Audited financials made available could be a catalyst or drop the price depending on how leverage they are and if they have any assets/revenues.
SEC OTC compliance may act as a very small catalyst or have no impact.
Thereafter I expect some sort of pump by company (after compliance) to dilute into in order to finance company. Not sure what their play would be here though. What options do they have to pump share price? Acquisition announcement perhaps but that could take substantial time to put together unless they buy a tiny company to give operations a jump start. Share buyback wouldn't make sense if they're trying to raise capital. Contracts for substantial revenue is plausible and would make a juicy PR for a company that was nothing a month ago.
All that being said, I still think this will continue to lose steam until the next announcement. Even look at this messages board volume, it's been drastically reduced day over day. .0003 may be a possibility entry though .0004 seems more realistic in the short term and still a good entry.
As always thoughts and comments are welcome!
