't see a pump and dump this morning.
Nice consolidation is giving the penny pinchers a chance to get out before the next leg up.
.20 before end of day tomorrow.
Thanks, but it comes back as expired or invalid.
Any idea when we expect share price payout clarification?
How did you come up with that figure?
Held nice today considering the morning dip. Closed above yesterdays close. As I stated before, I think we'll see a large increase Monday as this stock gets more attention over the weekend and people have time to research.
Cheers all!
People will have the weekend to discover and research this opportunity. I think we'll see a huge influx of capital on Monday so I started a position at .114. expecting either .2+ or .05 come Monday but the risk reward is favorable
Not sure I necessarily agree with that sentiment. It could be another 3 years before the next pop.
The more I think on it I'm not sure the financials and OTC upgrade will really act as a catalyst.
There's a good chance to loose 100% or gain 1000%, but the former looks more likely based on volume.
Where are you getting their fundamentals from? I don't know where to look to see their assets or really much about them...
Good luck tomorrow everyone. Lets see how high this thing can run!
Well I believe all the convertible debt was extinguished on April 18th during that huge volume day a month ago...so our run shouldn't be stifled by that this time.
Even with the dilution public float is still under 6M shares! Crazy potential.
With patent news yet to be dropped I'm getting more and more confident the more I look at this. While many shareholders are aware of the patent news, since it hasn't been PR'ed the general investing public is unaware and will try to chase when the PR does come out. I'm pretty confident this is why they released the earnings on Friday. Get as many eyes on the stock over the weekend going into Monday conference call when they drop the next big news.
...A partnership announcement along with the ER and patent and this will get close or breach the all time high.
Either way, I plan to leave with a 20% gain at minimum.
Cheers and good luck!
Earnings released today and results are awesome! Positive net income and EPS of .55! Revenue has grown 14% in the past 3 months! Exceeded expectations by a long shot and the price has already began to run...but with a float of $8m there's plenty more room to grow.
CC takes place on Monday at 4:30pm ET to discuss earnings results as well as other business developments. We know US Patent was secured earlier this week, but the PR hasn't yet been released. This PR was held to be released alongside earnings to make for a short squeeze. Between the favorable earnings and patent news this should hit $4 easily with runway to spare. Entry of $3 shouldn't be too hard to find on Monday.
Anything unexpected like a partnership and we'll see double digits easily.
This is just my opinion, I am however well read on the stock. As always do your DD!
Today was like watching paint dry, only $4.5k worth of volume...that's insanely low. Think we'll see the share price tick down to .004 early next week and .003 the following week if it's radio silence from the company.
No reason to worry about dilution for the time being. As of noon eastern time only 8.4m shares have been traded equalling $4,200 traded. With this volume they would drop the share price back to .0001 in a matter of days by diluting while generating a negligible amount of capital.
Expect this to tick down until they decide to pump the price...If they do. Good risk reward at this level either way.
What do we expect to see over the next few weeks?
Audited financials made available could be a catalyst or drop the price depending on how leverage they are and if they have any assets/revenues.
SEC OTC compliance may act as a very small catalyst or have no impact.
Thereafter I expect some sort of pump by company (after compliance) to dilute into in order to finance company. Not sure what their play would be here though. What options do they have to pump share price? Acquisition announcement perhaps but that could take substantial time to put together unless they buy a tiny company to give operations a jump start. Share buyback wouldn't make sense if they're trying to raise capital. Contracts for substantial revenue is plausible and would make a juicy PR for a company that was nothing a month ago.
All that being said, I still think this will continue to lose steam until the next announcement. Even look at this messages board volume, it's been drastically reduced day over day. .0003 may be a possibility entry though .0004 seems more realistic in the short term and still a good entry.
As always thoughts and comments are welcome!
Just curious why you don't expect to see dilution from reverse merger. How else do you expect they will raise the $3m?
Interesting, I'd honestly like to see this pander off a bit so I can load up at .0004. We have a coupe upcoming catalysts from the sounds of PR OTC upgrade, audit made publicly available...but isn't the whole purpose of them becoming SEC compliant to dilute the stock price? The said they intended to raise $3m presumably through an offering. That being the case I think we're likely to see another huge pump before dilution to increase the price to dilute into.
I personally wouldn't hold this much past the compliance PR which I think we'll see within a month. Hopefully that's another P&D.
Thoughts are always welcome :)
Maybe everyone figured out there is only one director and they only merged with a holding company? I'm an investor, but strictly due to the chart and short term hype.
I honestly don't see how this company is now worth 6x more (in share price) than they were a month ago. The company they merged with doesn't appear to have any assets.
Is this all hype on them working towards SEC compliance for OTC pink? I suppose that does offer a huge potential.
With public float of about $800m times the current share price of .0006 that translates to only $480k worth of liquid capital. The upwards potential is certainly modestly higher than the downside, but I still don't see what near term catalysts we may see in order to keep eyes on this OTC. If risk of R/S being squashed didn't pump the price I'm not sure what will...
Thoughts?
