No license
Bill's Security was revoked
Bill adjourned the JR which was about his security clearance.
No security clearance mean they can't do anything.
$12,000,000 in debt
CEO can't be bothered to attend hearings.
Only business model is the monopoly on telling its share holders, its just around the corner.
Laughing stock in Canada and the MMPR.
You mean $5 for the 100KG Bill agreed to gorw.
This is the end. JR adjourned till at least 2017.
Fact no OMB till Oct 2016 that means no JR still 2017+ Fact Bill Chaaban is in JR to fight the security clearance revocation which means CEN has nothing and you are holding 2 bags till 2017+
So JR is adjourned till after October 2016. According to the SEC paper work Bill is in the JR to regain his security clearance so there will be nothing happening with CEN till 2017+
What no one wants to keep their CNRX shares?
LMFAO.
This one sure is in a channel more like next drain ditch.
That's strange how are they going to proceed when BilL Chaaban's security has been rejected. Did you know that the JR is about Bill's security being rejected and now they have adjourned it?
Read this
Health Canada appears to be contending that no security clearance is currently in effect. This contention is in direct conflict with Health Canada’s process and is being argued in the Judicial Review before the Federal Court of Canada because the revocation of a security clearance must follow formal procedures and require due process.
He wasn't investing he was using the FITX property at site 2 as collateral for his $1,000,000 per year salary. Basically they unethically sold shares when the stock went up from lies, used the company to buy property and then put liens on the property after buying up Manhattan condos and houses.
Funny Bill sold his shares for millions in profits while he was telling you to buy when the stock went up from lies. Here you are defending someone with no ethics BUT don't stop on my part I savour every popcorn kernel during this show.
RE:heck we were up over 10%
And it was down like 20%. Pretty bad when the CEO and companies actions sink it from $.10 to nothing.
I could make more money today by collecting cans on the side of the road for $.05 per can.
Too Bad Bill changed the contract by agreeing to HC limit of 100KG per year.
Ready To Build was requested from HC, as in CEN said they were ready to start building. This was on CEN word.
Lets not let these lies get in the way of facts straight from the CEO's mouth in this video. A Ready To Build or even the initial inspection does not guarantee a license. CEN can't use Willful Blindness and say we didn't know when I fact this videos clearly states the CEO knew the MMPR rules.
Bill Chaabans own words
Simple FITX analysis. Stock goes to $.10 on lies and wrong info posted by Forbes which was never retracted by the CEO as a mistake on Forbes part.
Real info comes out, stock tanks.
LOL eventual this, in future that, coming soon, coming soon some more oh wait Bill Chaaban security was revoked, license application was rejected and $12,000,000 building (Which was already built) is full of empty rooms and one of them contains a fake not to scale grow pod. Oh did I mention this is in the inspection report that didn't pass?
Lol built out for what? They don't even have the first license or zoning sorted out. The property is Agricultural (Look it up Jim Shaban, Bills Cousin tired to get it rezone, Lakeshore denied him) but since they are processing cannaibs. Aka growing Cannaibs, harvesting and then processing it to a saleable product which need to be stored, and packaged when orders come in.
Bill's security clearance has been revoked.
They have apply for a new license for any new building and do through the license process again. By the way since its Agricultural they can't ever get an emption to make cannabis extracts as that requires Value Added in Lakeshore. In Bill own words they don't require value added since they are just growing the plants and not processing. Well you can't have it both ways lol
You're better off buying into Mettrum, Tweed or Aphira as those will sky rocket when legalization arrives.
You might as well sent Bill money to buy lottery tickets, maybe in the future he can win and start a new business for CEN.
The building was always there for years. Jim Shaban owns it. Site one is nothing but empty rooms, read the inspection. Nothing but empty rooms.
No need to, no license no nothing.
They can plan all they want but the reality is they're application has been formerly rejected. HC even sent out an unprecedented announcement basically calling Bill Chaaban a liar. http://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=937619&_ga=1.134587121.168240656.1451615808
It has come to Health Canada’s attention that Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. (CEN Biotech, Inc.) issued a February 19, 2015 Shareholder Update Statement which mischaracterizes the meaning of the Department’s recent action in respect of the application for a license to produce under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR).
