That's strange how are they going to proceed when BilL Chaaban's security has been rejected. Did you know that the JR is about Bill's security being rejected and now they have adjourned it?

Health Canada appears to be contending that no security clearance is currently in effect. This contention is in direct conflict with Health Canada’s process and is being argued in the Judicial Review before the Federal Court of Canada because the revocation of a security clearance must follow formal procedures and require due process.
