Thanks for the update Velvet....I continue to add to me collection and now have an average of about .001. As hard as it is, I am trying to keep the faith....Gig'em....Aggie.
This is just my philosophy and it has not made me rich yet, so...I bought in on the first run at .008 and .009....At .025 I sold enough shares to get back my initial investment, making my remaining shares free and clear....At .033 I sold about 1/3 of my remaining shares and still hold the rest....RSI was peaking and CMF was starting to head back to the red....I bought back in at .002 and .0027....Currently, I hold my free shares from the first run and the new shares are up about 260%....I will watch the RSI and CMF again....and as long as we hold a daily green, I will hold all....Once I feel we are about to peak again, I will sell portions and hold the rest....I believe this stock will continue the roller coaster runs....New company, so no financials, revenue, or past history to go by...Dont get greedy and book your profits and ride your free shares higher....IMO of course....Much smarter investors than me on IHUB....Gig'em...Aggie....
Im still in at 2.....Volume....
Exact same count that was confirmed on 11/14/2007....
Can anyone update how L2 looks?
Changed my order from .0003 to .0002 and immediately got filled...LOL...Gig'em....
Got my order in @ .0003, but she aint fill'n....Aggie
VanTilla Ice: Thanks for checking this out for all us...Appologies if I ruffled your feathers last night...One thing I have learned on the Hub, dont trust anyone pumping a stock in a free fall...Had a couple PM touting you as an honest guy...so lets start anew...BTW...based on todays news, I am in again at .002 (today) and .004 (Monday) and still have all my free shares from the first run...Lets turn this thing around...Gig'em...Aggie.
Almost forgot, Where are all these wells located????
Wow...Back from lunch and timber....I'll probably average down again, but not until the bleeding stops...I see no lower support on this POS...down the drain fella's and I dont expect it to stop until triple zeros....Gig'em....BTW...What happened to Dart???..........out.
.007 tomorrow would be great...Almost a double from my reload at .004 yesterday...Dare I say....WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE...
Look...I dont know you from Adam...Lots of paid pumps on IHUB...You have pumped this all the way from .01 to.037 and then down again to .0035...Quite a fall...and you still say "no dilution"...Sorry if I offended you, my man...I dont trust many on Ihub...You may be a stand up guy...You may also be one of those other typezzzzz...For all I know you were the one dumping from .037 to .0035...Like I said, its all good...Just have a bit thicker skin...IMO...Aggie...
Personal attack...No...Difference of opinion...Maybe...You believe no dilution...I believe the company is diluting...You have your opinion...I have mine...The company could be raising money in order to complete a R/M into a new oil company, time wil tell...Its all good...I reloaded yestrerday @ .004 to go with the free shares from the last run...News is a still a com'in and hope to ride the SGGC train one more time...IMO...Aggie...
I think valtilla is just pumping his pump. Way too many shares traded in the past two weeks below .01. IMO the company is dumping shares, which may be a good thing if the money is used to grow the company. We will see, but right now no one is going to convince me the company is not the seller. I cant seem to get the current share structure. Anyone out in SGGC land know the latest numbers...IMO...out.
I tend to Agree with Penny at this point about dilution. I dont have access to level 2. Who is all the volume coming thru??? and is this MM one of the notorius diluters???
Been riding free shares since .03's, but still hate to see their value drop off the cliff.
Gotta hand it to the board, the pump has been outstanding. Some of the best I have heard in years.
Gig'em Aggie......
Nice....
MKGP and SPRL are not related....Could you provide the link for the company info you see....I would like to check it out myself...Aggie..
In your opinion, what is the significance of the 't' trade. Is this MM clearing the books for the day? or is this the company dumping shares? TIA.
I'm not one to pump alot of stocks on the web...Another oil play I am paying close attention to for 2008 is MKGP...A low float oil company with 7 consequtive green quarters...Very much under the radar and has traded in the .03 - .04 range for months...Be sure to carefully do your DD...Aggie..

