15 States...Rich awaits POs then places an order with vineyard, lead time from vineyard to delivery to distributor probably 3 to 4 weeks..by doing this Rich doesn't need cash to invest in inventory, however, the downside is the long lead times
Uneducated people with unrealistic expectations are likely small holders...I don't expect a significant sell of, but maybe a quick low volume move because there wasn't any significant buy in pre earnings in anticipation of big sales numbers...never happened...if we don't get a PR tomorrow it will be a low volume down day, maybe 10%...if you're invested for March 31 results and you're not thinking about the 37 days left in Q2 and the big opportunities that lie ahead in the very near future then you shouldn't even be investing because it's likely you're losing a lot of money
Yup just gotta show some patience...the tide will turn and will ride with fury 2nd half 2017
What if they delayed shipment of product in the last 2 weeks of 2016 to January 2017, you'd likely be much happier...even though that's a bad business decision I'm sure you understand my point
The best half of 2017 is quickly approaching...big things coming...I can taste it, o wait, that's Bellissima
Yup and this is one area that is UNTOUCHED by the Prosecco market
LD Micro event 3 weeks away
Lol...CB exposure means revenues...the share price will take care of itself...if you're long enough to find out you will see
May 27 eat drink vegan at The Rose Bowl...Erewhon will be serving Bellissima and my guess is CB makes a guest appearance to promote
Longs aren't here for Q1 I can guarantee you that...we just need some news to attract new buyers...many holding for the summer time here
Hahahaha this is much bigger than the Beverage Locker in Georgia lol
$600k in sales since inception...1 salesman and 1 marketer...pretty impressive if you ask me...by Q3 Rich should have a small sales team in place hitting up the retailers...right now he's relying heavily on consumers inquiring of their local wine shop to carry the product
Their projections were ridiculous...$ I was thinking higher but this is the FIRST FULL quarter
Fins a/h, PR p/m
Indeed but we have yet to see what that financing is
They are but if you know how to read the statement of cash flows you can pull all that info out of there
Go right to the statement of cash flows...all you need to lies in there
It'll be in the financials...we are going to find out very soon what that answer is
I'm most interested in seeing how the expansion is being funded...I know Q2 and Q3 are gonna have some pretty significant earnings growth quarter over quarter but how is the expansion being funded is the true question of how much value is being built for shareholders
When I say investment grade I mean relative to other stocks within it's category...not suggesting this is on the same level as an Apple, but within the Pink sheets and all of the OTC I would say this is a buy and hold
Pink sheet now but won't be much longer
How fast do you think one man can roll out a product financed organically without any new toxic debt and/or minimal new stock issuances?
Takes time this way, but is far less risky and increases shareholder value...those who are patient will be rewarded
That's how investment grade stocks move, yes...and coming months means it can happen tomorrow, a week from now, two months from now...I don't know when but yes people will stick around for .02...
The positive news was already built in because most of us knew the rollout was continuing full throttle ahead however dilution to clean up the convertibles was not...now thats behind us the price has held up well..this is the bottom or near bottom...quarterlies and corporate updates will propel this over .02 in the coming months on positive sustained volume
I believe even later...I don't know the actual time but I might be 6 pm EST
Thanks for the update
I know Rich HATES the pink sheets, especially now that he has a product people actually care about...he's so engrossed with making sure this roll out continues moving forward because his personal net worth is tied explicitly tied to it and can no longer tolerate the type of investors who trade pink sheet stocks...he's undoubtedly looking to attract deeper pockets and long term investors very soon
However, prosecco is definitely a nice weather drink so in the Northeast it will largely be seasonal
Buffalo is still a small metro area however it's becoming a trendy place to live with billions of infrastructure development in the city's medical campus, outdoor recreation and canalside...more people than ever are staying here and the restaurant scene has absolutely exploded in recent years...the brunch scene is very big here with all of the nicer establishment s doing brunch on Sundays...prosecco is definitely becoming a hit here with the early to late 30 "brunch type crowd" all of whom still know who Christie Brinkley is
now carrying all 3 varieties of Bellissima Prosecco
Marketview Liquors in Henrietta NY
In 2003 we moved to our present location, which is about 27,000 sq feet and includes storage and warehousing. Our business has steadily increased and Marketview Liquor has become the most recognized name in the area. In 2007 we launched our website, marketviewliquor.com and now ship to 37 states.
hopefully Rich brings CB to some smaller metropolitan markets; I could see the buzz and media coverage of the "event" being huge here in Buffalo NY because celebrities like CB dont come around these areas often, they are however, in areas like Southern Cali all the time and its a non event...in a smaller market her presence could create a real buzz there and raise real awareness
thats exactly what I was thinking!
not everyone is going to want to call their local retailer and request the product and then wait for it...they want to know they can go down to their local retailer and it will be on the shelf - die hards and shareholders might, but the average consumer will not
i agree, the map is going to be full of bottles, but not useless...you simply zoom into the location you're interested in and click on the bottles...I think more of the issue is getting the info from the distributors to update the map
the one big thing that we do know is imminent is this meeting with a national chain...depending on the name of this chain that could really have a significant impact on the price if its a done deal...
I was debating whether or not i should actually share this here, but i believe this is already expected by many here...this is simply confirmation an uplisting is coming

Aaron,
thanks for your email I'm actually driving and I'll be in the car most of the day driving up to the Canadian border seeing some clients so I won't be able to respond to you until this evening or tomorrow most of the items at a quick glance of being addressed and yes the company is going to pursue the up listed it must in my opinion there's no way I'm keeping this company on the pink sheets.
All the best
Rich

yup; I think people are way overestimating this quarter...IMO this is still part of the initial rollout and California, which was expected to be on board early February didnt come on board until May..I really think we are in that 10,000 case ball park....Q2 will have more of the sales for the Phase II part of the rollout...from the time a PO is delivered, an order placed with the vineyard, order fulfillment and shipped over the Atlantic to the importer and then subsequent delivery to the distributor is likely about a 3 to 4 week lead time...Rich could have PO's in hand, but that doesnt mean a sale for reporting purposes has occurred...Because cash is tight Rich likely isnt stocking much if any inventory....right now it's likely being delivered on an as ordered basis, which means long lead times from vine to shelf.
the delay in California is going to be the delay in cases sold...no other market in the U.S. is nearly as big as that market...California is HUGE for the stock and the full impact of being in the State likely wont be felt until Q3; during Q2 we will have been on the shelves in CA for about 45 days...CA alone after the marketing push will be pumping out over 5,000 cases/month on its own
well nothing has been leaked thats for sure...looking like another sub 1 million share day
You're likely going to be pissed off...I doubt this gets done on time...hope I'm wrong I just don't expect it to be done timely...I know how these things go being a CPA and with Rich out of town so often it'll be difficult for him to research any variances, provide documents, etc...I expect this is what Rose does, but my guess is they want answers from Rich