RE: 600,00kg, its TOP GUN.
6000 customers vs 6000 bag holders says other wise.
But I'm glad you bought up that 600,000km limit makes a company top gun vs people actually wanting to buy your product for quality.
Ummm Bill Chaaban changed that contract when he agreed to only grow 100KG per year for site one. That is a fact and those are his own words in the latter to the Minster which was written by two Pathway employees who possibly broke Canadian Lobbying laws by coaching Bill on the letter.
Oh oh did I mention that Pathway Group fired CEN as their client because they didn't want to be4 associated with someone who lied?
Tweed has 6000 customers CEN has 6000 bag holders.
If your measure is success is an license rejection than yes, Tweed is the loser here.
Again Bill knows no guarantee of a license. In his own words
Actually not true, HC has changes many of the requirements and companies had to abide/make changes. Bill entered a contact where he knew there is no guarantee of approval.
RE:ONCE the READY to BUILD was issued the PASS / FAIL leg of the application was OVER, HC then has a fiduciary duty to issue a license.
Ok in Bill Chaabans own words. These are the words of an intentional lawyer about a contact he just entered into
Can you show us the Canadian law you are referring to? Are you saying Bill a international lawyer was so dumb as to enter a contact and not read the requirements and now he's saying he was taken advantage of?
RE: CONTRACT DEFINED:
If contact was defined then Ready To Build/Inspection not guaranteeing a license is part of it. So Bill Chaaban entered the contract under his own free will.
helm2war from Bill Chaaban's own mouth Ready To Build does not guarantee a license.
Inspection said empty rooms with toy not to real life size pods.
Bill Chaabans own words
Section 5 http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/marihuana/info/licencedproducer-producteurautorise/inspections-eng.php
Pre-licence Inspection: An inspection to verify that the information submitted to Health Canada is accurate and to assess compliance with the applicable sections of the MMPR prior to licence approval. Having undergone a pre-licence inspection does not guarantee issuance of a licence.
There is no excuse for an "international lawyer" for not reading the paper work correctly.
That's because Bill lost his security. He's in court to try to get his security clearance back. Again one more time from the companys own words/documents.From SEC https://www.sec.gov/…/0001078782150…/form10091815_ex99z1.htm Page 22
Bill Chaaban has received the necessary Canadian security clearances. Health Canada apparently intends to revoke his security clearance. Bill Chaaban is contesting this revocation. This issue will be ruled on by the Court of Law.
This is new and never once has it been mentioned by CEN co.
So part of the JR is Bill trying to argue that his security clearance not be revoke as per ISAF recommendation which are investigated by the RCMP.
RE: "READY to BUILD" orders,
Here's lets school you on it. Ready to build letter DO NOT GUARANTEE a license. Bill KNEW about this since its part of the process and guess what here's it is in his own words
There is no 5 Billion Bill agreed to 100KG he says so in his own letter to the Minister. First he stated he would reduce the amount then when HC said 100KG max for site on HE agreed to it.
If you say they have a valid case so does HC for 100KG max per year which Bill himself agreed to.
If he didn't get his security revoked he'd be growing.
Let get one fact straight "Notice of Intent" Second fact Bill Chaaban already agreed to 100KG max per year. Unless that that seed comes with a brick of gold its only worth $750000 in sales pet year.
Are you serious? Go read up on Bill being told by HC early on not to made statements that might sound like they are about to get a license. He kept on doing it. When the Forbes article came out stating they are approved (which was a lie) he never made a public statement retracting the mistake.
Again read this. This is HC calling Bill a liar http://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=937619
Nope all you have is legal binding limit to 100KG that Bill agreed to.
Site one is Agricultural Value added. The owner of the site itself couldn't re zone it. Since they are going to process Cannabis into a dry flower product, store it there, process it for orders etc they are in Agricultural Value Added.
Lies just like when HC called them out http://news.gc.ca/web/article-en.do?nid=937619
And that awesome May Product Launch party which was announced by the CEO but never happened or one word on why it didn't.
How about that Giddy Up concert sponsorship where even the pro pumpers like Jerry Al Mufleh said WTF?
