Ready To Build was requested from HC, as in CEN said they were ready to start building. This was on CEN word.

Lets not let these lies get in the way of facts straight from the CEO's mouth in this video. A Ready To Build or even the initial inspection does not guarantee a license. CEN can't use Willful Blindness and say we didn't know when I fact this videos clearly states the CEO knew the MMPR rules.
