Yes, this hasn't even begun to take off. I expect the rise to be pretty significant today later in the afternoon. The pop and hard run are just about to begin IMO.
Huge promoter behind this with the expectations of $3.00++. Could extend much higher if shorts get trapped.
Same promoter. Trapping a lot of shorts yesterday and today. :)
Shorts will be burned when the hard mailer campaign starts this weekend. This has Brighton written all over it.
GNIN $0.60 to $3.00ish
TALK $0.80 to $3.00+ IMO
Let the shorts pile on because they will get burnt very shortly!
What a great deal! No free trading shares were issued as part of the acquisition! Just $50K in cash and 500,000 shares that are all restricted!!
This will be above $2.00 within a week IMO! Easily!
And we have some big money behind this one. Enjoy the ride!
Bought back my entire position today at $1.11. I originally got in at .80 and flipped at 1.13, but I'm thinking the real move is just about to begin. I'm thinking we see volume start to rise again tomorrow which will also put the pressure on a few shorts. I'm expecting a pretty nice day tomorrow leading into a huge movement in price next week!
Things are just starting here! Seems like the big boys are definitely behind this with big price targets in mind! Today's consolidation was certainly planned.
TUNG = $2.25M Hard Mailer Campaign by Eric Dickson's Breakaway Stocks...
"LOTE is being promoted by Eric Dickson's Breakaway Stocks hard mailer campaign with a documented $2,500,000 documented budget."
They are certainly letting some individuals load under a buck, but not many. Just 235,000 traded yesterday and 180,000 so far today.
I grabbed 10,000 at .98 at the open.
Could move quickly once they decide to take the lid off.
TUNG = Same promoter as LOTE!! I'm in for 10,000 for this wild ride that's coming.
Not a bad morning. Selling here. Can't complain with 70% gain in less than an hour!!!
I'm sure you guys are going to $0.05. Nice flip!
In for 100,000 this morning.
There will be no dip tomorrow. The trading action is far beyond those who follow VM.
In at .80 - holding til $2.50-$3.00.
Apmex paying $4.25 above spot on Silver Eagles...
What's the point of having Paper Prices anymore?
I did read somewhere that shorts have until Thursday night to cover on Silver spot? Is that correct? If so, the bottom on the miners may be in today or tomorrow.
As I said before, I won't have any funds available until next week.
That's exactly what is happening IMO. He's making money on every angle of this.
With that being said, I will be willing to put in $20,000 near $0.60 if we get there next week. The days of $100K+ into this are LOOOOONG GONE for me.
How much money will be needed moving forward short-term?
Are we looking at $20M? x how many shares now?
40M shares x $0.60 financing deal raising approximately $24M??
If something like this were to happen, we'd have 100M shares x $0.60 price or a $60M market cap. (I keep saying "we're" as I badly want back in this and want to route for it, but at what price??? As I said yesterday, I won't have any funds until I have some options called away on Saturday on another stock).
So we're possibly looking at 100M share company at $0.60. That's my assumption and prediction. At $0.60, it still wouldn't appear like a bad investment, but we all know that NOTHING has gone investors way with this one for a very long time. Also if silver spot doesn't get back near $30, then it makes no sense to keep selling at a loss. Perhaps financing would allow them to stockpile incredible quantities for when the time is right. Again, management hasn't done one thing correctly or helpful for shareholders, so who knows. The $2.70 equivalent offer from hecla is looking pretty good...man oh man.
.68 right now...I agree with Firecracker on this one. I felt terribly losing so much at $1.65!! Now $0.68? I am very sorry to all who have held. Where will the bleeding stop? The company cannot make money at $23.00 silver. Many entrepreneur's do not take a salary the first few years of business - perhaps it's time for management to cut back their salary tremendously during these low prices.
At $0.68 current Market Cap is $40M. I figured $0.72 would be a good buy, but again - What Financing is coming?? And I think we all know that it IS coming...
What's this stock worth pre-split/pre-merger? 8cents now??
Absolutely unbelievable. The SECOND LARGEST PRODUCING MINER IN THE UNITED STATES 1) Is worth $40M and 2) Cannot make money now at current prices.
People can say what they want - but new management killed this. Heck, old management hurt this with the botched AMEX deal and then purposely driving DOWN the price to get the merger deal.
Absolutely sickening. I am routing for this one, but wish we had about 5 of the members from the board running and owning this one.
What will voting accomplish? They own a majority of the shares and it won't do anything. This management has done absolutely NOTHING to enhance shareholder value. NOTHING!
We all hope PRs will be released...Salaries will be cut...Dividends will be issued...etc...etc....etc...etc...etc, but they have not ONCE done ANYTHING we ever hoped.
I still own 0 shares. I WANT TO OWN shares badly, but I'm still given absolutely NO REASON to buy this company back. You all know that I lost A SUBSTANTIAL amount in this company, after believing in them, and having all the faith in the world that this new management team would do everything within their power to make USGIF a 'household' name in the industry...again, they've done nothing.
I am fearful to buy back at these prices because what is to stop them from doing another 5:1 R/S? The market cap 'seems' incredibly low right now, but each time I purchase I am reminded over and over again of what a bad move I made.
