I spoke with a contractor about 2 years ago and he said that their were several contractors that had ceased operations and one could buyout the listing and be eligible for the program.
I wonder if virtra has ever thought of doing this?

Virtra would be wise to acquire the STOC II contract vehicle AIS won back in 2009. Maybe someone on this board with greater knowledge about contracting could expand on this topic....this is a little above me ;)

Avacado,
"But I do know they want a reverse split"
IMO a reasonable ratio would be from 1 for 10 to 1 for 25 and then raising approx 5 million in capital.
Their last attempt 1 for 100 was absurd...and had no chance to pass. If they do want a reverse split I want three things in return from them. Quarterly conference calls, attend at least two small/microcap conferences per year and promote insider/employee stock purchases.

Good question, we know they made 600k last quarter and and borrowed 600k from the line of credit. Why?
And Jeff Brown on the BOD who is also a CPA.... or do they just need a book keeper.
Three new scenarios that look larger in scale... Also noticed on Virtra and LinkedIn their hiring

Z, you laid down some good questions and hope you get more than a response resembling it's definition.
Typically the way it works is if earnngs are going to be bad they get announced friday after market close and if they are good begining of the trading week. I tend to think it's going to be friday and then a couple fluff p/rs next week ...JMO
Your blaming the auditors!! Really?
Please tell me why it's their fault. Seriously Why do you think that?
I'd guess it's because Virtras books and record keeping were a complete cluster!!
Always looking for a nut... ;)
