Most recent plan proposed by Laidlaw was a leaseback to Laidlaw from a company that would own the plant. One advantage being not having to outlay the funds for the purchase. It appears PJPD Holdings is the owner now. Is PJPD Holdings Laidlaw? Or is Laidlaw continuing on with their original plan to lease from the owner? If Laidlaw is now owner under a quitclaim deed from North American, North American has quitclaimed any contamination issues with that land. Any info on this?