Not even close to a day trader...I work 8-5 and can only check in on my investments a couple times per day....trade via a Roth account...Most of my holds are 2-3 weeks...I played the swings on SPRL several times in 2006...This time around I have held since 01/2007... Have purchased at .0124 (01/12/07), .0087 (01/31/2007), .0047 (05/15/07) and at .0005 and .0007 (today)...My average here is now .0018 and I do not plan to average down again...
I do believe we rebound at the first of the year...Tax selling will be over and many investors will be looking for bargains...A well timed PR the first week of the new years will do wonders for renewed interest in this stock...The way I see it, Sam owes us an update....All my opinion....Good luck to everyone in 2008...Gig'em...Aggie...
Can someone explain the 't' trade after hours...Not sure what 't' represents....TIA...Aggie.

Care to explain the 25M+ volume today??? Yer rit on wit da Yahoo info...I'm was just asking if someone out in SPRL land had a spare $20 and would care to share with the rest of us....Geez...Gig'em...
Wow...Whats up with the volume...22M+ by lunch time...Anyone care to share what may be in the 11 page Yahoo report...Aggie...
Velvet: Please add me to the PM update list...SPRL is now my largest holding...You must understand, many including myself invested hard earned money based on the last PR stating regular updates...Many including myself, feel shafted and cheated...I sincerely hope Sam is as honest as you say...At this point he has no credibility on the board...I am holding and hoping...Have a happy new year...Aggie..

Patriot Scientific/TPL Group and Defendants Settle the Moore Microprocessor Patent Portfolio Litigation;Speculative Buy
Rating Reiterated
Patriot Scientific announced on Monday, December 18, 2007, that TPL and NEC Electronics America, Toshiba, Matsushita (Panasonic),
and JVC settled the Microprocessor Patent™ Portfolio legal disputes with two patent infringement lawsuits pending in the US District
Courts in the Eastern District of California. The terms of the settlement include the grant by the TPL Group of rights under the Moore
Microprocessor Patent Portfolio to NEC Electronics Corporation and its subsidiaries. The parties have agreed that the details of the
settlement are confidential. All parties are pleased with the business resolution of their dispute and will be voluntarily dismissing their
Texas and California lawsuits.
SUMMARY
After the announcement on Monday, December 18, 2007, Patriot Scientific's common stock popped up immediately to an intra-day high
of $0.94 per share before closing the day at $0.80 per share. Since then, the stock has faded to the $0.60 per share range. While the
settlement news is certainly positive for Patriot Scientific and bodes well for future settlements with possible infringers, we believe the
stock price reflects the fact that the terms of the settlement are confidential and investors have to speculate in the dark about the
amounts involved. As we have said before unfortunately, the financial proceeds information for licenses, and now these settlements, is
not available until Patriot Scientific's quarterly results are released. The financial data for the five licenses granted in the quarter ended
November 30, 2007, will not be known until mid-January 2008, and the three latest licenses' financial data and the money from the
settlements will not be available until after the release of results for the quarter ended February 28, 2008. Further, the stock may be
buffeted by tax selling and short-term traders taking profits.
We reiterate our Speculative Buy Rating and our $0.92 price per share target for Patriot Scientific.
I added a few also....Aggie.
Steve - In your mind, what is the proper way to sell? Wasnt me mind you (im holding all of mine at this point), but the person may still be watching and be up for a trading lesson. BTW - Faithfull follower of your dice board. You (and it) rocks....

Nice paint job at the close.....
In at .01 and .009 ...... Gig'em....Aggie.
Since we are all speculating...I am betting the license deals will be structured much differently Post Texas, than Pre Texas...I am also betting the rash of signing in the past weeks has a lot to do with companies being put on notice that the terms of the licenses will change, sign up quickly or lose the opportunity... There have been subtle hints from management all along that the early signers would get the best deals.... $5/share...Who knows... Maybe... Never would have thought we would bolt to $2.00+/share last spring....Guess we all have to wait and see how this plays out...All IMO because in reality, I know nothing...Gig'em...Aggie..
Gig'em....aggie.
Please post a link showing this news was over a year old...I wnet back a year and cannot find any references...TIA...Aggie.
You have an SEC attorney and a litigation attorney????
In my (small) minded way of thinking it is all about credibility and oppurtunity. Very few large mutual fund companies would touch an OTC stock. A move to the Naz or Amex would open the doors to an entirely new set of invetstors. What stronger hands to hold PTSC shares than fund companies. No more penny flippers...Gig'em....Aggie.