I may have some funds cleared on Monday...if prices are in the $0.70s or less, I may consider picking some up, but we definitely need some answers here.
Figured we'd see $0.72 here again...Thought that when this was $0.96 this morning. $0.83 low already. Unreal. $50M market cap.
At $0.72 I would want in again, but at the same time, what stops management from doing another 5:1 split?? Or even at these current prices? We've become a typical penny stock. I still have a few friends stuck in this - all whom I thought unloaded in December - but apparently held. Feel so bad I told them about this "hidden gem"
Sick to my stomach with the fact I still own physical...
Only down 10% when Silver Spot is down over 11%......
When will the miners just halt operations and force the price back up?
My prediction of $22.00 seems about right...Hit $23.00 this morning.
Unfortunately it looks like my prediction of $22.00 silver may actually happen short-term. $25.78 right now....
Also as expected, coin dealers are jacking up the premiums on spot...
See Sprott is selling silver? http://canadianinsider.com/node/7?menu_tickersearch=Sprott+Physical+Silver+Trust+|+PHS
I really can't stand that guy after I gave him so much credit a LONG while ago...
American Eagles down to $30.00...unreal. Should have listened to family when they all bailed at $46.00 silver...
At $22.05 spot and $25.00 eagles, I may pick up some more. Would probably jump back into USGIF at that price as well, but no where near as large as before. This time I'd probably spread the investment throughout a few miners.
I cannot believe the shareprice is down to $66M company...Seems like YESTERDAY that Hecla offered $110M...
Curious to see what the next batch of options will be issued at.
Glad I decided against the 1.39 purchase! Man oh man! Where is this heading with Silver Spot at $22? Sure looks like we are heading there.
Just grabbed 500,000 for the heck of it.
No liquidity in this thing now. I was contemplating buy 1.41 today, but then have to constantly remind myself...WHY? Management has not ONCE given us a reason to invest in this. The fact that I still look at the share price occasionally shows how badly I want to be in this and believe that this could actually fulfill the potential we all thought it had.
I need to keep my emotions in check and realize that I fell in love with the wrong company and continue to stay away...
But boy is there a piece of me that still wants to invest here..........
$80M market cap SEEMS so low, but what has management done to attract and retain shareholders? Nothing.
I'm up over 120% in my account since selling the huge holding of USGIF in December, so I'm still ok :)
Yes. I lost all respect for Sprott and don't even pay attention to any of the "gurus" anymore. I stopped listening to them early last year when it was apparent "everyone is just out for themselves"...
Will the metals increase in time? Most likely. I still own physical, but we all got caught in the hype. This paper charade will continue on for as long as "they" allow it, and it doesn't appear as though that's stopping any time soon. This market continues to set new highs and will eventually catch people off guard when it does correct. I for one, continue to put my focus in my own business and make a random trade here and there now.
Seeing USGIF with a valuation of $80M seems to make absolutely no sense, but management has given shareholders absolutely ZERO reasons to believe this will ever increase in value and actually benefit the shareholders. They had a HUGE opportunity to send this soaring and did absolutely nothing.
That honestly wasn't even there on Friday. When I went to buy more bars on Tuesday it was there. I still believed this pump HAD MUCH MUCH more in it. What a shame. Heck I was up $10K ended up losing $6300.00!!
*PIC* And I posted about this the other day with the local Publix, but again most PUMPS don't have ANYTHING behind it. Figured this was one last ditch effort for them to make whatever they can.
I did believe this pump could surge past $0.30 however.
I'm done with it. Done looking at it however. Enough is enough here. Could still bounce, but the writing is on the wall where the company is headed...the bars are good, but you can't have expenses of $3.00 a bar and sell for $2.15 and make money.
Take it for what it is... "Remove from Shelf After 5/4/13"
I would have assumed they would have pumped this harder.
Screw this, CSTI dumping again. I bailed quickly. Another $300.00 loss. Thanks JALA. You're dead to me.
Asks are thin - just need some retail buying on this to get it going for a nice bounce.
Hey - I'm back in at .135 :)
It's all retail at least today. More available at .135.
Now break the .14s and things start to get interesting again.
I'm buying back in at .135
I understand that, but there's no real buying pressure yet either. This needs to drop a little more to get some big players back in to take the gamble IMO.
I'm still waiting for a flush to .12s before attempting to come back.
.132s being struck now. Super light volume though...
$81M Market Cap now!?!?! This management is unbelievable. So glad I'm not stuck in this anymore. Gave them over a year of my Investment Life...
If they didn't issue that terrible "Shareholder Protection" PR or whatever it was, which basically stated that they would not allow any "hostile takeover", I'd be all over this at $81M!
How much lower will they let it drop? Sprott and Insiders only have the interest for themselves and no one else. They could care less about shareholders, but when does it come to a point where it would benefit them with an increase in PPS?? At $1.00????? WHO KNOWS ANYMORE!
Exactly, most PROMOS are behind baseless companies. I am surprised no PRs or anything yet from the company. I want back in so badly, but I need to see a really good reason. May buy in on a dip this AM, but again...would like a better reason than a "bounce play"...
Honestly today was a VERY good day for the stock...I'm kind of wanting back in moving forward...Just will not go above 50,000 shares if I do re-purchase.
