Company keeps tweeting the same news. I don't like when a company does that.
Still watching to see if interest picks back up though.
I can see how Valiant would be a good place for an alternative sports league looking to get on TV.
I am still wondering if the original offer price is real.
Honestly, if they originally announced $5ish offer, it would be more reasonable based on where it was trading (a premium of 50%). I could then see the final offer being increased to $6ish
At least, I think that's a better strategy if they actually wanted to buy the assets.
I mean $5 million in volume is quite the hype train.
$300k - 500k, could just be iHub. But this amount signifies something bigger.
Thanks for this information on Colin Hislop.
$5 million in volume is iHub volume?
I am also perplexed as to why we did not see a Friday afternoon sell off after 3pm
Closed 30% higher than expected.
Could be we see an accumulation dip to 0.015 until more news hits.
Interesting Monday coming up.
Maybe something on Tuesday or Wednesday?
Sounds like you or someone you know may have uncovered a nugget of information.
You might even let us all know ... after you get a few more shares.
Easier to raise money for testing via public entity?
In March and April there was plenty of speculation of what could be done with the assets of NSPX.
6 months later, the plan is coming together.
It's better to own 30-50% of something worth something than to own 100% of something that is worth nothing due to lack of funding.
Did you read the PR?
Ridgeway owns majority control of NSPX now.
It's a reverse merger.
What I found amazing is the lack of a Friday sell off into the close.
Makes you wonder if there is something more coming.
There was some rumblings in March and April, perhaps things are coming together now.
Makes me remember some plays from the past.
Let's see what next week brings.
Strong close for a Friday where everyone expected a dip.
Expect more people to come and say this is bad because it didn't dip for them.
You have said the same thing many different ways ... if you really didn't care, you wouldn't be watching on a Friday.
LOL.
Taking $0.10 swings isn't exactly fun ... have to use stops more often these days.

$1.80 seems like support ... for now.
So few posts this morning.
We shall see if this can find a base soon.
In the past, ASCM was known for ATM offerings. (Selling shares in the open market).
Here is a recent news release showing as such:
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/10/02/2103107/0/en/DPW-Holdings-Announces-At-The-Market-Offering-of-Common-Stock.html
This would explain why it ramps and cools off.
Either way, it's tradeable, and that's what matters.
Maybe that's where Sykes routes nowadays?
ASCM is a dilutor.
That is, if it isn't someone just routing through them.
Found some base at $4.50
Pretty steep discount, but could be they are trying to clear out some holders.
We shall see how the afternoon goes.
$1+ Billion NPV project in 10 years.
Worth more than $10 million today?
Cypress is worth $50 million today with not much more progress.
Got the news of being acquired in 2020.
The news release sounds like a legit acquisition, but trading like it's not.
Perhaps market makers are just fishing for shares.
Based on the $6.50 cash price, I would expect $5.50 and higher.
Trading at nearly a 30% discount seems like the market doesn't believe or market makers fishing.
Early morning.
Showing bid of $0.0499 and ask of $0.05 for now.
Couple of trades posted for a total of 1,309,285 shares at 6:30 pm at a price of $0.0138 which was the open price.
Institutions generally wave into positions.
Would not be surprised if they started today.
Sykes also said he is on it ...
Might be good or bad. Good because it brings eyes, but also bad because he seems to favor going short.
It's after 4pm New York time.
If you go through the posts here, you will see they are neighbours (well, that's what was claimed) with Cypress Development Corp which has a market cap of $47million.
That would put this at $0.37 .... if they have roughly the same asset ... and that doesn't include anything for the proprietary methods they are developing
So, seems undervalued here at $0.04 ?
The whole move was sold off.
Rough.
I read over the ETFM news.
Using that company name together with the number of recent temporary suspensions in the same sector seems a little foolish.
Maybe my sells are the actual buy signal?
Seems the shorts dip it hard before they cover recently.
I took the $0.40 but it may continue as sector rotation favors it.
CBAT had some meaty news that helped to spike it ... one can dream that it will happen here.
Float is definitely low here, a catalyst lights the fuse.
That moment when you put an order $0.05 under current ... and get no fill ....still got a few ... but stings a little when instant $1 up.
LOL.
Looks like some short is trying to shake the tree to see what falls out.
If some support builds, it will be a decent pop from here.
I hate when the ask gets stuffed as support is building slowly.
(10 minutes later) Well, looks like support woke up after reading the News?
Regardless, 20% below Private Placement seems like a big discount?
We shall see if the market agrees with that.
Private placement at $9.15 and this trades in the low $7s ?
Seems not done.
Ouch.
Ok, what is the intention of the following post when asked why is it moving:
"REGEN BIOPHARMA INC. Regen BioPharma, Inc. Receives FDA Clearance to Initiate Clinical Trial of HemaXellerate. Company to initiate Phase I Clinical Trial for IMmune Modulatory Personalized Cell Therapy in Treatment of Aplastic Anemia."
According to you, it's not a news post?
You clearly posted something posing as news.
That's pretty deceptive on your part.
Debtholders don't care about significant developments, they still want to be paid.
You have to think through it.
The ABA wants to get on some sort of TV Network.
Valiant Eagle owns the OKTV network which can be used to air games.
They even tweeted the news:
Valiant Eagle Inc. (PSRU) Signs Share Option Agreement for the Acquisition of Majority Control of the American Basketball Association (ABA) https://t.co/qkGQT9L1cB #OTC #OTCMarkets #OTCStocks #PressRelease #PSRU #ValiantEagle #ABA #Entertainment #Investing
— OK TV (@oktvlive) September 30, 2020
Note that the news said they had an option to acquire.
Given that Valiant Eagle already has their own TV network, do you see why they would be interested in giving up partial control for the opportunity to get their games aired?
