"According to the application,
Laidlaw has agreed to a 50 year
lease agreement with PJPD and in
exchange PJPD will provide 100 percent
of the capital required to construct
the project."

I just read part of the document....isn't this going exactly as planned? Didn't we discuss early on that this project would be a sale/lease buyback on the part of Laidlaw? I don't see anything different in that document except it's now happening. Do you or am I missing something
~35mil outstanding and looks to me like one management owns ~1mil+plus a few?
very little stock owned by Korean company looks like?
the heck with those casinos Deval go for the wood biomass!!!
LOL you got that right! 0027/0028
agree on fluffy pr's....I just want to hear the facts or possibilities
I'm so curious how MB makes his connections...he just all of a sudden appears at the well documented places. And we all know that doesn't really happen so who's his mover/shaker....that gets him to these potential opportunities
vol was great today...I hope the pps moves up before any of the news comes out. That gives the stock a chance to be valued where it should be.
agree...
well he said the owner of one of the properties he is looking at has another one....did you find it? If yes, location?
"Are counting an ancient and veiled allusion to a midwest project as four?"
I'm not counting it out...could or couldn't happen but simple google research might take you to it. Follow the clues
also overseas was mentioned....again could or couldn't.
people's physical looks is off topic here
what's he doing these days...do you know?
"imo lawyers tend to drag things out. LLEG's development(s) will likely be no different."
to what advantage?
the board's about LLEG...if you have evidence that the lawyers are dragging things out please reference it...otherwise MB has stated they are working out the details. Can you refute his statement with facts of your own? Or are you just stating your opinion in general about lawyers which is off topic for this board.
lawyers don't drag things out..there's a project layout and it's followed
how does anyone here know the answers to those questions except MB?
"I hope you are picking up after your dog."
nothing to do with LLEG
"Read it and weep my friend, read it and weep. "
Brung....can the sarcasm
keeping it to your opinion I agree with you....to solicit a board to rush the company with emails is a waste of their time.
I don't get the impression Mike's a disfunctional when it comes to business so I'm going to guess that he has more important things on his mind. I disagree with your stand. I think you are wasting the time of folks who more than likely are very busy right now with plant development and plant potential purchase to be thinking about a website. That's micro managing expectations of Laidlaw.
"Laidlaw is a company that has been trying for 10 years to generate power and has not yet succeeded."
Polaroid instant film went under and is now being reinvented again....the folks who say 'don't say never' are the ones that stand the best chance in life to have a vision materialize...
"I doubt the MA projects are going to happen."
you've indicated this about Berlin too. And now you realize you are wrong.
yes indeed it is...and what came to my mind when Tap posted that thought
"Tap, you are smarter than that."
Actually that happens in business all the time. Why does it ring so strange to you?
use IHUBS upload feature to put the pictures up
"Construction may be able to start in the 2nd quarter of 2010 "
2010?
"that actually knows that there are no guarantees in pinky land"
the reason most folks don't discuss that is because they've known it for years...generally when you find folks who bring it up constantly as you do it's because you just learned about it. Soon you will also go in the background on that subject. Your topic has nothing to do with LLEG. Stay on topic. Thanks.
Brung can the 'brother' and speak respectfully to the folks on here. Thanks
yup that was in a January 2010 blog...
http://laidlawenergy.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
huh? he was just continuing his conversation which brought him to timing since he brought it up the last time.
yes and he also mentioned overseas....
could be, couldn't be...we have to see if one plant is grandfathered...or if New Bedford has enough political support
to make it happen. Time will tell. There's also a challenge to the report and the company challenging it I believe represents 20 states in this country so that may also force a debate on the subject. For me these are all wait and see.
